Kids Planet Hebburn

My son has been with the Kids Planet Hebburn since September 2026, he didn't settle on his settling in days I got very nervous anxious and scared incase he would not settle but the staff that take care of him where amazing and put me at ease once he started properly he settled in really well has made amazing bonds with the staff and his key workers, he's learning every day he is there with them. Only thing I would love to see is more photos of him trying new things. The staff are amazing confident friendly and really professional.

But overall a great nursery and my little boy loves going.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Kids Planet Hebburn. We currently have 3 boys in this nursery, and from their first settling sessions the staff have been so kind, helpful and understanding. All 3 boys love attending this nursery and always come home excited to tell us what they've been doing throughout their mornings.

Absolutely incredible staff. As a neurodivergent parent, they have really supported me and been incredibly compassionate and understanding when I have brought concerns to them. They have given me so much support and clearly really prioritise parent and staff relationships. I want to especially mention Bethany, Kari, Emily, and Danielle as they have really brought my kids out their shells and share such a positive and nurturing bond with my kids. They really do child centered play here, for example my son really loves cars and trains and they always make time to sit and play cars with him, which has made him join more group activities. They've really helped with their speech development and nurture their individual talents. Never had an issue at this nursery, my oldest has been there since 8 months and is now 3. I really appreciate them and all they do for my sons and how they have supported me as a parent :)

Incredible nursery, with some fab facilities and fab staff! Our 3 boys have enjoyed being at this nursery for the last year and always come home so excited about what they've been doing. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough, the staff are so kind hearted and very helpful.

We honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough. The whole team are amazing and provide such a caring, friendly and supportive environment. The staff are always so welcoming and genuinely care about the children. They are always on hand if you need any help, advice or reassurance, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing our son is being looked after by people who are so kind, patient and supportive. We're incredibly grateful for everything they do and for the care and support they give our family.

My son only started in September. He's 20 months old and he's very attached to me his mam. I was dreading trying to leave him to inking it would be very distressing. So wrong! He absolutely LOVES nursery, he shouts for his workers who are in his room, he shouts for his friends. He is coming out of his shell and I can't wait to see what he's like this time in another month so people at nursery can see the baby I get everyday. Thank you so so much, any anxiety I had has gone and I know he's in incredible hands - plus his eating has got much better! Would recommend over and over again. Also the nursery as a whole is beautiful, lovely outdoor space, lovely staff and three buzzers with locked doors and gates to get in all with cameras so very secure!

Amazing nursery with lovely staff! They take excellent care of the children and offer a wonderful range of activities that support their overall development. My daughter started in the preschool room few months ago and have been receiving lot of additional support from staff related to language development

Amazing nursery with the best staff we could ask for. My son has SEN and we were not very lucky with our previous nursery, so I couldn't believe how great this place is. We are very grateful that we found Kids Planet Hebburn. The staff is caring, kind, knowledgeable and they really look after my boy. He is not speaking yet, so he can't tell about his day in nursery but every morning when I drop him in, he runs into the building with a huge smile on his face. We get regular updates about his day, and we work together with the nursery on specific strategies to help his development. He has one more year before he goes to school, and I am already sad about his last day. I just wish we could take the staff with us to his school next year :)

None of the issues face over the past couple of weeks are in anyway a reflection on the staff within this nursery.

The staff got to know and understand my son. I am especially grateful for your support with his special needs and the hard work you all put in to ensure his transition to school. Thank you for the vital advice you gave us on how to support his development at home. Thank you for signposting us to where to get more support. My child absolutely loves coming to Abacus Nursery as he feels supported and loved by staff, especially his keyworker, whom he adores. The staff were happy to chat and felt like our extended family. You all played a huge role in his development, and he has learnt so much. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our daughters have both been at Abacus since they were young babies. The staff are all excellent and adapt to the nature of the children. They encourage independence as children get older, which increases their confidence. The girls both look forward to going to see their friends, the staff and of course the delicious food!

Abacus is a wonderful nursery for my child. Its staff are well trained as well as caring and my child has come on in their development enormously thanks to their nurture and activities. We have felt assured throughout the pandemic with safety measures in place for all staff, children, and carers.

A top-class nursery. Not only does our son feel happy and safe, but his interests, talents and traits are also identified and embraced. All staff in all rooms have the perfect balance of a warm nature with professionalism. Our child thrived during their time at Abacus, which is a credit to the environments, morals, structure and ethics enforced consistently.
