Children 1st Bilborough Nursery School

Miss Anna, Miss Courtney and Miss Amelia have really developed our daughter's confidence and skills - there communication and handovers are really detailed. They really have made the first few months of our nursery journey great

Children's 1st is a lovely nursery. My daughter enjoys going and has progressed alot since starting. We recently enjoyed a Mother's Day stay and play which was lovely to go in and join in activities. They're always doing different theme days and sending pictures of what she's enjoying. The spa 1 was 1 of my favourites. I'd definitely recommend the nursery to others.

The staff are so supportive and my boys love their key workers as well as the other staff within the nursery, they know them all which is lovely.

My little boy started in January and I was a little worried about how he would be with going into nursery as he's never been before but the teachers in early years have been amazing with him, always there to lend a hand if he's a little upset about me leaving and he's come on so much since being at nursery, everyone there is just wonderful and we absolutely love the nursery and what they do with and for the children.. they have so many different areas of play and have a fantastic outdoor area that my little one loves, couldn't think of a better nursery for him..

We are so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone at the nursery.

My daughter goes to this nursery they are really nice friendly staff my daughter really enjoys going she very happy here she's really come out her shell since being here they really do make a difference here

My little one loves going nursery. It's so nice to know he's having the best time through the app. The staff is amazing at communicating how my child has been throughout the day and posts photos of him. I'm so glad he's settled in lovely. He enjoys outdoor play the most. I would really recommend this nursery

My 3.5 year old and my 1.5 year old absolutely love it. Settled ever so well and are excited on a daily. If you're looking for a home-like environment for your little ones, this is the place to be. Staff is friendly, caring and fun!

The staff is really attentive and always keeps us updated on how she's doing. It feels great knowing they genuinely care about her well-being.

My daughter has just started this nursery, the staff that I have interacted with in the room my daughters in, the staff that are at reception are so very lovely and kind, always greet me as well as my daughter, even though she has only just started she has started to fit in really well, I have had updates whilst she's been in nursery, they have responded really well with certain requests and questions I have had, and I can really see my daughter thriving in this nursery! Honestly 3 days in and I can already say I am very happy with this nursery and their care towards my daughter

Since my daughter started the nursery she's come on loads. She was very shy and didn't want to leave with me, but since going to the nursery she's run straight in staff is so friendly. Keep you updated with anything that happens throughout the day and if anything happens they'll let you know. The stuff are so welcoming. Lovely. I can't recommend the nursery more

My daughter started in September 2025 she was only 2 years and 5months, I was worried about her not settling in as she was always attached to me from birth, but the staff in this nursery really reassured my daughter and made her feel like home! Naturally a child does get upset at first but not once I felt guilty of leaving her because I knew she was in safe hands and the staff members understood a mothers worry too and they would not only comfort my child but they would always reassure me but I can see how loving and caring they were towards my daughter and that's why after three sessions my daughter walked in with full confidence and was waving hello to everyone! I'm a previous nursery nurse worker and you usually know what you're looking for and expect but these guys are Doing a really good job! Each and every staff member is so polite and I'm so happy that my daughter's learning journey has started with you guys and I'm thankful to all that support her and mother her!

We absolutely love this nursey. The staff is amazing, so caring and friendly, and every day is full of fun, learning, and creativity. Our daughter is always excited to go and we couldn't recommend it more!

We've had such an amazing experience with this nursery, and I truly can't recommend it enough. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They create such a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, learn, and most importantly, feel happy and secure.

My daughter absolutely loves going there every day, which says everything. She has become more confident, social, and curious since starting, and it's been wonderful to see her development. The activities are always engaging and well thought out, encouraging creativity, learning, and fun all at the same time.

Communication with parents is excellent-they always keep us updated on her progress and daily experiences, which gives great peace of mind. It's clear that the team genuinely cares about every child and treats them as individuals.

My son has been at this nursery since December and was behind on his fine motor skills since being there he is now walking and saying words and has come along in so many ways i am very happy with the care and support my son and i both receive and would highly recommend this nursery

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankyou for Anna and Charlotte in our nursery journey. They constantly gave me so much reassurance and restored my hope on sending my daughter to nursery. They are a big part of my daughter's life and she looks forward to seeing them every time she goes in.

Such a great nursery, my daughters have thrived there and learned so much, the staff have always been so welcoming and friendly. Would recommend to anyone that asked, the resources and environments are brilliant.

Since starting there my little girl has come on loads and they helped her with a lot and now she's ready to start big school staff are brilliant and friendly definitely would recommend this nursery to anyone best place for the children to learn and play would like to thank the staff for all there help over the past year and you will all be missed keep doing what your doing
