Kids planet nursery has been great for my son. When he first joined nursery he was non-verbal but the girls still really tried their best to communicate with him. Since he started he now talks and the girls at nursery were just as excited as me and my partner were. Vicky has been amazing, she really helped him with going into nursery in the morning and the transition from home to nursery. I personally think all the girls are fab and genuinely do want the best for all the children. Special mention for the sendco Danielle too she's done anything and everything she possibly can for my boy.

My son absolutely thrived during his time here!

This nursery is warm, engaging and applies a personal and professional approach.

If I wasn't blocked in by all the cars I would not of stayed for it. My child was just an after thought and when I am clearly upset the manager is asking me what she can do about it and told me she would put pictures up and they were still not put up. They ruined the whole experience.

I cannot rate Kids Planet Springhead highly enough. My son has attended since he was 1 and has just left the pre school. All 3 rooms he has been in have been wonderful, the staff really care about the children and its so lovely to see him excited to go into nursery to see them and his friends. It's really difficult to leave your child somewhere but when I know he is somewhere where he is so well looked after and cared for it makes it easier. It's been especially lovely hearing all about his day from him now he's old enough to tell me too - he loves all the activities, playing outside and has learnt so much in terms of routine and social skills. The pre school team have also been amazing in preparing him for going to school. Thank you will never be enough!

Both our children have attended Kids Planet from the age of one and it is sad that their journey has now come to end. The staff have all been extremely supportive and attentive and I can't thank them all enough. Additional support was given to our son when experiencing some anxiety issues, particularly around the transition to school. Both our children have thoroughly enjoyed their time there and the development has been apparent. It really has well prepared them for their next chapter. Thank you again!

All my three kids attended Kids Planet, this shows how amazing the team are. Special mentions to the Pre School team for looking after my youngest! He suffers from Eczema and the team are always going above and beyond to help him with applying cream etc.

I have sent both of my sons to this nursery, quite a few years apart. Both of them have autism, and the nursery has supported both of them brilliantly, working collaboratively with me to make sure they have had what they needed. Communication is excellent and I have always felt that they are safe and well cared for. An excellent nursery which I would fully recommend.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year now and she absolutely loves it there. The teachers are good and kind, I have never had any issues. She has grown, developed and learnt a lot over the time. Its a lovely nursery and would recommend it.

We couldn't be happier with our experience! The staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children's well-being and development. My little boy has come on leaps and bounds with his speech, confidence, and social skills since starting here. We especially love the daily updates and photos, which give us total peace of mind while we are at work. Staff who need to be mentioned for their input and effort with my son over his time at Kids Planet so far are Lauren, Ace and Iffat, with Lauren being his absolute favourite :)

My eldest attended this nursery for two years and my youngest has recently started and we cannot fault the staff. All staff are so lovely and form a genuine connection with your child - remembering their likes/dislikes/interests etc. The environment is clean and full of lots of different learning resources suitable for your child's age depending on which room your child is in. The outdoor area is fabulous and was my eldest daughter's favourite activity when she attended. Michelle the manager is absolutely brilliant - she is super helpful and friendly and is always there to answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends/family

My child has been attending this nursery since he was 10 months old. Absolutely amazing staff! They go above and beyond for my little boy! He really enjoys going in and always tells me stories about Sophie, Anisah and Teah! I'm so happy that he's happy here- the staff clearly take amazing care of their children! My daughter has attended the last 2 years , she has throughly enjoyed every day she has spent there ,the staff are so welcoming to the parents,grandparents and children. They make the children feel so special and embrace the childs individuality. We're sad she has to move on. We would like to thank the staff in the rainbow room and pre-school

Since my daughter started I'm January 2026 I've been so impressed with the communication that I've received about her. The staff have been amazing and so supportive of her and also myself and husband. My daughter has been going through some health issues and has been on long term antibiotics, the staff have been more than supportive letting me know how she's doing throughout the day but most importantly supporting her with her needs. She's thriving in all areas. Communication has really took off and I'm so proud of how she's growing up and who she'll become. Thank you very much to everyone at the nursery for many more happy times at nursery a head

Both of my children have gone to Kids Planet and we've been so happy with our experience - they've absolutely thrived while there, the staff are so friendly and have got to know them really well. The support when potty training was especially brilliant, they advised when they were ready, gave advice and both kids were out of nappies within a couple of weeks. Every staff member, despite the room, knows their name. My kids were always happy to go to nursery in the morning, which made drop off much easier! There are a good range of meals and snacks, and they do a really diverse range of activities, for example gardening, dancing, Spanish and baking and they're always learning something new. My daughter starts school in September and already knows how to recognise the alphabet, phonics sounds and can count to 25. I would absolutely recommend Kids Planet.
