My son has been attending Busy Bees Priorslee for 5months and we are so pleased with how he's getting on. Staff are friendly and helpful. We see daily updates through their app and are kept in the loop about events so even though he is only in 2 days a week, he won't miss out.
The food is amazing,
he eats better than we do! The facilities are lovely and inviting for all ages.
Would highly recommend.

The nursery has been perfect for our daughter. She started when she was around 9 months old and we've always found the nursery provides exactly what she needs. The staff are warm and helpful and have formed strong bonds with my daughter. They do a lot of different activities each week and expose her
to a wide variety of activities. They are also very focused on her progression which is great.

Things that busy bees does well - child safety, care and affection to child, positive reinforcement, helping the child settle into different rooms within the nursery, nutritious meals, helping the child through mealtimes, potty training, comforting a fussy or upset child, office staff is always helpful
with the admin side of things.
Things that they could improve especially in comparison to what some other nurseries offer in the same geography - more outdoor space, more equipment for physical activity, more supervised mixing of different age groups, short walks out of nursery setting for 4/5 year olds.
The staff and management have made some good changes in recent times - including new toilets for kids, hiring more staff, more communication to parents through the app.
My child's safety, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing are the most important things for me and busy bees staff have always excelled at that.

We take the wellbeing and care of our children very seriously and I would have no hesitation in recommending Busy Bees Telford for the services that they provide. My child joined after having issues at a different local nursery and they blew us away with everything that they do. The food provided is
top drawer, and the staff are all friendly and caring, going out of their way to include my other older child when joins me on pick up.
My youngest is acing his development both mentally and physically and Busy Bees are playing a massive part of that and actively encouraging their learning and development, from counting to potty training.

My daughter (1.5 years old) has been attending Busy Bees Nursery since she was 5 months old. The carers are so attentive and caring and helpful. They follow up with parents in detail about how the child is feeling and what they have done during the day. They do loads of activities to educate and entertain
children. My daughter is a big fan of their messy play sessions, reading and singing.
I also like the meals they offer to children, which have loads of fruits and veggies.

Busy Bees Nursery has been amazing in all aspects. From the minute I went to look around till currently while my son is still there.
They have all been so warm and welcoming and never made to feel like anything is too much. Every single staff member has been so supportive of my son who has needed
extra support and even with things outside of nursery they have supported me with. They have always kept me up to date with what’s going on with the transition into new rooms, about his day, what he’s eaten and been up to. I couldn’t recommend a better nursery and better staff.

Overall, the nursery is a very good place for my child to attend and I am satisfied with the way the staff look after the children from the Baby to Toddlers group. In those groups, the staff are very kind, and friendly, take good care of children and my child has really benefitted. I don't feel though
that the 3 to 4-year-old groups are given the same level of care as the toddler and baby groups.

My son attended Busy Bees Telford for only a short time, but the impact that it made has put him in good stead for his next step in his education. He fondly speaks of all the team and his experiences at the setting. My son gained his confidence back after a huge setback with another provider, there
is not enough that I can say that truly covers the impact they all had on not just my child but on us as a family. You all will hold a special place in our hearts, you're incredibly caring and go above and beyond for all the children in your care. I just wish we would have joined sooner. My son started at the nursery in October 2020. We’d just moved house and was obviously very anxious about him starting with it being a new area and his first-ever day in a nursery setting (he’d been home with me all his life due to the pandemic). All I can say is that he has gone from strength to strength
since starting in October. It took him a while to settle in but over the weeks he has built his confidence and has gone from crying at the door to running in and hugging the team at the door. My husband and I are absolutely satisfied with the care that is provided and knows that he is loved and has a strong sense of belonging in his room with the staff and other children. The pandemic gave us great pause when considering childcare options for him but we are glad we choose Busy Bees because his days there is a really important part of his week and overall development.

My child has been going to this nursery for nearly 2 years now and loves it. The activities, the food and feedback from the staff about my child are excellent. They are all added to the nursery app which I find very useful. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The only negative for me is the parking
area. Not enough space/too small area for everyone using the nursery especially during drop off and pick up "rush hour".
Not the nursery fault at all as it is down to their location. Definitely not an issue when choosing this nursery. Just a nice to know information for other parents considering this nursery.

Since my daughter started nursery it has always been very welcoming and very friendly and warm, I wouldn’t recommend any other nursery. She has grown up so fast and they have adapted well to welcoming her in and understanding her personality very welcome. The staff and cleanliness of the place is 5*

All staff are welcoming and show so much care to our daughter. She goes to them with open arms, and this leaves me feeling safe and secure with our choice of nursery. We have updates frequently on parent zone which is wonderful and shows how she is growing in their care. I couldn't recommend them more.

My daughter has gained so much confidence in herself since attending the nursery. She has so much knowledge due to the teachers, that give so much time to the kids. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for what they have done. Nothing is ever too much. My daughter asks to go to nursery every day, to me
that speaks volumes. Thanks for all your hard work. I literally wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Busy Bees in Telford Priorslee have been wonderful at settling my daughter in. She started in March 2017 and now it has literally become her second home.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. I am pleased to always hear of the fantastic day she has had. I know she is well looked after and cared for.

My daughter started this nursery in 2017, I was apprehensive about sending her as most parents are but I was welcomed and reassured by all nursery staff. I particularly liked the secure settings of the nursery and the welcoming feel. Since starting nursery my daughter has really come on and out of herself,
she has formed lovely relationships with all nursery staff as have I. Communication between staff and parents/carers is brilliant we are always kept up to date on what our children are doing. I wouldn’t hesitate at recommending or using this nursery again in the future. It’s a great place with lots of friendly faces.

My daughter has attended this nursery since 2017.
As with every parent we were a bit worried with leaving her at first but after our visit (which was completely unplanned and spur of the moment) we were made to feel welcome by a member of staff (who set a great precedent for the nurseries attitude
to parents who don’t book appointments!) we were shown around and immediately knew it was the place we wanted my daughter to attend.
She has taken a shine to all of her key workers that have been involved in her development whilst being there, two of them especially.
She has met loads of friends there as well which is really nice.
The systems in place work brilliantly such as parentzone where we get regular updates, observations and assessments (helps be part of their day to day)
Security is high level, I know this after being stopped and asked who I am because they didn’t recognise me.
Couldn’t recommend this nursery more.

Both of my children have attended Busy Bees and I have always been pleased with the standard of care. If anything it has improved since my youngest started nursery. We love the ParentZone app, the updates are great and we get to see so many more photos and can leave comments. I feel that the staff working
with my daughter genuinely care about her, she has become so much more confident since starting nursery. She loves the food and is so much more likely to try new foods with her friends around her than at home.

My eldest son has been attending this nursery since Aug '14. From day one he loved nursery and the changes in his development were outstanding. My youngest son now also attends Busy Bees. He was much more hesitant when first starting and hated being left. He quickly learnt how amazing nursery is thanks
to the care and devotion of the staff. I can’t praise them enough for the way they have brought out the very best in both of my children and how passionate they are about the care they provide. They regularly post observational photos to a parent portal, along with creating paintings/cards for them to bring home with footprints, handprints, photos etc. The nursery is a clean and safe environment with brilliant facilities indoor and out, where I am confident that my children are receiving the best care. The meals provided for the children are nutritious and varied, and allergies are catered for with the highest level of care. Highly recommend this nursery and all of their amazing staff.

Job Title: Centre Director

Hello, I'm Carla the Centre Director here at Telford. I have been working at the Nursery since April 2013 working within the Preschool Room, before working my way up to the role of Assistant Centre Director and now Centre Director. I have a degree in Early Years Childcare and Education, as well as a well of knowledge and experience as a SENDco in early years and I have also recently completed my level 5 in Leadership and Management.
