My child has attended the baby bungalow since August 25 this year. as a very anxious parent the staff have always tried there best to give me all the reassurance I needed to keep my mind as calm as possible, all the staff are lovely and you can see the genuine care from them towards the children. With
lots of different indoor and outdoor activities and lovely cooked meals! It didn't take them long to understand my child and his needs and what he likes and dislikes with plenty of pictures and updates throughout the day and my child is always happy and smiling to be at the nursery with the staff and his little baby friends! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a safe , caring nursery environment for there little one!

One of the best nurseries I have sent my children to. My daughter is two years old she can't wait to go to the nursery in the afternoon. She loves it there. The staff are so nice and always ready to help. I could not compliment the staff enough at the Altofts Kids Planet Nursery. My daughter also loves
the meals at the nursery. The whole nursery is perfect. I will definitely be sending my youngest daughter to this nursery too.

Great setting, the kids love there time there. Lots of feedback from the staff and useful handovers at the end of the day. My daughter always comes home filthy and tired which to my mind shows she's had an absolute awesome time.

We were made to feel very welcome during the settling in period. She's had a very good start and it is obvious how well looked after she is and will continue to be.
The communication from nursery is excellent and gives a sense of peace of mind for us parents.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My child started here after attending another nursery. The staff at Altofts couldn't have been more helpful. They immediately put us at ease and we instantly felt at home. Every day at pick up my child he has the biggest smile on his face and cannot wait to tell us about
their day. The staff are absolutely incredible and also keep us informed on my child's day. Nothing this too much for them. I wish I had made the move for my child sooner.

My child moved to this setting in September 2024 after previously attending one of the larger settings in the group of nurseries. This setting is smaller and more intimate, which has helped my child's confidence massively, all of the staff are so lovely and attentive and you can see they work hard to
build great relationships with the children. This shows with how comfortable my child is when I drop him off and when I come to collect him and see him enjoying playing with his friends or sat in the reading corner reading a book with a member of staff. They always give a detailed handover of how your child has been through the day, what they have been up to and how they have eaten, as well as updating the app throughout the day too. The nursery facilities and outside space are great and always really clean. There is always lovely homemade meals served at meal times and healthy snacks offered throughout the day. My child loves this nursery setting and I'm very happy that we made the move.

My son started full time at 7 months, as I needed to return to work. We are pleased so far with the care from Kids Planet Altofts. Our son has allergies and this was a worry for me, but the app and staff communicate well in relation to this.
All staff are friendly and helpful on pick up and drop off
and he seems to have settled well. It is nice to receive the app updates of him getting opportunities to play and learn in a different way and he genuinely seems to be thriving.

The nursery really do put the children first! They listen to all parents' requests and they care for the children. The staff are always smiling and happy and very informative about your child's day. They seem to have great creative activities set up daily for the children. My children really enjoy their

Our experience with Kids Planet Altofts has been exceptional. From the day my daughter came to this nursery, the experience has been wonderful and she thoroughly enjoys her time there. They have always been so accommodating with settling her in at her own pace, and always being so smiley and friendly
so she felt welcome. They are so good at challenging her so she tries new activities and doing things she really enjoys.

All the staff at your Altofts nursery are wonderful. They nurture my little crazy child and adapt each day to whatever is going on in each family life.
They someone link that into educational values and adapt it to suit the other children in the setting. Exceptional service.

My son started at the baby bungalow in October and has come on leaps and bounds in all aspects of his development since starting. I was nervous at first leaving him when starting back work but the staff are lovely and really helped reassure me and ease my worry with regular updates of him throughout
the day. He loves nursery and is excited to be handed over to the nursery staff on a morning. You can tell they have a great bond. I would highly recommend Kids Planet, especially the baby bungalow.

My little boy has just started and although he has struggled to separate on a morning, seems to be settling in well. I haven't received many learning posts on the app so haven't seen much of what he is up to, but the app is clear to follow and easy to use. The social media page isn't updated much, including
information about meals/menus or term time dates. Posts about nappy changes/sleep/meals are uploaded hours after or sometimes they have been uploaded after he has been collected. Greeting on a morning often feels rushed. Communication and emails around fees are prompt and clear. The staff seem friendly and approachable.

My granddaughter skips into the nursery most mornings she loves it. The staff are lovely and she's come on leaps and bounds since joining over a year ago. It's a lovely setting with a great outdoor space for all-weather play.

The staff are all very attentive and remember what my daughter enjoys and likes. She only attends once a week so this really makes her feel welcome and settled in the environment.
Really happy with the constant updates on the app. It is lovely to see what your child is up to at nursery as it can be
quite daunting leaving them somewhere else.
Staff are always friendly and smiley at drop-offs and pick-ups.
The outside space is a big positive as many other units we went to look at didn't offer a space like this.
Whenever I have raised a query with the team they have always escalated it quickly and resolved it.

Since moving into the preschool room my daughter has been thriving and enjoying going. She has come on loads and is so sociable and looks forward to seeing her friends every week. I always get updates from my daughter's key worker about her day, what she's been up to, and what she's eaten throughout

Excellent staff who welcome the children and have a clear knowledge of all of the children and their individual needs. They always have time to update you on the days activities and any concerns or feedback on your child. The range of activities they provide for the children to be involved with is very

My daughter started Kids Planet Altofts in September 2024 in the baby hub. The staff are always really supportive on drop off and send regular updates throughout the day to make sure we know she's ok and happy. There are always lots of activities and play to keep her little mind busy. The management
has always been really quick and responsive to any queries we have. The hub staff are always really friendly if calling for an update via telephone and regularly update the app with how she is developing from birth to 5.

My Son attends Kids Planet Altofts. He transitioned extremely well as a child who'd just turned one and hadn't accessed any nursery provisions prior. He appears to love it, he gets excited to go and will even go towards the staff on arrival. He enjoys a lot of the meals prepared and I love that I can
see photos/updates of his day on the app they have. The provision has lots of areas and activities for the children to engage with. Communication has always been great. I absolutely loved the little gifts that the nursery helped my son make at Christmas time. I have nothing bad to say about the nursery.

Cannot recommend this nursery enough! The love any support shown for my two children is exceptional. The staff know my children completely and support them accordingly. I always feel safe leaving my kids knowing they are honest and would always be truthful regarding my children 10/10.
