The staff have been nothing but brilliant with us and our child. We have had clear communication clean facilities flexibility with what days we need and professional every minute of the day.

Leaving Little Manor genuinely feels like we are losing part of our family. We will always be grateful for the wonderful start they have given our boys. An easy 5 out of 5!

Little manor is incredible, I was terrified to go back to work and not once have I ever felt nervous to leave lucia with them. Everyone from management to the classes to the kitchen is lovely. They make such a genuine effort with all the babies and children, they take time to learn their interests and comforts. My daughter loves it that much that she collects her bag the mornings she's going to nursery and waits by the door asking for Cara, Gemma, Beth and Chloe and anyone else she knows is there. The app is amazing and is always updated and accurate and everyone takes the time to talk to you about your babies day. It makes you feel like a part of every bit of there day. Management is amazing Naomi is kind and understanding and so patient at explaining the nursery fees and helped us with the government funding too! She takes the time to check in on lucia is she is sick. I can't reccomend little manor and all it's staff enough I wish everyone had the same experience with their nurser

Since my son started at little manor in September 2025 we have had nothing but an amazing experience. I feel he is loved and valued by all the staff and they show genuine care towards the children. His key worker Gemma is always updating me on his day and the progress he is making and she always has a smile on her face. I see room leaders Cara and Georgia always showing professionalism at work yet still creating a fun and nurturing learning environment. Little manor goes above and beyond for both the children and their families.

Little Manor is a warm, caring and welcoming place. The staff are patient, kind and enthusiastic. My son has been well supported throughout his time at nursery in all areas. Little Manor offer lots of opportunities for parent involvement through events, stay and plays and use of their communication app.

I always feel reassured knowing my child is in such capable and loving hands. Little Manor is a special place, and I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a nurturing, enriching environment.

Gelston Manor has been an outstanding nursery for my child over the past three years. From the baby room to toddler and preschool, the care has been exceptional. The large garden is a highlight, providing plenty of space for my child to play and explore. The staff have been wonderful in supporting my child's learning and development, always tailoring activities to suit their preferences for play and learning. My child has become more confident, both with peers and adults, thanks to the nurturing environment. The on-site, nutritious meals made by the chef are a massive bonus factor for us too. If I had another child, I wouldn't hesitate to send them to Gelston Manor. Highly recommended!

My son goes to Gelston Manor Nursery and I can not speak more highly about the place. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, the facilities are very good. My son used to go to another local nursery but it was too small and very little outdoor space and a few staffing issues. Geslton has been amazing and my son has settled in very well and my son especially loves the outside natural space which many other nurseries can not provide.

Great job guys keep being brilliant.

Our daughter has been a regular child at Gelston Manor since she was a baby, near to 4 years now. In the last 3 to 4 years, I feel that the standard of care has fallen significantly and I wouldn't pick this nursery again nor send any future children.

We moved our son to Little Manor Day Nursery in July 2023 after we felt his existing setting was no longer good enough. All the staff made him feel so welcome and he settled in really quickly. The play, learning activities and support provided have been wonderful. We get plenty of updates and the staff all make a real effort to get to know you and support the children in preparing for starting school.

Gelston has been a great nursery for our daughter. She has a great time, gets involved in a range of activities. The staff are caring and engage well with parents. We love the involvement with parents at the stay-and-play events. The food menu is excellent and we have recommended it to other parents we know.

Gelston Manor has provided our son with the confidence, kindness and patience that we have both needed since starting nursery. I had so much worry a year ago for starting our nursery journey and now a year on I am overwhelmed with the amount of love I have for this place. The activities and attention to detail is outstanding and the reassurance through the app is fantastic in providing me with all the information on how his day is going. The additional stay and play activities let us be involved in his nursery experience and I am so grateful we have these memories to treasure. I cannot thank the staff and management team enough for their dedication to my little boy.

We are so impressed and grateful for all that the staff do, day in and day out for our son. They well and truly go above and beyond at all times. Our son has been at Gelston since turning 1 so we have experienced the baby room (bunnies), toddler room (owlets) and now preschool (owls). At each age, I couldn't say enough positives about the staff, and their care, passion and knowledge within their roles - at all levels. A special shout-out has to go to three members of staff in particular, our son's key workers, they are incredible members of staff who have made the nursery journey seamless and enjoyable at all times. And of course, this wouldn't be possible without the outstanding management. We are also incredibly grateful for the time and effort that goes into updating the communication app daily - this gets us through the day. Thank you. We couldn't recommend Gelston enough.

Our baby started at Gelston Manor Nursery in January 2024 at 10 months old. As a parent I was feeling very anxious for leaving her as well as having started a new job but I cannot thank enough all of the staff in the baby room as they have been amazing settling our baby in and she absolutely loves going to nursery. Further to this all of the staff at the nursery are very polite, friendly and welcoming during drop-off and pickup times. During the five months our child has been attending the nursery, it is very clear to see that she has been progressing so well in her development in terms of communication, mobility and learning. Recently with the weather improving our child has been outside a lot in the grounds of the nursery playing and attending the fabulous forest school. The outdoor area is a very positive factor for the nursery with such an amazing space and it is good that the nursery encourages outdoor play as much as possible. Personally I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

The team at the nursery are fantastic and so caring with the children. Facilities over the past few months have considerably improved when already in a great place. My little girl in particular loves the garden space and specifically forest school.

This nursery is amazing, staff are so caring and compassionate and I believe my child is truly in the best hands here. The learning and activities are incredible and the forest school is so enriching and positive for children. My son also loves the delicious home-cooked food here so much!

They are both really enjoying their time there and they have picked up so much already. I'm excited to see how they progress there. I can't thank all the team enough for their support and for how they are with the twins.
