Kids Planet Edinburgh Way

My 2 year old started here around march/ April time and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Since starting, he now knows how to eat his food properly and drink out of a cup (which I struggled to get him to do at home). He understands how to share and be kind to others. His speech has come on leaps and bounds and most importantly he has so much fun. He adores all the girls that work there, he gets so excited to see them and always talks about them at home. I myself feel heard and understood with any concerns I may have, they are always very reassuring and respectful of my wishes and any questions I might ask. NO question is a silly question! My little boy is currently undergoing SEN assessments and the nursery have supported us every step of the way and for that I am so grateful as it can be a very worrying transition for your child. Over all, I would highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, lovely and fun environment for their children.

The staff are very lovely and have really helped my daughter come out of her shell and has made her more confident and independent.

All of the staff at Kids Planet Edinburgh Way are very helpful and personable. We always get a rundown of how our child's day has been and are able to ask questions. They do a great variety of activities, and our son loves it. The routines around the book of the week, colours and words have been great and have definitely contributed to his love of books!

Great experience enrolling my child at Kids Planet, settling in sessions offered and he was able to get used to the environment and staff before starting. All the babies seemed comfortable in the environment and when I was there, I saw they followed the children's lead in the free play and they we able to use the whole room which is a big area - lots of activities available. They sing and read everyday, as well as having weekly themes for learning. No issues so far regarding food/personal care/nappy changes/sleep & the staff team is small so appear to know my child well already.

My child is happy and want to go to nursery every day and this is the most important to me

We've had a wonderful experience with Kids Planet. It's a safe, nurturing environment with a lovely approach to play based learning that has really supported our daughter's independence and curiosity. They were brilliant and reassuring when we were going through the egg and dairy ladder for our daughters intolerances and were able to cater to her needs during this time. She loves going and is always happy at pick up telling us about what she got up to during the day and talks positively of the staff. We really value the caring relationships she's built with them and feel they've become such a positive part of her early years. Thank you so much to the whole Team, we highly recommend!

The staff at Kids Planet have been so understanding and helpful. My child started last year and really struggled to settle in, but with the help of the staff she now absolutely loves nursery. They are always available to have a quick chat and fill me in with lots of information about her day. Lots of photos/updates are regularly uploaded to the app so I can see how she is getting on throughout the day. She learns lots of new things/words and it has really helped her develop. I can't fault them in anyway and constantly recommend them to others who are looking for a nursery.

Lovely nursery, with fantastic staff who genuinely care. The children are provided with a great range of activities and fully supported in their development. Both of my children are both very happy at this nursery.

Overall, a caring, well-organised nursery that I would highly recommend.

All staff very welcoming, keep you updated all the time. My 10 month old daughter is loving her days a nursery i get picture updates every day which is nice to see what shes getting up to. I would definitely recommend kids planet.

Fantastic nursery amazing person centred care given to each child. Many thanks to shezina stella Emma rukiya for being so lovely and kind to my son from the moment we drop him off. They helped my son settle in and his development has progressed so much since starting nursery. My son loves going to nursery and always has fun!

The nursery staff are all fantastic and as parents, this helps us feel much more assured that he is in the best possible care.

We find all the staff very welcoming when dropping our child off at the start of the day and given great detail of how their day has been on collection.

Kids are made to feel welcome.

Fisherfield is amazing. My little boy is three and loves coming to nursery. The care provided is outstanding.
