I am a qualified primary school teacher with a specialism in early years education. I am committed to delivering best practices crucial in those first early years. I am dedicated to creating a unique space where children and their families feel safe, valued and cherished. I have two beautiful children of my own who have helped influence and shape my vision of the early years curriculum. I am committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of staff, children and our families, as well as establishing and maintaining a dedicated, passionate and highly skilled team to continue to drive the nursery forward. I will continue to adapt to the needs and demands of the early years curriculum, ensuring our environment reflects this for our children.

I have worked in the early years for around 15 years. During that time, I've gained a wealth of experience supporting children's development, leading teams and creating stimulating learning environments that help every child thrive. I am coming to the end of my studies of the level 6 qualification in Early Years Childhood Studies, which is helping me deepen my knowledge and understanding of child development, leadership and best practice. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my two daughters - they inspire me every day and remind me of the joy and curiosity that children bring to every experience.
