My daughter has only just started in the Preschool Hub at the start of April but the transition has gone so smoothly. The trials went very well and my daughter went in on her first day happy, no tears and there hasn't been a day she hasn't wanted to go in. The team have been amazingly supportive and her key person, in particular, has been a huge support. The Preschool Hub has been set up beautifully, with all their favourite toys and we have had some lovely updates of what they have been up to on the app. The lovely garden has also been a big part of why my daughter loves her new setting. Couldn’t be happier that my child goes to this nursery. The team is really friendly and my daughter seems to be thriving there. Like many, my daughter loves the outdoors, so the space they have is invaluable and I love that they facilitate forest school activities and lots of water play. Her key person is wonderful and I feel that she does really ‘get’ my daughter and is fab at tending to her needs. I am happy with the communication I receive and get regular updates, especially via the app.

My grandson has been with you for 18 months. He is a lovely boy and has learned how to share his toys and play with other children and has learned to do things on his own if he wants to. He has been learning about plants and how to grow them and comes home and tells me and always checks on the things we have at home, like sunflower seeds, broad beans and strawberries and, even, on our caterpillars that are growing into butterflies. He has done so well in his time, so far, with the Otterbourne Nursery. I can't praise this nursery enough for what they have done for his development. Thank you.

Clare is the Nursery Manager and is passionate about providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for every child in a fun, safe and stimulating environment. She believes in following each child’s individual interests, giving them the opportunity to learn, explore and develop to their full potential.
Clare joined Bright Horizons as a Senior Nursery Nurse before progressing to Room Manager and then Deputy Manager. She later worked across the wider group in a support role, bringing her experience and enthusiasm to a number of nurseries.
Music is one of Clare’s biggest passions, and she loves leading music sessions for both children and the wider nursery team. Singing and dancing are a big part of who she is, and she enjoys bringing that energy and creativity into the nursery.

Stacey has over 25 years of experience in early years education, beginning her journey in 1997 when she qualified with her NNEB in Nursery Nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked across a range of early years settings and completed her Level 5 Leadership qualification in Early Years Management in 2017.
Stacey began her career as a nursery nurse and gradually progressed into management roles, including running her own preschool, which was an incredibly rewarding chapter in her career.
