We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are amazing, kind, caring and always go above and beyond to support both the children and their families. The nursery is always clean, well presented, and full of great resources that encourage learning and play. The food is varied, healthy and freshly prepared every day, which is something we really appreciate. Our family has been going through a difficult time recently, and the understanding, compassion and support we've received from the team has meant so much to us. They've been incredibly helpful and were truly grateful for everything. Most importantly, our child absolutely loves going to nursery. They get excited to go every day and often don't want to leave at the end, which speaks volumes about how happy, safe and settled they feel. We can't thank the staff enough and would highly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, nurturing and welcoming environment for their child.

This nursery is absolutely fantastic. The staff are all incredibly helpful, professional, polite and supportive. My daughter goes into nursery happy every day and has a fabulous time while she is there. My daughter has deleted so well with her speech and learning with the support and encouragement from the staff. They assist me with additional things that I can do at home also. I recommend this nursery to anyone.

The stuff are great. We love the updates on the app, they make our day. Our child is always very happy there. It's a beautiful set up in a beautiful setting. We like the menu changes. The place is always kept spotless. This isn't our local nursery, we specifically travel to the other side of Chelmsford to use it and it is worth the journey. We like the tuff trays. We also hope that as our son gets older he will get to enjoy the longer standing activities including the animal encounters and the Nativity at Pontlands Hotel. Thank you so much for all you do.

As a mum I had a lot of anxiety about sending my first baby (one years old) to nursery,one of the hardest things I've had to do. However little faces made this experience so much easier for us all. The kindness and genuine care they give the babies and toddlers gives me a lot of comfort. My daughter has bonded with the staff there and I do genuinely feel they care about her. As parents we are kept up to date regularly and communication is fantastic.

It's in a good location and has lot of access to the outdoors including a duck pond ! I'm looking forward to my daughter having more days here and developing with little faces.

What can I say! What a gorgeous nursery. They run it as though each and every child is part of the Little Faces family. It doesn't feel like a business at all, it feels like a home away from home for my little one. I'm so happy my little one goes here. She's taken such good care of, she eats such healthy, nutritional meals and her days are always packed full of fun learning and activities. I can't praise this nursery enough.

Both of my children have gone to little faces from about 9 months old and have notched loved it there! The team are amazing, they genuinely care about each child. The activities have always been great- we've had tea parties for major events (coronation etc) and themed games like mini olympics. I recommend little faces to anyone looking for childcare - you won't find anywhere better!

We cannot fault Little Faces nursery. Our daughter has been attending since September '25 and honestly the confidence and social skills she has gained as a result of the team's care and range of activities is incredible. The room leaders, key person and team members take brilliant care of her and send regular photo updates. We love how they encourage the children to grow friendships and play together too. The ease of the app and ability to contact the team is fab. They are all so lovely and approachable, and will go above and beyond to help where they can. The drop offs and pick ups are so easy too, you know that the team really care about her and give as much info as possible about her day. Our daughter is such a happy girl and we know she loves to go. We had been recommended Little Faces by a friend, their children attended years back from us, and we will also continue to recommend Little Faces too!!

My son was extremely anxious when he started at little faces but the team reassured me and now he doesn't want to come home. The entire team are so friendly, welcoming and supportive. I think I'll probably cry with him when my little one leaves to go to school haha! I regularly recommend little faces to friends and family!

My 3 year old loves going to Willow Tree and often talks at home about the fun activities he's done or the chats that he's had with the grown ups. Communication is fantastic and the app is so easy to use. We get regular observations with pictures where we can see how much of a great time he's having. The menus are great too and I'm really happy with the foods he's trying and his nutrition there. Highly recommend them, all the staff and team are great with heaps of knowledge and experience.

Willow Tree nursery are amazing and I feel at ease dropping both my sons off as I know they'll be looked after very very well. Staff are lovely and very reassuring and sometimes my sons don't even want to come home. So happy and would definitely recommend.

My 2 year old son started in January 2026 and has settled in so well with the massive help of Fiona, Leanne and the other staff in evergreens. The staff has showed so much care and compassion to my son who still needs cuddles and support on the days he is sad to leave me. The daily updates on the app and reassurance on pick ups has been a massive help too. All of the staff including the office staff know his name and say hello and goodbye. The range of outdoor and indoor activities is wonderful. Very happy with willow tree nursery.

Would 100% reccomend willow tree, my daughter has been attending since she was 1 and is now in her last year leaving in September. Every class she has been in she has loved and always felt comfortable.

Willow Tree are a lovely nursery. They have made both my daughter and son feel very welcome. Both of my children have been attending since they turned 1 and therefore they have moved through the rooms as they have aged. The staff in my daughter's rooms have been incredible as she has a lot of anxieties and struggles to cope leaving me. The staff in my son's rooms have been very patient with him as he has a lot of intense emotions. The management are very supportive and understanding, I am glad my children have such amazing role models around them. They have learned so much and made some lovely friends, I plan to send my 7 month old there when she turns 1 also. The only negative I would say is regards to the opening times - I wish it was earlier as I have to start work earlier than they open. But other than that I can't fault the nursery!

Overall, I have complete peace of mind knowing my son is in very capable and caring hands.

My daughter has been attending Forest Barn since May, she is absolutely thriving. The staff are so lovely and the communication throughout the day is fantastic. The range of activities the children take part in keep her busy, she is safe, taken care of and gives me the peace of mind, knowing she's in excellent hands! Thank you all

My little girl has been coming here since 9 months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are so accommodating and approachable. Communication is really good too as is the app that is used to show you what your child has been up to during the day.

My daughter has loved Forest Barn and attended since she was 8 months old. Since it has been taken over, it's got better and better. The staff are incredible and are a credit to the nursery. I would recommend 100%

I have had my daughter , and now my son at Forest Barn, he's been attending since he was 1 year old. The staff is amazing and commendable for the level of care, passion and knowledge. Any issue is addressed swiftly and constructively. They have also created a parents forum, where parents are encouraged to provide regular feedback for improvements. I would definitely recommend and class this as one of the best nurseries in the area.
