My son started nursery last month and he has settled in good! The team in the baby room are very accommodating and very helpful. They welcomed me and my family and my son has formed great relationships with all the staff in the room and he is happy at nursery. I feel at ease going to work knowing he is cared for at nursery. I get regular updates throughout the day and can see what he is working towards in the room.

My little one started the nursery in June 2024 at 6 months old. In this period, she has gone from being barely able to sit to crawl, standing, walking and running. She has become confident and interactive. She loves her carers at the nursery and enjoy being there.

My child is very happy at nursery and has made strong attachments to the adults in the baby room. Staff are very good at keeping us informed of progress and it is clear they have genuine care for him, which as a parent is a great feeling. We are very grateful to staff and would recommend Kids Planet Hall Lane to others.

From day one, staff have been incredibly welcoming, supportive and attentive to my daughter's interests and needs. The nursery is clean, and the rooms are beautiful! I receive pictures and updates through the app and have great, consistent communication with keyworker. The managers are very helpful and make it very easy for me to trust leaving my daughter in their safe hands. Definitely recommend this nursery to all my friends!

The staff are incredibly warm, understanding and nurturing and my child is always excited to go in the morning. The team does a fantastic job keeping us updated and engaged with daily reports and photos.

My son has been attending this nursery for over 2 years now and he loves it. The staff are fantastic, the facilities, including outdoor play area and sensory room, are brilliant. We get daily updates via the app on what he has eaten, nappy change, etc. and pictures. They offer a variety of different kinds of food which is good for the children to try new things. There is a strict policy on tailgating and not allowing anyone else in to ensure the safety of children. Everyone is always happy, lots of parking space for pickups and drop-offs. Smells amazing when you walk in. I would highly recommend this nursery.

This is a really good nursery, I have sent my child to other nurseries and this one tops them all. The staff are amazing, they are all so friendly and welcoming, and always give me a detailed handover telling me about his day. The nursery provide my child with really good food and experiences. The activities they do look so fun and exciting. Their social media pages are so informative and look amazing. I'm really happy with what staff are teaching my child as he has come so far in his learning and development.

My son attended this nursery and as soon as we entered the nursery we were welcomed with warm smiles. The manager, Lauren was such a warm, kind and friendly person. On our look around she was so helpful and friendly, she introduced to all the lovely staff who made us feel welcomed. My son had settled in the first few weeks, knowing it is really hard for him to get along with new people. The staff really tried their best to make him happy and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better management and staffing team to look after my child.

I have joined my child from April she is thoroughly enjoying their time at the nursery and is showing noticeable improvement in various developmental areas and the nursery provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow through play and exploration.

After coming here I noticed that my child is much more confident and learning a lot about different things. My child is now happy to communicate and play with other fellows and really happy for my child's development. I really recommend this nursery to everybody for their child's future and good development.

My son has attended for almost 2 years now, he has come so far with his speech and development. The staff were great with his toilet training. They have been really helpful in dealing with tantrums and providing resources to help with this at home. He loves coming to nursery and has made so many friends. I can't imagine having sent him anywhere.

It's both mine and my daughter's first time relating to nursery and since starting in September she has come on so much. Overall I'm so pleased with the nursery, their staff and their protocols. Very satisfied with the nursery.

My child has being going to Kids Planet Hall Lane for a few months now, I am incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and nurturing environment for my child. Even from my child's very first induction, the staff ensured that both myself and the child felt at ease and happy coming into the setting. Management are great and extremely approachable, they are efficient with dealing with any of my queries. I can clearly see the positive impact that going to nursery has made on my child, it is lovely to see updates when he is there via the parents app and all the exciting activities he takes part in. I would highly recommend Kids Planet to family and friends. Thank you all for your hard work!

While the fees are slightly on the higher side, I believe the quality of care and the joy it brings to my child make it completely worth it.
