The most welcoming environment. The staff are so lovely and really go out of their way to make you feel heard. I know my babies are in good hands when I drop them off- they so my girls so much love and kindness. The environment is beautiful and calming and I can honestly say my girls have loved every stage from babies room to preschool.

Most of parenthood so far has been making decisions in the moment that you hope turn out to be the "right" one in the long term. Some you win, some you don't. Selecting Waverton House as the nursery for our firstborn was a process of great deliberation but ultimately, we went with our gut and it has paid off in spades. Genuinely the best parenting decision we made. From Babies to Tots to Toddlers and now into pre-school, the journey has been perfect. Every element of the place has been carefully and meticulously considered to give the children a safe, fun and educationally enriched experience every day but, it's the staff that really make this place what it is. There is such a sense of community with the parents and staff that it makes going there every day a pleasure. Our son LOVES going to nursery and with our second on the way, we are so excited to be starting the journey all over again!

This is a wonderful nursery. They always go above and beyond to create a safe and magical experience. My child loves the staff and activities. I would highly recommend it to any family. We've been so impressed!

My child is almost 4 now and has been going to this nursery since he was 1. Throughout that time, the care he's received has been excellent. He's had several key workers and each of them have been amazing. All the staff are so friendly and polite, and are wonderful with the children. The manager and staff on reception are also brilliant at their jobs. There is a forest school and a tipi on site, which my son loves, and the outdoor space is fantastic and safe. We've rarely had any issues, but whenever we've needed to raise something, it's been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I couldn't recommend this place more.

A beautiful, calm, relaxed setting with upmost care for my child. Management are brilliant, Becky does her upmost for the children every day and she has such a passion for the wellbeing of every child! With outdoor spaces, Tipi huts, clean, thought-out surroundings this really is the best nursery around

The staff in his room make such a genuine effort to get to know him as an individual and incorporate his interests into the activities and things he does at nursery. Nothing is ever too much to ask and they are always so supportive and understanding. To see the confidence my son has developed and how settled and happy he is now is amazing, and I truly believe that is down to the constant care, support and encouragement he receives from the whole team. I honestly can't thank you all enough for everything you do. We feel so lucky to have such a wonderful nursery to trust with the care of our son, and we can't wait for our younger son to join you too!

Every Keyworker and Room leader our children have had have been excellent communicators with us as parents while forming great relationships with our children who have thrived during thier time in Waverton House.

Incredible nursery, all the staff are so friendly and our daughter loves it there! They always have lots of fun themes and our daughter spends lots of time outside. Couldn't recommend highly enough! This nursery was recommended to us and we have been recommending to others.

We could not have chosen a better nursery for our little boy who joined in 2024. The staff are incredible and the activities and resources are fantastic. Staff are always so warm, welcoming, friendly and provide such supportive and personable care to our boy. He adores going to nursery and we are so happy with Waverton House. Our little girl will be starting later on this year.

We have nothing but praise for Waverton House. Our son has just moved into a new room for the 3rd time and each time the transition has been smooth thanks to the love and care of staff. He has made such strong bonds and he is thriving. Hand overs are thorough. Staff genuinely care about the kids and what they've been up to. Our daughter is due to start in the new year and we feel privileged that our children are being cared for at this wonderful place.

My daughter attends this nursery and each room she has been in, she has been looked after very well, all of the staff have taken the time to get to know her. All of the staff have been very supportive when my little girl has struggled with her toileting and they have shown her such patience and care. When I fell unwell and spent a month in hospital, the staff were amazing with my daughter and helped keep life normal for her, it really eased my mind that she was being so well looked after in nursery. The updates on the app are very regular and it is always easy to speak to or contact the staff and even management. Nothing is too much to ask. I will always recommend this nursery and couldn't imagine my daughter being anywhere else!

This is my second child in waverton house they have both gone from baby room to preschool until primary. It is absolutely outstanding I could not fault a single thing. From the kind, fun, nurturing, creative staff who know the children so well, to the beautiful building and decorated rooms, the grounds and forest school. Communication with parents is amazing. The building is safe and secure. They have taught them both so much and my children have thrived there and my eldest who is school now misses it so much still. The manager is supportive of her staff and they're all a real family team. Truly believe there is no better nursery on earth and I am even considering a third baby so that we don't have to say goodbye to waverton house next year for good!

After not a great start in a different nursery, we moved our boy to Waverton and it was the best decision we made!! The calming vibe as soon as you walk through the door is like no other. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and show a real interest in each individual child. The manager and team really put the children first, creating a fun and inclusive learning environment. After only a couple of weeks, my boy felt so loved and cared for that he already can't wait to get into nursery in the morning - happily waving me goodbye. He loves the attention he gets from all the staff and I can see how much he has grown already. The communication from the nursery is fantastic. I get a detailed talk through of his day as well as pictures on the app. I feel at ease dropping my boy off and I can't thank the staff enough for their incredible care and expertise. I would recommend this nursery to everyone!

Our little boy started at Kids Planet Waverton House in the baby room and has since transitioned into tots & now toddlers. In the last year, we have watched him go from crying as we handed him over to being visibly excited as we walk through the gate each morning, which says everything about how safe, supported, and happy he feels. What we especially value is how adaptable and child centred the nursery is. The staff take the time to understand each child as an individual and go above and beyond to cater to their unique personalities, needs, and stages of development. You can see the care, patience, and thought that goes into everything they do. Complete credit goes to all of the team for the warmth and genuine support they provide, not only to the children but also to parents! Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they are always willing to have open and supportive conversations. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a brilliant nursery!

We have had a geat experience with Waverton House, the staff have all been fantastic and have really helped him transition between rooms. There are loads of activities everyday and I really like that he has regular outside activities and attends forest school multiple times a week. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have three year old child, my little boy is in pre school I have never had one problem with the nursery and they have gone above and beyond to meet his needs. And now my daughters having the same magical experience. Best nursery ever I always recommend to people.

Such a lovely atmosphere at the nursery. As you enter you are welcomed with a calm and clean entrance with friendly staff who you learn to know by name. They foster friendships well between the children. They have a variety of age appropriate activities for the children and therefore encourage active and imaginative play that helps them to develop depending on their age and abilities. Communication is excellent between staff and families. I have loved sending my son to this nursery and he has flourished in their environment.

We are so pleased that our son attends Waverton House. The staff do an incredible job of combining sunniness and friendliness with total professionalism and early childhood expertise. The nursery's equipment is state of the art, and our son, who is now in tots' room, loves and thrives under the ethos of encouragement of outdoor, sensory-based and creative play. He is genuinely excited to go to nursery on Monday mornings, and leaves every evening with a smile on his face. We feel very lucky that he is in excellent hands for nursery.

Amazing staff, both kids have the time of their lives going in! Amazing setting, great manager, facilities are always clean and looked after. Everything is carefully thought out and considered with our child's development at the heart of it.
