Kids Planet Streetly

My daughter loves going to nursery, this puts my mind at ease. I know she's always in safe caring hands.

My son has been at kids planet streetly for almost a year now and has recently moved up to the toddlers room.

He absolutely loves his days at the nursery and even when he was a bit anxious at first he immediately was settled and welcomed by all the staff.

They're all very friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever too much.

I would 1000000% recommend them to anyone, as a first time mum I think it's so important to feel comfortable and trust the team who you leave your little one with and I certainly do.

They've really helped bring the best out in my son, from his speaking to being sociable, and really letting him enjoy all the things he loves like music bus or going on outside walks!

When our newborn baby was in hospital, we informed the nursery of this due to it potentially having an impact on our little boy. The manager and staff were very supportive and we felt reassured he was well looked after. On top of this, when our little girl joined the nursery she required regular physio therapy which the staff were more than happy to do with her on a day to day basis. Our physiotherapist praised the nursery saying she could see the difference it was making and how well she was developing. We couldn't be happier with Kids Planet Streetly Nursery.

I want to thank everyone, especially two staff members in particular for their continuous hard work. Another two ladies in particular are also very helpful and will respond to my emails quickly.

And finally, value for money wise, I really liked that all of your food and nappies are included in the overall day rate nursery costs. I thought that was a really nice added extra and one less thing as a new parent to worry about!

I also love that she is provided with homecooked, healthy meals every day!

My son initially attended this nursery and loved it, so there was no doubt when deciding to send my daughter here. My daughter has SEN needs, and the nursery has been fantastic in training themselves up to understand and support my daughter from when she started to now. They have really helped her get ready for her transition to primary school and I know although she can't fully express it yet, she will miss the staff and nursery dearly. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the range of activities and rooms they have is fantastic, including access to the woods/Sutton Coldfield Park opposite. I'd highly recommend it!

Great nursery. Had two children attend this nursery. Witnessed the company change over which seems pretty smooth and no disruption to the children which was my main concern. Both children happy when they come out and happy to go back the next day.

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet for the last two years. After a rocky start (she didn't want to leave me) the staff helped her transition become as smooth as possible. They made me feel comfortable enough to ring a few times a day to check in on how she was getting on. She thoroughly enjoys herself when she is at nursery, making friends, learning new things and just being confident in herself. This is all possible because of the environment that is created by Kids Planet Streetly.

Excellent nursery. All three of my boys have attended, with one still attending. Never had an issue. Beautiful setting with lovely, caring staff. As parents, we are leaving our most cherished possessions in the hands of nursery staff, who we should be able to trust. I can honestly say, I have no issue leaving my children here, the staff honestly look out for our children like their own. Despite changing hands to Kids Planet, the core values have stayed the same. Couldn't recommend Stepping Stones enough.

A rich environment with a very lovely team who not only look after children nicely but also promote their development and learning. Their support and care prepare children for the next steps and boost their confidence in different areas.

Have had the best experience with Kids Planet Streetly since both of my children joined in September 2023 aged 1 and 3. The level of care that the whole team embody for the children and the parents is second to none. The nursery is always very clean and the atmosphere they’ve worked hard to create with lighting and layout is really supportive of a calm, learning environment for all of the children to safely explore. We adore it and my 3-year-old talks about her teachers as though they are an extension of her family which I think says it all!

The staff are kind and have time to listen to the children. They vary the activities throughout the day and involve age appropriate challenges to aid learning. When I asked for naps to be shortened, it was communicated among the team and consistently followed. Some of the staff love spending time outside, and regularly encourage time in the garden and trips to the park. My children love this, and will happily spend time with all members of staff. Fresh food is prepared on site, and the children do not come home hungry. Written communication with the office is good when required, and the staff spend more time playing with the children than uploading stuff onto the app which is generally a good thing!

Kids Planet in Streetly has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. All the staff are really friendly and are always updating me on how my daughter is doing. As soon as we get to nursery my daughter gets really excited and has no problems going into nursery which is so reassuring. My daughter's social skills have developed massively since attending Kids Planet and she adores her key workers so much. As well as looking after my daughter, the nursery has been so supportive to us as parents. I couldn’t wish for my daughter to go anywhere else! I also love that the nursery updates you on an app with lovely pictures of what your child is up to! Again thank you!

Kids Planet in Streetly is a very welcoming and friendly setting. All of the staff members work hard to encourage my daughter to learn new skills, they also have a strong knowledge about what my daughters likes, dislikes and interests are. Since she started I have found that she is developing rapidly and is being challenged in new ways with the wide variety of resources and activities.

We will all be very sad when she leaves this summer.

What a lovely nursery! The staff are so friendly and warm. The feedback you get from them shows that they truly know and care about your child. My daughters confidence has soared since starting here and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. They do so much with the kids on a daily basis and that's not even including the events they put on, forest school or Spanish lessons! Also my daughter often has second helpings of lunch/tea, she loves the food!
