Kids Planet Bricknell

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Bricknell highly enough, all of the wonderful staff have gone above and beyond all expectations to care for our little boy. They have supported our family through his health concerns with such care and have helped us all to feel hopeful for the future. All of the staff do an incredible job and we feel so lucky to be a part of the Kids Planet family

We've had a really positive experience at Kids Planet Bricknell. The app gives a helpful daily overview, and staff always take time at drop-off and pick-up to chat about how the day has gone. It's a warm, welcoming setting where children feel happy and settled. Our eldest attended for three years before moving on and really flourished during that time. Staff supported their learning, emotional development and behaviour with engaging activities and clear strategies that were easy to continue at home. Our youngest has attended since infancy and continues to thrive. They love coming in each morning and enjoy a wide range of activities, including tuff trays, baby yoga and outdoor play. Staff have also been very supportive with transitions and early speech development. Overall, it's a caring, well-run nursery with excellent communication and a strong focus on each child.

For someone who has always struggled with nurseries and separating from my baby, my daughter instantly took to the place on our first taster session and 5 months later has improved and learned so much more. The staff have always been amazing and accommodating.

My little one loves this nursery and has grown so much here. She loves going for two days a week and seeing her friends. The staff are a great bunch and have helped my daughter grow so much over the last 18 months

My little girl has only been coming to the nursery for a number of weeks, but even though she still gets very upset the staff are so caring they just come get her off me and cuddle her, they are so kind and empathetic I know my daughter is in safe hands and that she will be cared for just as I do. The girls are all so so nice I can't fault them, it makes it easier leaving your child with people you know you can trust and here I trust them completely. They let you know every step of their day and update you when you pick them up too.

Luca started in June when he was only corrected 6 months as he was 12 weeks premature. I was so worried about being away from him and trusting other people with his needs but I couldn't have asked for a better team to look after my son. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting and loves nursery. He loves all his teachers and I have so much trust in them which makes sending him so much easier. They are great at updating the app so I know everything that has happened that day and they make sure to give us a courtesy call if any little accidents or changes happen. The nursery is always clean and tidy and they always have age appropriate activities, Luca is always interacting with them which tells me they are always thinking of all age groups!!

Overall very happy and grateful to the staff at Kids Planet.

My son started at the nursery when he was 10 months old. He has settled in very well from day 1! The staff are absolutely amazing! So lovely and welcoming. Honestly my son has not once gone into nursery crying. He toddles in with a smile. I feel so lucky to have got him into this nursery! Really happy with the care and the support. I would always recommend this nursery!

My daughter has gone to this nursery now for a little while and she always has the best time. The app is updated regularly and I check it all the time from work which is very useful/reassuring. The staff are friendly and polite and my little girl knows them all on a first name basis and always speaks highly of everyone. I travel for work sometimes and the nursery accommodated for that too. Honestly couldn't ask for better. My daughter has never had any issues and always seems excited to go!
