Our little boy loves nursery, he happily waves us off in the morning and always has a smile on his face at pick up. Throughout the day, the APP is regularly updated to ensure we know all aspects of nursery life for our child.
The staff are approachable, friendly and very much know our child as reflected
in parents evening and developmental reviews. They encourage, support and nurture our child and he has a lovely relationship with all nursery staff not just his key worker.
During the day, our child completes a range of activities but he loves to explore outside and this is very much encouraged in all weathers.
We are very happy and would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. They have been absolutely fantastic with my son. No issue is too big for them, and they always do their best by my child. My son loves going to nursery and I know this is because of the wonderful staff. 5 stars, 10/10

My little one started last April and was nervous about starting, the staff were excellent in reassuring him and myself. He since has loved it, he enjoys being there and spending time with the other children and nursery workers. They call with any issues and are very competent at dealing with issues/incidences
. They do lots of different activities which he enjoys and is excited to talk about after he's left nursery. The food variety is great and nutritious . My little one loves it. I would highly recommend kids planet Kingswinford +++

We cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff have become like family to us; many of them cared for my eldest (who is now 6) and are now looking after my son. Knowing he is in such experienced, loving hands gives us total peace of mind. The setting is amazing, especially the huge garden,
and we love the regular updates and photos of his day. We also love that all the meals are varied, healthy, and cooked fresh on-site!
The local trips are such a lovely touch too. We have nothing but positive things to say-it truly is the best environment for any child.

Kids Planet Kingswinford has been fantastic in supporting my child through his first year at nursery. His key worker has been approachable, welcoming and supportive throughout. They have not only supported my child's development but also been on hand to answer any questions I have as a first time mom
about my child's development and also the EY assessments. Staff go above and beyond and provide wonderful opportunities for my child.

My son loves attending nursery at Kids Planet Kingswinford! He is always happy when we drop him off and pick him up. He has made lots of progress and learnt lots of new things. The staff are all friendly and approachable. They are always happy to answer any questions we have. They give good advice and
are always reassuring. The nursery always feels safe for our little boy and they always follow procedures appropriately if he ever has an accident. They are always quick to inform us if he has hurt himself or is unwell. They have a great range of meals and snacks which are always healthy. We would recommend this nursery to anyone!

A warm and welcoming facility which our children enjoy attending. Feedback is prompt and detailed. The staff know our children well and they seem genuinely interested in their lives. They have adapted well to the needs of our eldest who uses Makaton to communicate.

My little boy loves attending this nursery. He walks in with a smile on his face and I'm greeted with a smile when I collect him. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are always informative when relaying how his day has been. My son has attended since around the age of 1 so has been in the baby
room and the toddler room, both of which have been positive experiences. He has developed some lovely relationships with the staff, particularly with his current keyworker.

I knew within the first few minutes of the show around that the nursery was the one I wanted to send my little girl to. She was just so confident and comfortable from the off, joining in and even putting her arms out for a cuddle from the staff. She settled in straight away like she had been there for
years and has just continued to develop and thrive. She can't wait to go in each time not even looking back to say bye as she walks in. All the staff are so friendly it is just the best place for little ones.

Staff are so friendly and helpful and are great with the children. My son has settled into nursery so well and loves his time there. He learns so much at nursery and I think it's great how many activities he does throughout the day. The garden area is very spacious. The staff are also very informative
about what my son has done throughout the day. I feel that my son is looked after well and is very safe there. I would recommend this nursery highly.

The staff are remarkable, and the love and care taken in helping to nurture and understand my child and his needs, what works for him and how to get him ready for school.
My son has had his ups and downs with his behaviour over the years, and the patience displayed and wanting to overcome any problems,
to get the best out of my son has been noted and appreciated.
Now my boy has turned a corner and I am so proud of how he is growing up, I have the staff to thank for helping to bring the best out of my boy, as he is your typical boisterous, excitable lad, not liking being told no, and prefers to do his own thing, giving him the time and consideration as to what works for him, which proved to be the need of being outside, to burn off all his energy in order to be able to come back into the classroom and learn how to behave etc.
I shall be sending my daughter to this nursery when she turns 2 as I wouldn't want anyone else to help bring her up in her early years.

My son has been with Kids Planet from 7 months to age 3 and he has loved every minute of his time here. The team are wonderful, the setting is fantastic and most importantly I have never once had to worry about the care he receives. The activities planned for the children are always wonderful and the
passion the team have shone through in how engaged our little man has always been in what they plan for them. If you're considering nurseries we can't recommend Kids Planet and the team highly enough. We're going to miss you all so much!

Fantastic staff, it's good to see the children enjoy being at Kingswinford. My daughter only started this year, the staff were brilliant due to her nerves. She loves the activities and we keep running out of room on the fridge to display her crafts.
The food is always good and options are available
should my little one not like anything.
