Our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's development, creating a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can truly thrive. Our son comes home happy, confident, and when we arrive each morning he seems genuinely happy to be there pushing the buzzer and throwing himself to the staff, which says everything about the care he receives. Management know us and our son by name showing they too are truly involved with the day to day running and have always been nothing but helpful. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that the team goes above and beyond to support both children and families. The outdoors is what drew us to the nursery and the Udeskole approach - however the staff truly make it. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a fantastic place for our little boy, and a team who genuinely care. Thanks for everything you do for our boy!

My little girl absolutely loves coming to this nursery, as did my little boy a few years ago. The staff are so attentive and really get to know your little ones. They are very caring and nurturing. The nursery itself is so lovely with so many learning and play opportunities. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The team are always friendly, welcoming, and approachable, creating a warm and positive environment for both children and parents. The nursery itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, which is very important to us.

My son absolutely loves this nursery! He's been going since he was 1 and is now almost 3. He calls it his second home! The nursery is always clean and tidy. Great food options on the menu for the kids so you know they are getting a good nutritious meal. The staff are always happy, pleasant and friendly. You can tell they really care for the children they look after. I'd 100% recommend this nursery and if we have any other children we will definitely send them here.

They are the best group of girls, they all go above and beyond to help! Best nursery in the area by a mile!

My son attended Kids Planet Abergele in the babies room and had such a lovely experience. The staff were fantastic - so kind, caring and really took the time to get to know him. He always came home happy and clearly enjoyed his days there. They were also incredibly accommodating with my dad, who is disabled, and made reasonable adjustments to make drop-offs and pick-ups easier for him. It really meant a lot to us as a family. I couldn't recommend the team enough - they made Oliver's nursery experience such a positive one!

The overall environment is very professional and staff clearly take pride and dedication in the work they do with the children. Highly recommend this nursery

I have to write this review because the management and staff at Kids Planet ABERGELE are absolutely amazing. I have two granddaughters that attend the Nursery, and pick them at least twice a week, they have been there for approximately 4 years now and are always happy to go in and play and learn with their friends in the day or after school etc. Nothing is too much trouble, they always listen to Mum or myself with any concerns or important information regarding one of them. I really cannot praise them enough with the care and dedication to the children. The kids enjoy their time out there, fresh air is so important. The food that is supplied is always healthy and staff and management are aware of what foods they both like or dislike, attention to little details is so important. The trust between Mum and the Nursery is so important, and I have no worries what so ever leaving the girls at Nursery. SD is massive asset to the Company, thank you for looking after them so well:)

My little girl (18 months old) has been attending this nursery for just over 6 months, she settled in so quickly and well. Every morning she has a cuddle with whoever is closest when we walk into the room and she waves goodbye to me. She is really happy there and I love receiving the diary updates and photos of what she's been up to. Her little character and personality is developing as well as her speech and ability to do things herself. Thank you to all the staff who cares for her, she loves you all!

I collected my grandchild this afternoon, and what a pleasure it was to see one staff member in particular back behind the desk. As always this staff member goes above and beyond to help wherever she can, from accommodating space last minute, to being so approachable always, in every situation.

Basically, her overall attitude and professionalism to the company is second to none and delivers the perfect practice x She's the best x

Such a fabulous nursery, my daughter has really come into her own since going here, great communication of her daily activities and what she has eaten for every meal, the staff are wonderful and always greet my daughter with a big smile, I love how much outdoor play they do and educational play and my daughters confidence has absolutely sky rocketed, I constantly recommend them to friends

Fantastic setting and amazing staff. My little one loves going to club and adore her aunties and uncles there. There is a wide variety of activities, with everyone given the opportunity to join in and play in a way they enjoy. It's great to see the outdoor areas always in use with children encouraged to play and explore outside. There support to the local community is also much appreciated and my little one loves trips out into the community. We are extremely happy here

Overall I would highly recommend this nursery, it's been an amazing place for my child. All members are absolutely amazing, caring and also doing incredible with all, the learning side is fantastic, and down to even food my child was very picky and now they have helped my child have more variety in foods as well. Also overcame some fears he had with noises outdoors etc, my child has become so confident and achieved all that my child should be and that's all down to the nursery being amazing so thank you so much.

My little boy absolutely loves his nursery days! He settled in so quickly thanks to the fabulous aunties. They always do great activities which the kids love. Everyone is so friendly and enthusiastic. My little boy always loves the meals, they're nutritious and a great variety.

I have a 2-year-old who hasn't really left my side. It took her 2 days to settle in thanks to one staff member in particular. My child always talks about the children and what she's done in the short period of time which is amazing. The pictures that get printed and sent home with them are amazing. I love how warm and welcoming each member of staff is.

She has already made some amazing friendships and I am so grateful for everything.
