Both my boys have attended Busy Bees in Telford from 11 months old. I couldn't be happier with the support we have had during their time there. It feels like being part of a family. They give so much care to your children and the boys always finish the day with a huge smile on their faces after a fun
and engaging day.

My son has been attending busy bees Priorslee Telford for almost a year now. I only have positive things to say. He settled so well & really enjoys his days with the nursery. They are wonderful and professional. I especially love the app where we see what our son has been up to regularly & he looks
happy in every photo!
Amazing nursery, highly recommend.

It has been exactly a year since my daughter started with Busy Bees, she turns 2 in a few weeks and I can't overstate how amazing the staff have been with her. Being a first time parent and having the usual anxieties at the beginning, I can honestly say I don't worry about her whilst she is in the care
of the staff at busy bees. They have always assigned her Keyworkers who genuinely know your child and their ways, they push them to learn and explore and challenge theirselves, they give genuine care and attention to their wellbeing. I would recommend this nursery to all and I'm so thankful we selected them.

The nursery has an enriching curriculum ran by passionate and knowledgeable staff. They care for and know our child well. I am confident that they properly safeguard the children and are diligent when it comes to health and allergies (this is something we value as our child has these issues).
At every
stage, we have felt staff take the time to know our son and seem to enjoy their time with him. They are thoughtful and encouraging in their interactions and activities! We are really happy we chose busy bees.

Outstanding. My child has developed so well with them. He's striving and succeeding in every aspect. They really are loving and neutering. They have one of the hardest jobs and they manage to do it effortlessly. If I was to have another child I wouldnt hesitate to use busy bees again. Thank you for
all your hard work and support.

We honestly love Busy Bees. My little one has been there since just before he turned two and is now nearly four, and I couldn't have asked for a better nursery for him. His baby sister already has a place secured for September!
The staff are amazing - so kind, patient and genuinely care about the
children. It's clear how well they know my child as an individual as strong relationships between him and staff are evident. The activities are brilliant and he's learned so much while having loads of fun - we get to see it on the app, and we hear all about it when he comes home!
Also the food deserves a medal He eats things there that he completely refuses at home, which says it all!
I feel totally confident leaving him there and would recommend Busy Bees to any parent without hesitation.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees since September 2024 and we are very happy with our experience here. She has come on leaps and bounds, is a very confident girl and we can tell she feels very comfortable and happy at nursery. Her language skills are developing rapidly, which is definitely something
that can be attributed to the hard work of the ladies at Busy Bees as we are a bilingual household and try not to speak English to our daughter at home. The regular updates and photos on the app are very welcome, I love seeing what she gets up to in the day. She has made friends and has a lot of fun, and is very comfortable with those who work at the nursery. The food always sounds lovely, and it must taste that way too since she always polishes it off. The management at Telford is great and always very friendly and responsive. Busy bees is a great establishment, and our son will start to attend later this year too.

I can't overstate how grateful my husband and I are for the care our youngest receives at Busy Bees. I drop her off every morning with complete confidence, knowing she is in safe, caring hands.
Our son, now 6, also attended Busy Bees during Covid. He had enlarged adenoids and allergies, which meant
he needed additional care during naptimes and close attention to foods that could trigger reactions. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Even now, they still shower him with love whenever he joins me for drop-offs or collections.
All of this is to say that Busy Bees Priorslee provides an exceptional level of care, and parents can be completely assured that their little ones are truly in good hands.

Busy bees have been caring for our 3 children since our eldest started in 2019. The nursery has always provided outstanding care for our little ones and have gone above and beyond especially for our youngest who has some complex medical needs where nothing has been too much trouble and they have taken
every opportunity to train in his care.
The children are always happy to go to nursery and are full of stories about their day when they get home. The facilities are great and the food is always nutritious and tasty.
They support very well with potty training and developing independence.
I would highly recommend to any family looking for a nursery that they can trust.

My son has been attending Busy Bees Priorslee for 5months and we are so pleased with how he's getting on. Staff are friendly and helpful. We see daily updates through their app and are kept in the loop about events so even though he is only in 2 days a week, he won't miss out.
The food is amazing,
he eats better than we do! The facilities are lovely and inviting for all ages.
Would highly recommend.

The nursery has been perfect for our daughter. She started when she was around 9 months old and we've always found the nursery provides exactly what she needs. The staff are warm and helpful and have formed strong bonds with my daughter. They do a lot of different activities each week and expose her
to a wide variety of activities. They are also very focused on her progression which is great.

Things that busy bees does well - child safety, care and affection to child, positive reinforcement, helping the child settle into different rooms within the nursery, nutritious meals, helping the child through mealtimes, potty training, comforting a fussy or upset child, office staff is always helpful
with the admin side of things.
Things that they could improve especially in comparison to what some other nurseries offer in the same geography - more outdoor space, more equipment for physical activity, more supervised mixing of different age groups, short walks out of nursery setting for 4/5 year olds.
The staff and management have made some good changes in recent times - including new toilets for kids, hiring more staff, more communication to parents through the app.
My child's safety, physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing are the most important things for me and busy bees staff have always excelled at that.

We take the wellbeing and care of our children very seriously and I would have no hesitation in recommending Busy Bees Telford for the services that they provide. My child joined after having issues at a different local nursery and they blew us away with everything that they do. The food provided is
top drawer, and the staff are all friendly and caring, going out of their way to include my other older child when joins me on pick up.
My youngest is acing his development both mentally and physically and Busy Bees are playing a massive part of that and actively encouraging their learning and development, from counting to potty training.

My daughter (1.5 years old) has been attending Busy Bees Nursery since she was 5 months old. The carers are so attentive and caring and helpful. They follow up with parents in detail about how the child is feeling and what they have done during the day. They do loads of activities to educate and entertain
children. My daughter is a big fan of their messy play sessions, reading and singing.
I also like the meals they offer to children, which have loads of fruits and veggies.

Busy Bees Nursery has been amazing in all aspects. From the minute I went to look around till currently while my son is still there.
They have all been so warm and welcoming and never made to feel like anything is too much. Every single staff member has been so supportive of my son who has needed
extra support and even with things outside of nursery they have supported me with. They have always kept me up to date with what’s going on with the transition into new rooms, about his day, what he’s eaten and been up to. I couldn’t recommend a better nursery and better staff.

Overall, the nursery is a very good place for my child to attend and I am satisfied with the way the staff look after the children from the Baby to Toddlers group. In those groups, the staff are very kind, and friendly, take good care of children and my child has really benefitted. I don't feel though
that the 3 to 4-year-old groups are given the same level of care as the toddler and baby groups.

My son attended Busy Bees Telford for only a short time, but the impact that it made has put him in good stead for his next step in his education. He fondly speaks of all the team and his experiences at the setting. My son gained his confidence back after a huge setback with another provider, there
is not enough that I can say that truly covers the impact they all had on not just my child but on us as a family. You all will hold a special place in our hearts, you're incredibly caring and go above and beyond for all the children in your care. I just wish we would have joined sooner. Thank you for all your continued support and guidance. You are truly the best at what you do!

My child has been going to this nursery for nearly 2 years now and loves it. The activities, the food and feedback from the staff about my child are excellent. They are all added to the nursery app which I find very useful. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
The only negative for me is the parking
area. Not enough space/too small area for everyone using the nursery especially during drop off and pick up "rush hour".
Not the nursery fault at all as it is down to their location. Definitely not an issue when choosing this nursery. Just a nice to know information for other parents considering this nursery.

Current Review Score: 9.4 (9.441)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 9.4 (9.441) out of 10 for Busy Bees Telford is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.9 out of 5 from 15 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.6 out of 5 from 15 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.872 for Busy Bees Telford is calculated as follows: ( (158 Excellents x 5) + (21 Goods x 4) + (1 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 180 Ratings = 4.872
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 4.569 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Busy Bees Telford is based on 15 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 20 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews, 0.05 Points for the next five Positive Reviews, and finally 0.025 Points for the next ten Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.050, 7th = 0.050, 8th = 0.050, 9th = 0.050, 10th = 0.050, 11th = 0.025, 12th = 0.025, 13th = 0.025, 14th = 0.025, 15th = 0.025, 16th = 0.025, 17th = 0.025, 18th = 0.025, 19th = 0.025, 20th = 0.025) 3 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.125 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.05 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 + 0.025 = 3.875
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 108 number of registered child places is 21.6. 15 Positive Reviews ÷ 21.6 = 0.694
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
