Overall Experience

We were initially hesitant about our daughter attending a nursery, however after attending an open day at Children 1st our minds were instantly changed. The setting is wonderful, the children have so much space (including outdoors) in all the different rooms with lots of things they can play with and

spark their learning. It is clear to see that the children, and their needs, are at the forefront of the nurseries mind. All of the management team are very helpful and the level of communication we receive from the app is excellent. Our daughter is currently in Jemima Puddleducks and has settled in so well - better than we could have ever hoped for! All of the staff in the baby room are truly brilliant and we know our daughter is in safe hands. The variation of food offered is excellent and it's all cooked on site, fresh that day. Overall, we couldn't have wished for a better nursery and we highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall Experience

Amazing friendly nursery, we have three children who all go to / have been at this nursery and we wouldn't consider and others locally. The staff are so caring towards the kids. And the staff in the preschool room are exceptional at planning incredible opportunities for the children who can't wait to

get there in the morning to find out what activities they'll be part of that day.
Feedback is given verbally at collection but also throughout the day via the app, I love receiving happy photos of my children while I'm at work.
The management team are very approachable and always have time to chat to you.
Resources are great and regularly updated.

Overall Experience

We've had a really great experience with this nursery.

It's clear the setting is truly focused on the children and their needs. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and easy to talk to - nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

The nursery is always evolving, regularly introducing new ideas,

activities, and ways of learning to keep things engaging. There's so much thought put into the children's development, and it's lovely to see how well supported they are. The menu is varied and well balanced, and our girls really enjoy the meals.

The staff genuinely care about the children as individuals. Mornings are always warm and welcoming, and it's clear our girls have had great fun when we collect them.

The management team really understand the needs of working parents and maintain a personal, caring approach. Communication is excellent and reassuring. Pricing feels fair and reasonable for the quality of care.

Our girls couldn't be happier here - we would highly recommend this place.

Overall Experience

Our little one has been at this nursery for a few months now, she has settled fantastically well, and I believe this is due to her key workers, they have got to know her so well, and she enjoys her time playing, learning and developing. Every member of staff we have encountered knows our little girl

by name, what she has been up too and have a brilliant relationship with her, and us. I would definitely recommend Children's 1st Banks road and look forward to seeing the brilliant opportunities this nursery offers for her development.

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend this nursery enough! We have been so pleased since both of our children attended. Our eldest has recently gone up to the preschool room, and that in particular has been fantastic. The activities they get involved in are different every day and look so much fun for them. He has come

on leaps and bounds and brings things home he's made every day. We feel they've truly taken the time to get to know our children and we could not be happier with their care.

Our youngest also started in the baby room which we didn't start our eldest in. They also have been wonderful and like an extension of home for our son. He absolutely loves going and talks about the staff regularly. We know he's in the best hands when he's there.

The facilities, meals, outside space are great and always clean and fun for the children.

Thank you to all the children's 1st staff. We really are grateful for you and everything you do.

We have had an excellent experience with the early years team. They transitioned our child to nursery very smoothly, especially miss nic and Ellie who are wonderful with the babies. There's a lot of attention on varying the activities and engaging the kids in all sorts of things.

My daughter settled in to Children 1st better than I could have ever imagined and that's all thanks to the wonderful staff and facilities at the nursery. The communication has much improved since the app. The staff are friendly and caring, and my daughter enjoys going to nursery. Lots of lovely activities are available every session. When my daughter came to nursery initially there was a lot of staff changes, and this wasn't communicated. This has settled

and the staff are fantastic. If my daughter has been involved in an incident I have been phoned and given reassurance. This has been appreciated. Thank you, I have recommended to many others.

I'd like to give a special shout out to the two main ladies in Jemima puddle ducks, they've done a fantastic job of helping my LO settle in since June but also helping me feel confident to leave her for longer stretches & take things at my own pace. I could never of hoped for how well she has settled

& that's down to the ladies dedicated attention to her in those early months. They also deserve a special acknowledgment for handling the extra crying babies since September it can't be easy to keep your sense of humour up when they're all screaming but some how they do.

My son is in his final year and has been attending since 10 months old. The care and love that each room and member of staff has shown has been brilliant throughout. In recent months, the early years room has made fabulous changes and I've seen so much progress in my sons learning and behaviour. The

curriculum is well thought out and the children are given loads of experiences and opportunities. The amount of photos and updates parents receive is perfect and great to see what they get up to!

Overall Experience

We were recommended Children 1st Plumtree by a friend, and we're so happy we went with this nursery. Our little boy has been going for 6 months and he loves it! All the staff are brilliant and you can tell they care about the kids and their wellbeing. The daily updates and photos are lovely to see.

And when we pick him up you can tell he's definitely had a great day. Thanks for being so amazing!

I honestly can't recommend this nursery any higher, my little boy loves going. He loves all of his key workers and friends and I honestly feel like he loves being at nursery more than being at home! The fact they have the most amazing outdoor area for the children was a must for us as our little boy

loves to be outside. The meals he has are like something you'd find in a restaurant, it's definitely help him try lots of new tastes and flavours at home which he didn't before he started going. He's so much more sociable with other children, so kind and caring which again before he didn't really know how to act around then and sometimes lashed out. I love this nursery and I feel lucky to be able to send my little boy there it really is special! The App is amazing too, you get every single update throughout the day, sleep, food, nappies - it's brilliant! Everyone who works at this particular nursery is amazing, kind and so attentive. Overall Experience

Our two little people enjoy their days at nursery. Staff in Early Years in particular are incredibly kind and have adapted their practice to meet the needs of our eldest, providing individualised care and encouraging a curious mind. The nursery has had a difficult year with being taken over and this

has led to staff changes. However, the benefits of the takeover are clear with lots of new resources, improved staff enthusiasm and a comprehensive curriculum including aspects of forest school and activities such as cooking and yoga. The addition of a qualified teacher has been beneficial and she is a true asset to the nursery.

My daughter has recently started and I couldn't be happier. The team are amazing and have made her first week at nursery incredible which has made it so much easier for me to drop her off in the morning knowing she's happy and cared for.
The team have gone above and beyond and I knew straight away

Children 1st Plumtree was the place for her and that was proven when my little girl has shown her cheeky, loving side at nursery that she does at home too within her first week of being there.

We've been so lucky to have both of our children at Children 1st Plumtree - our eldest son, who's now thriving at school, and our youngest son, who's still there and absolutely loves it. From the very beginning, the whole team has been incredible. They're caring, professional, and genuinely kind. Everything

they do is done with so much thought and attention, yet always with patience, warmth, and a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Both of our boys have had food allergies and the staff have been understanding and diligent in helping to guide them through it.

We've seen amazing progress in both of our kids, and that's entirely down to the dedication and love the staff put into what they do. We honestly couldn't recommend Children 1st Plumtree enough - the team is outstanding, the environment is so nurturing, and we're incredibly grateful for everything they've done for our children. Keep it up guys :)
