Kids Planet Coppull

My eldest has just graduated from Kids Planet, spending over 3 years in each of the different age rooms. My youngest has just started in the baby room and whilst it's so difficult saying goodbye after maternity I know that she's in very capable hands and a safe space. The size of the nursery attracted me as it's small enough to feel homely and not overwhelming for little ones, but still provides enough for them to grow. My eldest was proof of this - the class sizes gradually grow as they move up but still retains that home from home feel. There is plenty to get involved in and you get to see everything they have been playing with, learning, eating, sleeping and even nappy changes through their app updates which becomes your lifeline as a parent! Above everything the staff are really the standout for us. There is genuine care for the children and relationships that last when rooms are changed. Your children become part of their little nursery family and to me that's been so appreciated.

The staff are so welcoming and they keep you upto date with everything this is my second child that has gone her my daughter who is now 9 years old went here and it was still brilliant then and the staff are still the same

I have nothing but good things to say about Kids Planet Coppull, I was nervous leaving my son at the beginning but the staff were so reassuring and would message me throughout his sessions so I knew he was okay. They have shown him so much love and care and he thoroughly enjoys the activities and play set ups. I have also been so impressed with the meals provided. The staff and managers are always easy to contact and are really helpful :)

At pick-up, the staff are always happy to chat, share insights, and answer any questions. The managers are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help, creating an environment

My Great grandson has been at the Nursery since he was a baby and he is now ready for school. The Nursery have been excellent preparing him ready for his next journey, they go above and beyond and really care for the children.

My daughter joined the pre-school room in November 2025 after transferring from another nursery. The staff were incredibly helpful during the settling-in process and immediately put me at ease. They kept me updated with photos and messages through the app, which was very reassuring. She is now really happy and settled there.

The team is approachable, friendly, and always keeps me well informed. It's clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and are very supportive with things like toilet training and managing transitions.

One thing that would be nice to see is more local trips or outings for the children.

Overall, I am very pleased with the care my daughter receives and would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My granddaughter has now been at Kids Planet for 6 months in the baby room. She was very unsettled at first but with the care and compassion of the team in baby room she soon came on leaps and bounds and now goes with no issues at all and has an absolutley lovely time. She has just developed so much and there has been no stress after the initial few weeks for us as a family as we know she now enjoys it and loves the staff. She eats all her meals at Kids Planet, she loves them ! She is always so well cared for and cleaned regularly through the day. we are very grateful to all the staff. Thank you :)

It's reassuring as a parent to know your child is somewhere they're happy, safe, and well looked after. A big thank you to the whole team for all the hard work you put in every day!

The staff are very thorough in providing feedback and consistently encourage the children, celebrating even the smallest achievements. This reassurance means a great deal to us as parents.

Definitely the best in Coppull

Amazing staff. Very friendly and safe environment. My daughter absolutely loves it here. Love the fact that they really focus on the developmental milestones, work on them and gives us feedback as well.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Kids Planet Coppull. The staff are kind, patient, and truly care about each child's well-being and development. Our daughter is currently in the baby room and she absolutely loves going in every day. She has grown in confidence, learned so much and she comes home happy. The environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing, and it's clear that the team put a lot of thought into making each day engaging and fun. We're so grateful to have found such a lovely place for her to learn and grow!

The room staff are absolutely incredible, my little one had been thriving and hitting all of their milestones since joining in July. They're great at keeping you updated and are always happy to respond to messages. They send regular photos and videos of my little one playing and they will let me know when they aren't having the best day either.

The only reason I have given 4 stars is there seems to be a few administrative issues at the moment (more due to the transition) and I have had to chase things up a few times. The management staff are always happy to help though and the issues do get resolved quite quickly.

Overall my little one is very happy at nursery and I can't recommend Coppull enough!

I was apprehensive and nervous about leaving my baby for the first time at nursery. The staff at kids planet were great with both me and daughter, in reassuring me that they would take good care of her and in making a fuss of her. I love the updates I get on the app, and seeing her enjoying herself and having such a nice time. I'm so happy and content that I picked this nursery and can't thank the staff enough for how they have helped my daughter to settle in.

Absolutely amazing team at Kids Planet Coppull! Rachel, Vicky, Amber and the whole team do such an incredible job. Our daughter, Evie, has settled into nursery life so well thanks to their care, support, and welcoming environment. We couldn't be happier with the way she is thriving here.

They have been letting my son go without food / little food for months and months now, refused to let me take a pack lunch so I knew he was eating and continued to not offer him any alternatives to the cheap food they're feeding. Staff giving false promises he is coming home literally starving every day.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery from being 9 months old and I couldn't recommend enough! The nursery has such a lovely, friendly feel about it and straight away I knew my girls would be happy, well looked after and cared for by the amazing staff.

The nursery goes above and beyond in every aspect and we are so lucky to be a part of it.

My son has attended Kids Planet Coppull since September 2024, and I could not recommend them more!

A wonderful nursery, my sons key workers and the wider team feel like family. We receive regular updates and assessments on his progress and he has flourished under their care. I trust them implicitly and I am so grateful for their support in helping to raise my son.

I highly recommend

Started my oldest when it was early birds in March last year and we have been blown away at his learning and development throughout his time so far. The staff have been amazing with him and have helped him grow and develop. My youngest started march this year and we have had nothing but support from his team. The staff in both babies and toddlers have been amazing and I'm so pleased with my boys. I couldn't recommend a nursery more. Having tried childminders before we were nervous with starting nursery but it was the best decision for us and our boys and I'm so thankful to the staff who look after our boys.

My son has been going to Kids Planet for almost 2 years and absolutely adores it and has done since his first settling in sessions. It's obvious at drop off and pick up how much the staff truly care and adore my son. The care is also uniquely adapted to develop my son's individual personality and build his skills and confidence. As a family we also feel very supported by the staff, especially in the last couple of months with welcoming a new baby. The nursery went above and beyond to make the transition to 4 as easy as possible for all of us with lots of flexibility, extra support for my son, and also offering to drop him off at the car when the baby is fast asleep.

The settling itself is slightly on the small side with being a converted house, so don't massive rooms or gardens but I love that as it feels a lot more personal. Kids Planet has also given it a make over recently with lots of new and exciting toys that my son loves.
