Children 1st Bilborough Nursery School

My 1 year old son attends this nursery since he was 9 months old. The nursery is amazing, all the staff are friendly and loving. My son can be clingy and whingy during drop off but the staff very easily distract him. He seems to really enjoy his time at nursery, especially the food! They are really good at keeping us updated each day. Really happy that we chose such a great nursery!

My granddaughter struggles with communication under their guidance she has improved dramatically. She has difficulty mixing with people but this is not a problem for the staff as they clearly love my granddaughter and she loves them. She feels very safe within the environment and their care

I recently moved my son from his first nursery to Children's 1st bilborough Nursery and he has been there for just 7weeks but he really loves being there and I have never regretted my decision at all. He really loves the big garden especially the bikes. The staffs too are friendly and welcoming.

This is a wonderful nursery with wonderful and attentive staff. They ensure the children grow and develop exceptionally in a safe, caring environment. I can personally say my daughter has absolutely flourished here at Children's 1st Bilborough.

When ranked against over nurseries in Nottingham this one came out on top and I can see why

The team is warm, incredibly attentive, and genuinely cares about each child's individual development. We love receiving daily updates and photos of all the fun, creative, and outdoor activities he gets up to. Seeing him run in with a huge smile every morning gives us complete peace of mind. We couldn't ask for a better nursery family!

Staff are like a family! So friendly and polite. Both of my children 4 and 2 year old call key workers aunties and uncles, and come into nursery with excitement and make huge progress every week! Education is priority but creativity and fun in this place is equally important which is amazing! Highly recommend

My daughter started when she was 1 years old and nearly 4 now she loves going to this nursery the staff are amazing and go above and beyond my daughter was so unsure going as she struggles with change and when loud sounds but the staff at children's 1st have been amazing they do a great job every single 1 of the team my daughter has been so happy and she has settled in amazing and thats down to the staff for helping my daughter feel comfortable and secure and loved

Both my children attend here & both have additional needs, staff are absolutely amazing with both my children & couldn't recommend them anymore. My children are very happy going in & get updates on the app of how they're doing!

My daughter has just gone into a new room, and the staff have been nothing but amazing at helping her settle in to her new room she is loving it! And it's only day 2 of her being in the new room, every picture I get she is smiling away looking engaged in the activity, they have also been very good at messaging me updates whilst she settles! One very happy mummy!

My daughter when she started was a velcro baby, I had so many fears over her not settling or making bonds with staff. The first week was hard for her but the staff in baby room went above and beyond to get to know her and her interests making sure she felt safe. They have continually done so with her. I love seeing how she has made connections with them and developed the ability to feel safe and seek comfort in them. The staff and environment as a whole is fantastic, warm and so welcoming. Any queries or issues have been handled same day, within a matter of minutes. I have received detailed handovers about her day and how her eating has been and it is fantastic. I am so happy with my choice of nursery and will continue to put any future children within this setting!

Miss Anna, Miss Courtney and Miss Amelia have really developed our daughter's confidence and skills - there communication and handovers are really detailed. They really have made the first few months of our nursery journey great

Children's 1st is a lovely nursery. My daughter enjoys going and has progressed alot since starting. We recently enjoyed a Mother's Day stay and play which was lovely to go in and join in activities. They're always doing different theme days and sending pictures of what she's enjoying. The spa 1 was 1 of my favourites. I'd definitely recommend the nursery to others.

The staff are so supportive and my boys love their key workers as well as the other staff within the nursery, they know them all which is lovely.

My little boy started in January and I was a little worried about how he would be with going into nursery as he's never been before but the teachers in early years have been amazing with him, always there to lend a hand if he's a little upset about me leaving and he's come on so much since being at nursery, everyone there is just wonderful and we absolutely love the nursery and what they do with and for the children.. they have so many different areas of play and have a fantastic outdoor area that my little one loves, couldn't think of a better nursery for him..

My little one loves going nursery. It's so nice to know he's having the best time through the app. The staff is amazing at communicating how my child has been throughout the day and posts photos of him. I'm so glad he's settled in lovely. He enjoys outdoor play the most. I would really recommend this nursery
