My son has been attending this setting for nearly 2 years now.


Pros:
-Communicating and involving parents (stay and plays, sending a photo everyday, printing photos I send, updating menus etc)
-All staff are friendly and know my son by name (including cooks and admin)
-Acting upon concerns (my son

was not being settled during drop off but this changed)
- Outdoor access when downstairs
- Activities covering EYFS downstairs.


Cons:
-Toilet facilities (too big for my son, dont flush, and soap is often not available)
-There are often people in the room who must be staff but I dont know who they are and they do not wear the uniform.
- I dont know what his goal are.
- They dont have the menu on the app anymore.


No setting is perfect but the most important thing is that they listen and act upon the concerns and wants of the parents tailoring the care and education to meet the individual needs of each child which is what they strive to do.

My Daughters absolutely love going to nursery there are no kick offs and they love to try and guess which staff they will see in the morning! They are always excited for the day & thrive whilst in the nursery environment alongside their friends playing and learning each day. All the staff are lovely
and really care about the children in their care which is definitely essential for putting me at ease leaving them all day whilst I go off to work. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. My son currently attends and my daughter went here when she was younger as well, so we've been part of the nursery community for a few years now.
The staff are absolutely amazing! they are so warm, kind and genuinely caring. You can really tell
how person-centred they are with each child. They take the time to understand every child's personality, interests and needs, and they support them in such a thoughtful and nurturing way.
As a parent, it's incredibly reassuring to know your child is somewhere they are truly cared for and valued. The team creates such a positive, safe, and welcoming environment, and it's clear they love what they do.
I'm so grateful for the care they've given both of my children and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other families!

We have been part of this nursery community for many years-our eldest attended from 2018 to 2022, and our youngest has been here since 2021 and will be leaving talon to start school.
This nursery has been more than just childcare; it has truly felt like a second family. The team has supported us through
changes in our family life, always showing kindness, understanding, and care. They have been there for us when we needed reassurance and support, and we are incredibly grateful.
We are genuinely sad to be leaving, and the only reason for doing so is our child moving on to school.
Daily pick-ups are always detailed and reassuring. Staff take the time to share how the children have been, what they've eaten, and what they've enjoyed. Our child comes home excited, full of stories about the fun activities and experiences from her day.
We also love that it's an all-weather nursery. The indoor and outdoor facilities are fantastic and give the children wonderful opportunities to explore. 5stars

Our little one has done so well at Woodville Nursery. The staff are really caring and supportive, and they're great at keeping us updated with how things are going, which we really appreciate. My daughter with autism came to this nursery when she was 3, not long after lockdown and they were amazing with her! I knew there and then that any future child I was to have would go there. Fast forward to now my son goes and he has the best time. His speech has come on amazing as he tells me about
his teacher Georgia and some of his friends. He still cries every morning I drop him off but the staff are just amazing with him. I couldn't recommend any other nursery. I made sure he was put on a waiting list when he was 1

I highly recommend this nursery and would not want my children to go anywhere else, I have know this nursery and the staff for a few years as my children have joined and left and they have always been really friendly and helpful and do an amazing job at looking after the children in their care. My children
love(d) going to nursery and thrive(d) there. The staff are calm, nurturing and professional and they always fill the days with fun activities with outside play if possible as well as lots of different play areas and lots of activities to do. The food they provide is nutritious and varied and my children have always enjoyed them as well as their snacks through the day.
Overall 5* rating as I can't find anything negative from my experience. It's nice to know my children enjoy their time at nursery and have such lovely staff around them.

My daughter has attended this nursery for the last 2 years, from the baby room to now the early years setting. I chose the nursery as it looked so clean and I instantly got a great vibe from all of the staff, I had always heard the children having a lovely time when playing in the garden.
My daughter
loves attending the nursery and I also feel very reassured she is in good care, they give me updates on their app and at the end of the day when I collect her. Their processes on who they allow into the nursery is robust and that also gives me confidence in leaving her in their care all day. Staff always get back to me quickly when I have a question or concern and my mind is put at ease very quickly.

We couldn't be happier with Woodville Nursery. Since our daughter started attending, we've seen such a huge improvement in her development. It's been amazing to watch how much she has grown and learned in such a supportive environment.


All of the staff are fantastic. It's very clear how much they genuinely

love what they do, and that passion really shows in the way they care for the children every day. They take the time to get to know each child individually and provide a real personal touch, which makes such a difference for both the children and the parents. We always feel reassured knowing our daughter is in such caring and capable hands.


I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, supportive, and engaging place for their child.

The nursery is nothing short of amazing! My child loves coming, he feels so comfortable here and that has allowed him to be able to thrive and develop with confidence. We couldn't be more grateful for this nursery. From the very first day, we felt that our child was truly welcomed, loved, and cared for. As a parent, leaving your child in someone else's care is never easy, but the amazing staff here made that transition so much smoother.
The teachers are not only
professional, but incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They genuinely care about every child, and it shows in the way they interact, teach, and support them every single day. My child has grown so much in confidence, independence, and happiness since starting here.

This nursery is amazing! My son's previous nursery closed and I was worried about him joining a new one, but I shouldn't have worried. The girls in the baby room are amazing with him and since joining he has come on so much. They are always welcoming and provide us with an update on the app throughout
the day. For anyone considering a nursery then I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Special thank you to everyone in the baby room for going above and beyond. We can't thank you enough.
