Kids Planet Farnham

It was the best decision I made to send my son to this nursery. Right from the first visit, I had a wonderful impression from the staff, the children, the activities, routine, the food... everything. When my son started attending the staff were so helpful and kind during this transition, and made the whole experience so much less stressful for me and my son. And I'm a nervous mama! The staff interact really well with parents and are so patient. This pattern was repeated each time my son changed room and the handover was really smooth. They've also done a really good job of instilling routine particularly around meals, which has been really helpful to us, and have modelled other good manners as well. He regularly comes home and amazes us with things he's learned at nursery. Finally, he has two languages and we've been really impressed by the effort being made to encourage his second language in class. We love love love this nursery. It is a really special place.

Our child started at the nursery in September 2026 in the baby room and we have been nothing but so impressed with the care and support he has received. Every single member of staff greets you each day with a hello and a smile and it is clear from the moment you walk through the door that the children are genuinely cared for. The level of care is second to none and we have complete confidence in the team looking after him. As both of us are headteachers we long hours but knowing that our child is safe and well cared for while we are at work is fantastic. It gives us such peace of mind knowing that he is in such a positive environment. The updates through the app are also excellent - there is a really good balance of photos and information about his day. We love seeing what he has been getting up to and knowing that he is having such a lovely time. We would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery for any parent!

Both our kids have been at KP from the baby room and it's been amazing to watch them grow with the support of all the staff. They make a real effort to get to know them, tailoring activities and their engagement to suit each child.

The updates are always very welcomed!

My daughter is very happy at Kids Planet. The staff are all professional, kind and nurturing, and this shows in her development. She is thriving, physically , verbally and socially. She does many fun activities each day to keep her entertained, inside and in the garden. The staff are also great when the child is having any difficulties, with offering additional care and support for parents as well. Our main feedback would be that there is little greenery in the outdoor space and the children aren't taken out anywhere. This is a shame as it would be beneficial for them to get outside for fresh air (even in the nearby park), and see the community. Particularly for the older children as the space becomes more confined in preschool.

Fantastic. We've brought both of our children to this nursery and whilst it has changed hands in between them the staff and the atmosphere are the same and both my kids love it. I'm always impressed at how friendly and helpful everyone is, and how much time the kids seem to spend in the garden. The communications from nursery are also brilliant, the app used gives precise and helpful info but the staff are always ready to have a face to face chat too. If I was able to have more children I am certain Kids planet Farnham would be top of my shortlist again!

Our son has just started nursery and the team have been excellent. From the class leader and assistants to the managers. Everyone has been welcoming, caring and fantastic with communications all the way through. We are sure he is going to love it for the next few years. No complaints at all!

As a mother who was so anxious about her child starting nursery, I couldn't recommend Kids Planet Farnham enough. Our child took a long time to settle and the girls in the baby room took the time and dedication to make our child feel safe and loved, as well as involving us. They have such a friendly atmosphere, you really feel your child is experiencing the best care. It's so nice to see all staff members know names of children not in their own rooms and interact with them. I am so glad we chose this nursery for our child, he is thriving.

My 2 girls have been attending kids planet for just over a year now and they absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and the activities presented to them each day are fun and engaging as well as educational. My girls have thrived since starting here and I couldn't be any happier with the nursery that I chose for them. If you're looking for a nursery for your little ones I could not recommend this nursery more.

Our little boy has been at this nursery since before Kid Planet took over and he has been so very well cared for! He struggled going in, in the mornings but always came home with a smile. He loved all the staff and was proud to show us any drawings or crafting activities he did during the day or sing us the songs he learned or show us how well he could count. He is off to big school in Sept so he had his last day last week and it was very sad to say goodbye to everyone there! It's a lovely nursery and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring, happy place for their child.

Our son has been attending kids planet for 6 months now and he absolutely loves it. He is thriving in the baby room and enjoys nursery days so much. The staff are all so polite, friendly and incredibly professional. Such a wide range of skills, qualifications and experience really allows me to be confident my son is receiving the best care in the setting. The environment is always clean and tidy, staff are well presented and always cheerful. The main thing I love is the transparency within the setting. We receive regular updates and pictures from the room leader and also well being phone calls when necessary. Management are excellent at sending out relevant updates too. Overall I really do believe this is the best childcare setting available in the area and I am really pleased we chose this one as I had been very picky when selecting which nursery my son would go to. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff are so friendly they go above and beyond. My daughter loves nursery days and has made some fantastic friends. They do so many amazing activities with all the children which they seem to enjoy and have a lovely garden for them to play in.

A very clean and well looked after nursery.

We are so lucky that we go to Kids Planet Farnham. Our pre school age child has been there since he was 1 years old, and now his little brother goes there too. The facilities are clean/robust, and staff are so friendly, flexible, and trustworthy. It feels welcoming & well-run when you enter. I know the little ones are in good hands. I don't have any negatives (except maybe the car park getting full/tight around typical drop off/collection times).

We're very happy with this nursery. Both of my boys attend and absolutely love it. The outdoor space is excellent and there are lots of fun, varied activities every day. It's a caring place I'd happily recommend.

Our daughter has been at Kids Planet for 18 months and I can't rate it highly enough. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care about each and every child. Staff turnover feels lower than other nurseries (My older child is now at school in year 2 and there are still many of the same staff there from when she started nursery when it was under the name Perfect Start). The management team are really engaged and present in all the rooms. Communication is great & the resources in each room are lovely and natural, and often tailored to the children's interests. The staff see families as a whole and are engaged with every member, children, parents and siblings alike. My children were/are engaged and challenged (in a good way!) and the staff are always happy to offer advice if needed, or take your lead as the parents. Genuinely this is a wonderful nursery and I feel very lucky to have my child there.

We loved our experience at Perfect Start. Our son was in the older babies room and the teachers in his room were incredible. They were so creative with all their activities they planned. They always were so happy and full of energy. They work really hard and I always felt like they were truly taking excellent care of our son. The only reason we decided to leave was for a logistics move with my work and it was a really hard decision. The management was also wonderful - very friendly and professional. We have already registered our 3rd child who we are expecting in July for September 2026 because we wouldn't want our #3 to go anywhere else.

I couldn't recommend perfect start more.

We are really pleased with the nursery. The staff are brilliant and so caring. When my child has been upset about going in the staff go out of their way to settle them and make them feel special. Thank you!

Wonderful team, both my children currently attend the nursery and I only have positive things to say! Highly recommend. My children have developed both socially and educationally since attending the nursery.

Our son loves his Perfect Start family, having been attending since he was a baby (now 4!) The staff are kind, nurturing and really get to know the children and their likes/dislikes. Our son has hilarious 'in-jokes' with various staff members from across the nursery, including a particular fist bump with the chef! He is always happy at pick-up, usually running around outside with his friends. Communication between nursery and home is brilliant, as is the management of dietary needs (my son has a dairy allergy and I am always confident this is taken seriously and he is provided with suitable alternatives). He learns so much at nursery, he has developed great verbal skills and is making great progress learning to write. I have no doubt his time at nursery has set him up brilliantly for school in September and we will be so sad when he leaves this summer!
