My son attended Kids Planet Abergele in the babies room and had such a lovely experience. The staff were fantastic - so kind, caring and really took the time to get to know him. He always came home happy and clearly enjoyed his days there. They were also incredibly accommodating with my dad, who is
disabled, and made reasonable adjustments to make drop-offs and pick-ups easier for him. It really meant a lot to us as a family. I couldn't recommend the team enough - they made Oliver's nursery experience such a positive one!

My little girl absolutely loves coming to nursery! The girls in the room are always so caring and always make my little one feel so welcome!
They are the best group of girls, they all go above and beyond to help! Best nursery in the area by a mile!

Kids Planet is a fantastic nursery! They provide a lovely nurturing environment for the children who attend, and really care about their emotional welfare ensuring all the children are happy and well cared for. The staff work excellently with parents providing regular updates on what they have been
doing throughout the day through a parenting app and also verbally on collection. They have also worked very hard with me to make sure my child settled in.
They always have engaging activities out, with a clear educational goal in mind. My child really looks forward to coming to nursery to see what's in the sensory tuff trays and activities they have out that day.
They have lovely outdoor areas, where they spend the majority of time during the nice weather. Indoors there is a nice space for the children, which is all lovely and clean.
The overall environment is very professional and staff clearly take pride and dedication in the work they do with the children. Highly recommend this nursery

I have to write this review because the management and staff at Kids Planet ABERGELE are absolutely amazing. I have two granddaughters that attend the Nursery, and pick them at least twice a week, they have been there for approximately 4 years now and are always happy to go in and play and learn with
their friends in the day or after school etc. Nothing is too much trouble, they always listen to Mum or myself with any concerns or important information regarding one of them. I really cannot praise them enough with the care and dedication to the children. The kids enjoy their time out there, fresh air is so important. The food that is supplied is always healthy and staff and management are aware of what foods they both like or dislike, attention to little details is so important. The trust between Mum and the Nursery is so important, and I have no worries what so ever leaving the girls at Nursery. SD is massive asset to the Company, thank you for looking after them so well:)

My little girl (18 months old) has been attending this nursery for just over 6 months, she settled in so quickly and well. Every morning she has a cuddle with whoever is closest when we walk into the room and she waves goodbye to me. She is really happy there and I love receiving the diary updates and
photos of what she's been up to. Her little character and personality is developing as well as her speech and ability to do things herself. Thank you to all the staff who cares for her, she loves you all!

A superbly ran establishment with exceptional staff in a 'home from home' setting.
My son attended this nursery from when he was 11 months old and he settled in extremely quickly.
The management and staff have all been excellent and provided my son with everything he's needed to develop into a charming
young man!
The love and care he's had from every single staff member must be mentioned, and this has provided the platform for his speech, the ability to mix and communicate very well with other children and adults, plus the ability to learn new things.
Everything from the facilities, the food, the cleanliness, the love and care, and the experiences provided to my son have been brilliant (and is much appreciated).
I must mention that when he first started, I used to phone 2 or 3 times per day to check that he was ok (I was probably a nuisance!), however the staff were always happy to help and provided me with all the answers I needed!

I collected my grandchild this afternoon, and what a pleasure it was to see one staff member in particular back behind the desk. As always this staff member goes above and beyond to help wherever she can, from accommodating space last minute, to being so approachable always, in every situation.

Such a fabulous nursery, my daughter has really come into her own since going here, great communication of her daily activities and what she has eaten for every meal, the staff are wonderful and always greet my daughter with a big smile, I love how much outdoor play they do and educational play and

Fantastic setting and amazing staff. My little one loves going to club and adore her aunties and uncles there. There is a wide variety of activities, with everyone given the opportunity to join in and play in a way they enjoy. It's great to see the outdoor areas always in use with children encouraged
to play and explore outside. There support to the local community is also much appreciated and my little one loves trips out into the community. We are extremely happy here

Overall I would highly recommend this nursery, it's been an amazing place for my child. All members are absolutely amazing, caring and also doing incredible with all, the learning side is fantastic, and down to even food my child was very picky and now they have helped my child have more variety in
foods as well. Also overcame some fears he had with noises outdoors etc, my child has become so confident and achieved all that my child should be and that's all down to the nursery being amazing so thank you so much.

My little boy absolutely loves his nursery days! He settled in so quickly thanks to the fabulous aunties. They always do great activities which the kids love. Everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic. My little boy always loves the meals, they're nutritious and a great variety.

I have a 2-year-old who hasn't really left my side. It took her 2 days to settle in thanks to one staff member in particular. My child always talks about the children and what she's done in the short period of time which is amazing. The pictures that get printed and sent home with them are amazing.
I love how warm and welcoming each member of staff is.

Everything about Springfields is fantastic! The care, staff, education - just everything. Since being here my daughter has come on so much. She started as a baby and I was struggling to wean her but that wasn't a problem for the team. Fast forward to now, she will eat everything! Her speech is exceptional
and she looks forward to coming every morning and shouts 'nursery'.
She has already made some amazing friendships and I am so grateful for everything.

I have worked in childcare since completing my Diploma Level 3 in college at 18. I started in a pre-school room, was promoted to Baby Room Leader, then worked my way up to Nursery Manager. During this time, I completed my Level 4 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and Level 5 in Management. In 2017, I had a career change and became a Restaurant Manager, until having my 2 young children in 2022 and 2023.


After this, I felt I really wanted to get back to doing what I love, so I joined Kids Planet in August 2024 and became Nursery Manager of Abergele in January 2025.

I first joined the company in January 2007 and was based at West End Nursery, where I started off in the Preschool but soon moved to the Toddler room. I was first promoted to Baby Room Supervisor and then to Deputy Manager. I covered as Manager for maternity leave and then moved to Abergele Nursery as Manager.
