My daughter has really settled into nursery. She's got a great bond with all the ladies. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she's been at the nursery. The ladies are always there. We were very happy with her under-2s parents' evening.

Baby room staff are always more then helpful and make me feel so comfortable with leaving my child in there care


Kelly is always there to support any needs and always gives my child a warm welcome! She not only supports the parents and children but her relationship with staff is always noticed!


Have no bad words to say about the nursery setting!


Only down fall is the finance team unfortunately!

The nursery is a happy and welcoming place where our daughter is thriving. She regularly recounts activities she has done and often surprises us with what she knows. At only 2, she is recognising letters and numbers and her speech has really come on, especially since moving into the toddler room. We're
looking forward to sending our second baby there when I return to work.

Excellent experience with the nursery, my child loves to attend, all staff very caring and nurturing towards my child. Very accommodating and supportive if there are any changes or concerns. Plenty of activities and opportunities for my child.

My boy loves it there, loves the staff too. Kids Planet has been great thus far. My favourite things are the updates via the app and during pick up times - that way I am involved in his activities as well and see cute photos. Thank KP!

My child started Kids Planet in January 2025 and ever since then she has absolutely loved it. Every morning when dropping her off she is excited to see all the staff and ready to give them a cuddle. She was only 9 month old when starting nursery however the friendly, calm atmosphere made the transition
as easy as possible. Whenever I have any concerns they are always happy to help and are dealt with in a fast and appropriate manner. We are constantly shown photos and updates of our girls day at nursery which makes us so at ease. I would happily recommend Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery.

The most amazing and caring people I could ever wish to look after my children, the staff are AMAZING! I moved my son here at the age of 1 and was the best thing I ever did, my son struggles with his speech (4 years old) and the staff have been amazing with bringing him on as much as they could. He
is very hard to understand if you don't know him that well but the staff can understand him just as much as me and that tells me a lot how much they care about him. They have been amazing with my daughter also when she started at 6 months old now 2 years old she has come on leaps.They both love going to nursery and i couldn't ask for a better nursery to help raise my children.

Both of my children have attended Kids Planet Sutton and have really benefitted from attending. My eldest has since departed but my youngest goes still attends. The nursery workers are really helpful and I love him coming home to let me know what he's been learning and all of his interactions. I love
going onto the app to check his wellbeing and looking at how well he's eaten etc. He has really come on since he's been at nursery in terms of social interactions/maths/learning and language. The facilities are fantastic and it's great to see the learning environment the children use inside and outside. I feel really safe that my child goes there and feel confident in being at work all day without checking on him whilst he is at Nursery.

I feel so comfortable and confident in sending my child here. The staff are brilliant and show genuine pride in helping the children achieve milestones and watching them grow. There is a great family atmosphere about the place, and all the children seem to thoroughly enjoy their time there which is

My daughter started kids planet in March, We have never had any problems from there.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, always there whenever I have any questions or concerns.
Very impressed with the dedication and positive approach by the all the staff there.
The communication from the staff
is always spot on, keeping me updated about my daughter's day.
The nursery is always very clean and well maintained.
I am so happy we choose kids planet nursery.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2011

My name is Kelly and I am the manager at our Sutton site.
I started working for the company in September 2011 and have been a manager since August 2018. I have a Master's Degree in Childcare. During my employment I have worked with all ages but have the most experience working with pre-school age.
The most rewarding part of my job and working in a nursery environment is seeing the children and staff learn and develop new skills daily. As a manager the most important factor for me is communication between all parties in the nursery in order to ensure the best environment for the children to grow.
