Kids Planet Anchorsholme believes in providing children with opportunities to promote curiosity and imagination. Anchorsholme is a Curiosity Approach nursery centred on family values.

My little boy attends breakfast and after school club. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and they tell us how he has been. We also get photos to show us what he has been doing in the session. He enjoys the food there and will often have seconds! My little boy enjoys going.

All 3 of my children have attended this nursery & I have nothing but good things to say about them. The meals are amazing, the support we have received is so appreciated & I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Every single one of the staff at this nursery go above and beyond & my boys LOVE spending
their days with all of them.

My daughter is always so excited to go into nursery. The staff are so welcoming and kind. Nursery is always clean and has lots of activities set up for the children every morning! The staff take the children out to the local shops, park and on trips to the beach, on the tram. My daughter has made some
lovely friends there and speak about the staff all the time. The app keeps you well informed about everything. Any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.

My little boy goes here and the staff are all amazing you can see how great they are with all the kids, my little boy is coming along great and they support from the staff is amazing they always inform you on everything and keep you updated.. my little boy is always so happy and excited to go in the

The staff have been great with my child. They were the 1st to notice that he possibly suffered from autism, they put all the necessary procedures in place for him and have gone above and beyond with his care. Don't know where we'd be without them.

My daughter loves going to nursery and from day 1 we have always felt reassured. The staff and managers are always accommodating and on the ball. My two boys attend this nursery and it has been amazing to see how much their confidence and development has grown. The staff are supportive of our needs, prompt at resolving any issues and no problem is too much. My boys enjoy the messy play and their amazing outdoor facilities as well as going on

My child came to this setting after being at another for 3 years. The distance they have come in such a short amount of time is a testament to the staff at this setting. The staff are great with my little boy, he settled in so well when he first started (which hasn't happened in the past).
He loves his toys there, meals, whoever is looking after him, they take the children out, which I love, the kids are happy. If you have a request, they are happy to try. The courtesy
calls are great and the safe guarding, even getting in the building is strong, which is great to see. 8/10

I Cannot thank the staff at Anchorsholme Kids Planet enough, especially three staff members in particular. They are amazing with my daughter she adores them all. and they have helped to encourage my daughter to gain confidence, all of the staff are very knowledgeable and they help to foster a good environment

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Kids Planet Anchorsholme. When she first started, she was very tearful and upset when going. The baby room worked really hard with her and she absolutely adores coming to nursery now. She can't wait to get in! She is always busy and happy when she is there. The
team are so caring and loving and I know that my little girl is safe. She has come on leaps and bounds in the 3 months she has been attending and has learnt so many new skills.

After facing a price increase at my child's first nursery and being let down by another we contacted Kids Planet Anchorsholme where her brother attended. Don't know why we didn't come here in the first place. Easy to enrol, great facilities and my child fitted right in. Love it.

My child is currently in Tots and is really happy. He chats all about the ladies and tells me about his day with his friends. Hello, my name is Janet, and I am the setting Manager at Kids Planet Anchorsholme.


I have worked in childcare for 17 years 12 years of which have been continuous employment with the company working my way up from Practitioner to Manager in March 2023. I hold my level 3 in childcare and development. I am fully paediatric first aid qualified and hold a certificate as a designated safeguarding lead.


I always knew my passion was with children and something I was eager to learn all about and how to help them develop so began my career in childcare. I have worked with all age ranges and love spending my time in the rooms getting to know all the children.


In my spare time outside of my manager role I enjoy long walks in the lakes with my dogs, and spending quality time with my three children and family.
