The nursery has a good welcoming atmosphere and my son enjoys spending his time there. Alisha the manager and her team are all awesome and have a good communication and they keep me updated in all nursery activities and she give a quick response to emails

We've had a very positive experience with Kids Planet. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly supportive of the children's development in a warm and safe environment. It's reassuring to know our child is in such good hands.

What we really appreciate is how accommodating and helpful they are with ad-hoc or urgent requests as well. They always try their best to support parents when unexpected situations come up, which makes a huge difference for working families.

Overall, a lovely nursery with dedicated staff who genuinely care about the children. I would definitely recommend it to other parents.

Well what can I say, a very important choice for parents to make when choosing a nursery. Especially us being first time parents! We chose this nursery out of three we visited and many more reviewed online.

Our son has been going there since September 2024 at 9 months old and we are very happy and pleased so far with the nursery and his progress.

Each day he is in we look forward to catching up with the staff to see how his day went when we pick him up; they make time to come and speak to you about his day and advise on next steps e.g. weaning of the bottle.

As first time parents it's one thing we don't have to worry about. Our son loves spending time there and the staff have gelled with him so much.

I am presuming it's because he's so adorable ha! But honestly when you speak to them they are very delightful and respectful.

She enjoys great food, lots of messy play, and clearly has a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a home-from-home nursery with down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely caring staff.

Could not recommend this nursery enough, so glad we sent both of our boys here and they have both had the most positive experience.

The teachers and support offered at Kids Planet is really good, they go above and beyond. There's great clear communication at the end of the day, and my two boys really have fun here. My youngest has improved his communication by attending here as he was only saying a few words to begin with. I'm really happy with my boy's development, all thanks to the Kid's Planet approach! Outstanding nursery. Definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with this nursery. Our daughter has been here since February 2022 and has always returned home happy on her nursery days. All staff members are professional and very friendly. We love the activities and events the nursery puts on, including outdoor visits. The lunches appear to be on a cycle so it does feel they receive the same dishes quite frequently. We would like to receive more photos of the activities our child completes hence making more use of the app. Nevertheless, we will be sad to say goodbye to the nursery when our daughter begins school next year.

I’m very pleased with this nursery as I have been with them for a few years now for both my kids it has been a great experience for them and myself. The staff are amazing very kind, welcoming and helpful. They allow your child to play and learn. My once shy child is now outgoing and has become confident. Highly recommend.

Both of my children go to this nursery, both of my children have learnt so much and I am so impressed with the development of my son in particular. My son was born just before COVID and missed out on so much for the first three years of his life, I didn't think he would be able to catch up with everything. He didn't speak much at all before he started nursery, he started to speak so quick after joining nursery and has become a very social child and is doing pretty much everything a child his age should be doing. He has close bonds with all the teachers, he speaks about them all the time at home too. My daughter started nursery at 5 1/2 months and she amazes me at how much she learns at nursery, in my experience she has only become a fast learner and has so much skills for a 1 year old because of Kids Planet. Thank you so much to everyone at this nursery for being so understanding in all aspects. I would 100% recommend this nursery to everyone.

Excellent staff; welcoming and very polite. Nice outdoor space for kids to play. My son is always happy whilst at nursery. I am always happy to send my son to the nursery. Very good value for money. Thank you all.

Also, the meals at the nursery are always varied and I love that my daughter gets to try so many flavours!

My son always tells me that they do lots of different activities and are outdoors a lot, they also go out to the mobile library. This is also documented on the app with comments and photos which is lovely for parents to see and read and keep up to date. I have no doubt my son will continue to thrive at this nursery. I am really pleased with the level of care for my daughter, every week she comes home learning something new, and doesn't stop talking about the staff. They have helped us with toilet training and she is now so confident. Feels like a second home.
