Absolutely wonderful nursery with knowledgeable, caring and supportive staff at all levels. I can't recommend Ark Nursery enough! From the moment we joined, I felt reassured that my son was in a safe, nurturing and positive environment. He absolutely loves the outdoor play areas and sensory activities,
which have clearly helped build his confidence and curiosity. Since attending, he has become noticeably more independent and his language development has advanced so much, which has been amazing to witness.

The staff are not only friendly and approachable but genuinely invested in each child's development and wellbeing. Communication has been excellent and I always feel well informed about his day, progress and achievements. The nursery itself is warm, welcoming and well organised, with engaging and thoughtfully planned activities. It's clear that the team truly care about what they do, and that care shines through in everything they provide. Ark Nursery has exceeded my expectations and

My daughter has been attending the ark since she was 9 months old and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Every member of staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring, my daughter has created really strong relationships with staff in every room. When you pick up and drop off you can see every adult
is fully engaged with the children. The activities the children do are really well thought out based on their stage of development and really engaging. Every morning my daughter is at the door asking when we are leaving to get to pre school.
Although the outdoor space isn't huge it is well designed and full of fun things to do. They also use the school field adjacent frequently.
I can't think of any downsides or ways they could improve.

Staff are amazing but changes to the menu recently now mean my grandson is coming home having not eaten since breakfast, despite feedback nothing has been done and I know many parents have the same issue, food can be nutritional and wholesome and still appeal to children but the current menu would be
unappealing for most adults let alone children.

The nursery is amazing. They adhere to the needs of my children who attend 5days a week. They are really supportive and are committed to providing the best possible care for my children. They communicate really well in regards to what they think my children are doing well with and areas we need to work
on both at home and at nursery. I have recommended the nursery to multiple people all of which have their child currently enrolled also. I am very happy with Edgbaston Nursery School

My child has been attending The learning hive since he was 9 months and is now 3 years old. The development I have noticed in my child since coming to the nursery has been amazing. The staff are all nurturing and welcoming and my child has created a great bond with them!
I feel like the facilities
within the nursery help aid in further learning and the regular updates/ pictures via the app are lovely to see.
I also wanted to note how helpful the team has been in accommodating our needs as family with my childs schedule. My child absolutely loves it here and he has also made some amazing friends!

I joined in the stay and play at the nursery. I was very impressed having worked as a teaching assistant myself the level of education the children recieve.Iwas particularly impressed how they allow children to do things independently for example serving themselves their own snacks.
The staff are
always very friendly and always inform you of the child's day e.g if they have been happy and if they have eaten well as well as when they have been upset or not eaten that day.
The staff member on the reception desk is always friendly and chatty and acknowledges the children as they come and go.

My little boy settled in absolutely brilliantly, his first time being in a setting with other children and strangers and they made him feel so welcomed and loved, they always update and are very passionate and caring about each and every one of there children here at Buckinghams, Buckinghams was my
first choice for my son and It's lived up to my expectations, the girls are absolute angels and I feel so at ease dropping him off knowing he's catered for and cared for and loved throughout the day. Even meal times, I was worried due to my boy not taking to the foods but I love how different it all is and it gives them a taste for stuff they wouldn't necessarily have at home, brilliant place with brilliant staff

We couldn't be happier with Children 1st. Our daughter has attended since January and was very shy and cautious but all the key workers and managers made such an effort to help her settle in and gain confidence and also reassured us. It is lovely how genuinely caring all the workers are with the children.
It really shows that they build meaningful connections and they love the work they do. It is not only our daughter's key worker who knows her name and what she likes, but every single adult in the building from the managers, to the workers in her room, the receptionist, the trainees. This is really impressive. Our daughter has suffered from a few periods of sickness absence and every day most of the workers take the time to send a message to wish her well. It's these little signs of care that matter. We have also been very impressed with the focus on structured development and learning. The team share learning goals and are very receptive to parental feedback. Exceptional nursery.

Our little one has been at this nursery for a few months now, she has settled fantastically well, and I believe this is due to her key workers, they have got to know her so well, and she enjoys her time playing, learning and developing. Every member of staff we have encountered knows our little girl
by name, what she has been up too and have a brilliant relationship with her, and us. I would definitely recommend Children's 1st Banks road and look forward to seeing the brilliant opportunities this nursery offers for her development.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! We have been so pleased since both of our children attended. Our eldest has recently gone up to the preschool room, and that in particular has been fantastic. The activities they get involved in are different every day and look so much fun for them. He has come
on leaps and bounds and brings things home he's made every day. We feel they've truly taken the time to get to know our children and we could not be happier with their care.

Our youngest also started in the baby room which we didn't start our eldest in. They also have been wonderful and like an extension of home for our son. He absolutely loves going and talks about the staff regularly. We know he's in the best hands when he's there.

The facilities, meals, outside space are great and always clean and fun for the children.

Thank you to all the children's 1st staff. We really are grateful for you and everything you do.

I could not wish for a better nursery for my son to attend, leaving your child in the hands of others is really difficult but Children 1st make this so much easier. Their communication is brilliant, he is offered a variety of foods, takes part in lots of activities but most importantly I can see how
much the staff care and how loved he is there. A huge shout out to the baby room staff particularly, they're superstars and we'd be lost without them.

Our son has been at Blossom Tree for almost a year and we can't recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are amazing and management have been exceptionally reassuring with dietary requirements as our son has quite a few allergies. Our son has developed so much since being in this setting and always
comes home with a massive smile on his face. The staff are great at providing updates throughout the day via the app and it's always lovely to see the photos of them having fun. The facilities are perfect for the different age ranges and the newly updated garden is amazing all year round.
Reply from Thomas Prime, Manager at Blossom Tree Nursery SchoolThank you so much for your review of Blossom Tree! We are thrilled to hear you have seen how much your little one has developed with us. We aim to provide remarkable care and I am pleased to hear you think our team and management are exceptional! Thank you again.

I cannot recommend Blossom Tree enough. I looked at a few nurseries and fell in love with this one. The staff were so welcoming and it was clear that the children loved them. During my tour, Tom the manager stopped to talk to children who were eager to share things they had done with him, clearly having
an excellent rapport with the children and putting them first.
My son had a rocky start due to not liking being left. The staff were brilliant and I cannot thank Lauren (the room leader) enough - they helped him and myself (and grandparents!) through an emotional start and now it takes me ages to get him to leave! He loves his time there and I enjoy getting the daily updates. The staff take the time to brief you when you pick up and are always there to answer questions. He's developed so much since starting and I look forward to seeing him continue to grow at Blossom Tree.
Reply from Thomas Prime, Manager at Blossom Tree Nursery SchoolThank you for your lovely review of Blossom Tree Nursery! I am so pleased to hear you fell in love with us and the care we offer to your little one. The team work incredibly hard to ensure secure attachments are made and strong, nurturing relationships are built so we can continue to give your child the most remarkable experiences. Our team strive to build rapport with both parents and children as we really believe our setting gives a true home-from-home feel which makes children feel safe and secure in our environment so it is fantastic you have noticed this. I have been a part of the Edgbaston Nursery family for 9 years and during this time they have provided a high level of care and support to my 3 children. The staff have always been warm and welcoming, they create a fun and nurturing environment that makes the children want to return day after day.
The facilities at the nursery are carefully thought out and each room has its own unique charm perfectly aimed at the age group that it caters for with a balanced mix of fun and learning incorporated into the childrens daily routines. The garden and sensory room have a particular wow factor.

Communication at all levels is always open and clear and the staff go above and beyond for their nursery families.

The meals are also varied and nutritious and have received raving reports from my children.

I would recommend this nursery to anyone wanting to give their child the best early years start with an amazing team that they can trust to provide care, fun, education & friendship to their child

My little boy started here after moving from a different area back in April. When we came to view, they were really friendly and welcoming. Transition went really well, and it was like he had always been there. My boy loves it there and is thriving! He adores the staff. They accommodate his dietary
needs. Including during baking sessions.
