My overall experience at Kids Planet Eccles as a parent has been very welcoming, the manager has done so much to help me out with the funding form, settling in forms and making sure my child has a very good experience within her time at nursery. The staff in the baby room, have made sure my child has settled into nursery so they are also updating the app. They provide a different range of activities through the day to help support my child development. My child absolutely loves coming to nursery!

My daughter has been coming for a long time now and she really has come on since starting. She loves going to nursery and the staff are always so kind and caring. I get daily updates through the app about what she has been up to with lovely pictures.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids planet Gables. The staff have been absolutely amazing from the very beginning, showing so much patience, care and understanding while helping our daughter settle in.

Their persistence and hard work have really stood out to us. Even when settling in was difficult, they never gave up and continued trying different ways to help her feel safe, comfortable and happy. It is clear that they genuinely care about every child and take the time to understand their individual needs.

We're incredibly grateful for all the effort, reassurance and support the staff have given both our daughter and us as parents. Knowing she is surrounded by such kind, dedicated and hardworking people gives us so much peace of mind. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

An absolutely lovely Nursery! All of the staff unit are constantly positive from the start to the end of the day - even when our child is feeling under the weather or tired, they try so hard to make her day as enjoyable as possible. Her face lights up with a smile when we mention the names of any of the staff who support her during her day. We have always found communication to be excellent, whether it be updates on what the classes are learning and experiencing in a day, or procedural elements such as important updates around pick-ups and drop-offs, or ways they are improving their safeguarding.

My daughter loves attending nursery. She has moved up to Rising 3s room and has settled in really well. I'm really pleased with how comfortable and confident she has become, she constantly amazes me with new things she has learnt whether thats a new nursery rhyme, colours or numbers. The staff are amazing, they genuinely care about the children and have been really helpful in the toilet training phase.

My daughter started at 9 months and is now in the Rising 3s room and absolutely loves it! She is so happy when I pick her up and I love getting the in depth handover of what she's done that day. She has come on leaps and bounds in terms of her speaking, she is now day potty trained in all of a few months and she loves all the staff here at Newbank and talks about them regularly. I feel at ease knowing that she's having so much fun and learning and developing at this nursery full time.

They have both attended since they were 7-8 months old and have absolutely loved their time there. The girls looking after the children are amazing, caring and very professional. We always receive great handovers at the end of the day, along with regular daily updates through the app. It's so reassuring to know that my children are happy, well cared for and enjoying their time there. I couldn't recommend Kids Planet Gables enough.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 12 months old, and from the moment she started, we have always felt reassured and happy knowing she was safe, well cared for and enjoying her time there. She has come on so much during her time at nursery, both in her confidence and development, and we have had absolutely no issues. Whenever we have needed to discuss anything, we have always felt listened to and reassured, with clear and thorough communication from the team. It's such a lovely and reassuring feeling to know that our daughter is happy, cared for and progressing so well. We are incredibly grateful to the nursery for everything they have done for her and for giving us such peace of mind throughout her time here

Nice and patience staff. Take very good care of my kid. He was starting with saying "no nursery" and now is excited. As parent, it is grateful to see the changes when he stepped into nursery and feeling loved.

Our daughter absolutely loves nursery, when she first joined she used to cry everytime we dropped her off for 3 weeks which concerned us but the staff were so good with her and now she just walks in and sometimes doesn't even say bye! Special shout out to Annie in tots who really made her come out of her shell and made the transition to toddlers so easy.

My first born is leaving for school in September and I know everyone will miss her as much as she sill them!

He seem very busy all day and I couldn't fault the nursery at all.

Couldn't recommend more! My child has been here for just over 18 months now and absolutely loves it! It's a lovely environment with the friendliest staff that keep you up to date at all times with notes and photos throughout the day! Fab nursery!

My daughter has been with Kids Planet Salford for about 2.5 years (the time has flown by!). She started in toddlers and moved up to Preschool during her time and now she is graduating and moving to Primary school. I cannot thank all of the staff at Kids Planet enough, what they have done for my daughter has greatly exceeded any expectations I've ever had. From the very beginning when she really struggled to be away from me and needed about a month or so of settling in sessions, they were incredibly patient and made accommodations for her and put a plan in place quickly to make it as easy as possible on both of us. I've had so much support from Helen the sendco here, I'm so very grateful for all her help. The staff in the toddlers room were lovely and the staff in preschool room have just been excellent - she comes home and talks about the staff so I know she loves them and has bonded with them. I am honestly so sad that she will be leaving Kids Planet, thank you for everything x

I'm really happy with my child's development since she started at the nursery. The staff are always very friendly, polite and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to support her development and wellbeing, and I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication.

My little girl has progressed massively since she has joined Salford nursery. From her speech to herself as an individual. The staff have supported her development throughout the journey and still are. They also include parents in the day to day organisations of the nursery. I feel safe knowing that my child is with the Salford staff .
