Had my son in Blueberry since 1 yr old, he started well but since they were purchased by Storal they have drastically reduced in the quality of care being offered. The small community/ homely feel and engaging days have stopped completely. Children have been watching films on the iPads and haven't been
outside, and are left with apprentices who are well-intentioned but not experienced. Long-time staff have left and the days have been stripped back (No forest school/ outings/ preparation for writing/ social skills for primary school). Staff are agency, as the long-term members have left or felt pushed out for being too costly. Their focus is on profits over provision of care.
My son has mild SEND and they haven't implemented ideas to encourage his growth - despite my suggestions and requests. I had hoped that they would find solutions but nothing has happened (Been waiting 9+ months) so I'm now looking for an alternative nursery for my son for the next year before he starts school.

Blueberry Nursery School is a fantastic nursery and our son is thriving. He has been there since the age of 1 and has had a great experience throughout. The preschool is particularly fantastic and with our son being September born, we are very happy he is doing two years in it. The staff are so caring
and nurturing and provide regular communications on weekly activities and his development.

Overall, we have had a positive experience at Blueberry Nursery School. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful, communication has been fast and efficient. The tiger room is always presented clean, tidy and beautiful with a large array of toys and play activities. The new app works very well, we receive
many updates throughout the day, including photos, videos, naps, food intake, nappy changes etc. We recently had a progress report shared about our little one that was very helpful and informative. I've always felt that they have genuinely cared for our son, whenever there's been an issue, they have always called to discuss it with us. My only feedback is minor, that some updates on the app are sometimes missing, although this is rare, I'm the type of parent who relies on these and misses them when they are missing. I would be happy to recommend Blueberry Nursery as a safe and fun environment for your little one.

Our little one joined Blueberry Nursery School in June this year at just 11 months old and has, honestly, thrived so much since being there!
He's come on leaps and bounds. He's not been surrounded by other kids or too many adults before joining but his confidence is incredible and he's such a sociable
little bean.
I love the environment and the care. Full credit to the team, especially the immediate staff with him every day, they are just the loveliest and feel so grateful we chose to send him here.

Really difficult to describe what a horrible experience we have had with this absolute joke of a company. No actual onboarding process on board with information scattered across phone calls, pieces of paper, emails and conversations in person. Absolute lack of a sense of offering a great customer experience
with stuff that seems to be putting their ego before your child's well-being. Upper management will not stand by your side and investigate further. As a result my child has been starving, the Tiger room team has been inconsistent with updating us about activities and food and have been pointing us towards the office when we had questions. Similarly, the office would point towards the staff. All in all, I would strongly advise that you avoid like the plague.

We feel very blessed that we have chosen Blueberry for our son. He joined the nursery when he was 2.5 years old and didn't know how to speak English. The attention, care and love he received from the staff was extraordinary for the past two years. He loves to go to the nursery every day and comes back
with new knowledge. I also would like to emphasise the food served is cooked fresh every day with organic ingredients, and the nursery is kept very clean.

My twin boys have been at Blueberry Nursery School for about two months now, after moving from a nursery they did love very much. All staff at Blueberry are very friendly and have been very helpful in the transition. The boys now look forward to going to nursery every morning. Also using the online

My experience with this nursery has been lovely and my child has noticeably developed in many areas because of the time she spends there. She is more playful, expressive, articulate and seems to really enjoy all the connections she has made with staff and the other children. I genuinely have no complaints.

Blueberry Nursery School has a very warm atmosphere. The staff are all kind and caring and treat the children very well. I also love that the nursery have their own kitchen and that they make everything from scratch, thereby feeding the children wonderful healthy food.

My son attended Blueberry nursery for 5 years starting in the baby room all the way up until he started school.
During our time at Blueberry, my son went through the process of being assessed and diagnosed with autism.
The amazing staff team helped us through this process step by step. Adapting to
meet our son's needs and ensuring the right candidate was employed to be our son's 1-2-1 support worker.
The nursery was such a nurturing environment and I can not recommend them enough.
