The nursery attempts to bring the community together; planning parent first aid classes, community picnics and celebration events which is lovely. There is also a well established parent forum system where all parents can feed back any concerns.

We haven't been at the nursery for very long, but we've absolutely loved our experience so far!

The menu is varied and nutritious, and there are always fun, engaging activities taking place in the rooms. All the staff seem to know every child, even those who aren't in their own room, and they always greet us with a smile and kind words.

As a very pregnant and emotional mama, I've really appreciated how patient and supportive the team have been. They're always happy to answer my questions, listen to my concerns and reassure me whenever I need it, which means so much to me.

Most importantly, our little girl loves going to nursery and seems comfortable and happy with all the staff. The management team also does a fantastic job of organising different events and keeping parents involved and informed through the app.

We're so happy with our choice of nursery and look forward to seeing our little girl continue to grow, learn and thrive there!

A lovely management team who work hard to run the nursery well, I'd always recommend Learning Tree to others. We also appreciate the diversity of backgrounds amongst the staff and children.

Yes the outdoor space is on the smaller side which we knew when we chose LT, all the rooms have their turns in the garden and truly make the best use of space. Our child runs up and down freely everytime we're arriving for collection so we don't see the garden as an issue.

The staff do well to reassure parents when little ones are finding the settling in period or random days quite emotional, these things always take time but rest assured if you choose this place, your child will soon love it.

Final point, some amazing team members have truly been part of the journey and have been consistent during our time here.

This is a superb nursery, helmed by an excellent, well-organised, manager leading a team of caring people who look after our children very well. I'd heartily recommend Willow Tree. My son has been very happy there, and I can tell other children have been too.

They helped him in his learning, socialising with friends, having more confidence in his ability. They offer a lot of different activities.

This is a really good nursery. Karly and the team have turned the nursery around from what it was a year and a half ago. Really good communication and care. Our son has been here for 2.5 years now and continues to develop well. The staff members continue to be friendly and receptive to feedback. They can improve on the extra curricular activities for the children as well as having regular progress tracking against milestones for the children in the senior rooms.

I would have given 5 stars however I do have some concerns for how exposed the toilets are in an area where adults pass through to drop/collect their kids off regularly. To aid this issue I'd suggest installing high doors or curtains in the entrance to protect the children's modesty and privacy during busy times. I'm sure with this being addressed it would help many parents and children feel more comfortable and help the nursery achieve the 5 stars. :)

My daughter has been attending the nursery for 6 months and we've had a good experience so far. We get regular updates with pictures which bring so much joy to our day seeing her taking part in fun activities and laughing away! Equally if there are any issues we know the staff will message or give us a call right away which puts us at ease as regular communication is so important. All the staff are really friendly and are so great with the children. My daughter has thrived in her development since joining.

My son has been attending the nursery since July 2025, and his development has progressed remarkably since he started. His communication skills and understanding are exceptional! The staff create a nurturing and stimulating environment filled with engaging activities. He particularly enjoys their local walks, especially to the park. They keep us informed about his day through the app, and I eagerly anticipate the pictures of his time spent with friends. The nursery has truly transformed, and the new management team is doing an incredible job. As parents, we are excited to see what the future holds!

Great nurturing team at the learning tree. Our little one continues to thrive. The nursery was not in a good place when Karly took over, and there has been significant improvement in the look and feel of the nursery. Things are now more orderly and communication has been fantastic over the last 3 months.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this nursery everyone who works there are super friendly and definitely professional, My son is 2 years old and has many allergies to different foods as we are learning as we go along he has 2 Epi pens in the nursery incase of emergency's we had an incident in which we have forgot to mention he may be allergic to cucumber which he had an reaction to one day at lunch they nursery called me straight away to tell us he is itching more than usual. And that his breathing was fine and asked me to come and if I wanted the ambulance also at first I refused the ambulance just incase but upon arrival they called anyways even thoe he was feeling better as with allergies you can have a secondary reaction they kept me updated with photos of Mecca and his well being through the whole time the ambulance cleared any problems or issues but we still was encouraged to go hospital incase of a secondary reaction the staff was amazing through it all thanks

My daughter has been going to The Learning Tree since May and has been loving her time at the setting so much. She has built a strong bond with her teachers as they have all been so open and welcoming to her. The nursery share a lovely set of pictures throughout the day of an activity they have gotten up to which is lovely to see - I do think it would be great to see more pictures of the activities and tasks they do to get a stronger understanding of their learning and progression. But the tasks shared are all engaging as the littles ones always look happy and involved. I would 100% recommend this setting. As a first time mom who was anxious about the whole Nursery process the staff always keep us well informed of needed information and are always on hand to answer any questions. The way my little girl has settled in so effortlessly and has created great bonds with her direct teachers and other staff in the nursery is a great testament to how nurturing the setting and staff are.

Learning Tree has made me feel more at ease as a first-time mother.

I'm mostly satisfied with the nursery. I really like that they organize many interesting activities for the children and that the teachers make an effort to help them develop their skills. You can tell they truly care about the kids' progress, and the children enjoy going there.
