My child has been attending the nursery for a year and a half and he loves it here. He is always happy to go into nursery and excited to see his friends and the staff. They cater to his needs and are friendly and helpful! His development has come on brilliantly since starting at Tiny Teddies and the activities he does throughout the day are educational and fun. He absolutely loves the outdoor area to run around in and explore. Management are brilliant and show great support for staff.

This is a fantastic nursery. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming, always greeted with a smile. The managers at the nursery are very helpful and are always there when I needed advice or help with something. It really is like a home-from-home feeling! Every time I collected my niece, I got full feedback and excellent communication. The app is also really nice to see photos of what she had been doing. Would highly recommend this nursery can't praise the staff enough!

My daughter has been going here since the baby room and loves every minute. She can't wait to go on her nursery days and wakes up talking about it every day. She runs in with a smile and is greeted with a smile and hug from the staff. I get feedback weekly on the parent app and always get clear handover feedback from the staff. They take her personal needs and preferences into consideration every time and if she doesn't like the meals given she is always given a substitute so she's had a substantial meal. She has blossomed since starting and her talking is amazing since. I can't fault the staff at all, the manager is lovely too and always there to be able to speak to if needs be. I would recommend it to everyone, my other two children also went to the Radford site and absolutely loved it there too.

I would definitely not recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff are not actively communicating with parents and will find any excuse to send your child home. The place is not clean and the garden is in a horrible state. My child used to come home starving every evening and this is not the case since we swapped to a new childcare provider. I was never asked why I am pulling my child out of there, and the owner never asked for feedback. The staff turnover is horrendous, people are leaving all the time. Do not waste your time sending your children there, it is not worth the stress and the money. They do not even deserve 1 star, would rate them 1/2 star if I could.

Our daughter loves it here. The staff are so caring and give great feedback. She also loves the food. We are confident she is making good progress and has made great relationships with staff. It feels like a home from home environment.

My child has been at this nursery for 1.5 years and has learnt so much from the brilliant staff and the way they work. They have amazing facilities for all the children to learn new skills. The staff are always happy and the children are very excited to see them.
