A purpose-built nursery with exceptional facilities, both indoors and outdoors. In addition to five children's playrooms, they have additional areas, such as a soft play room, sensory room, and two outdoor areas providing a huge variety of exciting activities.

Amazing nursery with lovely staff! They take excellent care of the children and offer a wonderful range of activities that support their overall development. My daughter started in the preschool room few months ago and have been receiving lot of additional support from staff related to language development
Amazing nursery with the best staff we could ask for. My son has SEN and we were not very lucky with our previous nursery, so I couldn't believe how great this place is. We are very grateful that we found Kids Planet Hebburn. The staff is caring, kind, knowledgeable and they really look after my boy. He is not speaking yet, so he can't tell about his day in nursery but every morning when I drop him in, he runs into the building with a huge smile on his face. We get regular updates about his day, and we work together with the nursery on specific strategies to help his development. He has one more year before he goes to school, and I am already sad about his last day. I just wish we could take the staff with us to his school next year :)
None of the issues face over the past couple of weeks are in anyway a reflection on the staff within this nursery.
The staff got to know and understand my son. I am especially grateful for your support with his special needs and the hard work you all put in to ensure his transition to school. Thank you for the vital advice you gave us on how to support his development at home. Thank you for signposting us to where to get more support. My child absolutely loves coming to Abacus Nursery as he feels supported and loved by staff, especially his keyworker, whom he adores. The staff were happy to chat and felt like our extended family. You all played a huge role in his development, and he has learnt so much. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
Our daughters have both been at Abacus since they were young babies. The staff are all excellent and adapt to the nature of the children. They encourage independence as children get older, which increases their confidence. The girls both look forward to going to see their friends, the staff and of course the delicious food!
Abacus is a wonderful nursery for my child. Its staff are well trained as well as caring and my child has come on in their development enormously thanks to their nurture and activities. We have felt assured throughout the pandemic with safety measures in place for all staff, children, and carers.
A top-class nursery. Not only does our son feel happy and safe, but his interests, talents and traits are also identified and embraced. All staff in all rooms have the perfect balance of a warm nature with professionalism. Our child thrived during their time at Abacus, which is a credit to the environments, morals, structure and ethics enforced consistently.
