My little boy started at KP Lawley at the beginning of September and I was so anxious about leaving him after having so long off for Maternity Leave!
The staff at KP Lawley really put my mind at ease and reassured me that he would be absolutely fine. Fast forward 4 weeks and he is absolutely flourishing
already!
The care, support, reassurance... 10/10!
I LOVE getting the updates regarding what he is getting up to! The staff at KPLawley really are so so lovely, supportive and understanding! They have supported us no end with regards to my little boys newly surfaced allergies and skin conditions.
Highly recommend this nursery to anyone!

My son has grown as a person, his speech has come along since he joined, staff are friendly and know my son well, he has no problem being dropped off and enjoys his days at the nursery. My son has many friends and has good interactions with other children.

I am really pleased with Kids Planet Lawley. My child is currently in the tots room and they are all very friendly and warm. We get lots of great updates through the day which I love to see and get a nice overview at pick up of how things have been. Though nervous, my child does seem happy there and
sometimes doesn't seem ready to leave at the end of the day. I'm very grateful to the whole team. We've always had a good experience

My daughter started this nursery in September 2024 when she was 18 months old. She is now 2 years old and she has come along so much. She comes home every time saying new words and with more understanding. The staff in tots 1 have been amazing and you can tell how much they care. My daughter is always
happy to come to nursery and you can see how much she gets along with the staff, she gravitates to them straight away. I would highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are just amazing. My little one started less than a year ago and it is her favourite place to be. My son attends nursery at Kids Planet Lawley and is in the Rising 3's room. He really enjoys attending nursery and is excited to come in and see his friends and the staff. The staff throughout the whole nursery are extremely dedicated and put a lot of time into getting to know the children and their
individual needs. I feel safe leaving my child in the care of this nursery. I am impressed with the outdoor area and they are spacious and full of resources. My son is served balanced meals and snacks throughout the day which he says he enjoys.

A faultless nursery. My son has been at this nursery since he was 6 months old (he's now 16 months old). He's been in Babies and is now in Tots and the staff in both are fantastic. They keep me regularly updated on everything my son is doing, I've never had any worries. They made the transition into
the next room up so smooth and easy for my son who has settled in perfectly with the help of the staff who go above and beyond to make sure the children feel happy and content whilst they are at nursery. The management team don't miss a thing, if I have any problems they are sorted out that day and you can tell they genuinely have the children's best interest at heart as do the rest of the staff.
The equipment in each room is fab, my son absolutely loves how many different things he can play with. The routine they have got in each room is seamless and my son has adapted so well, that is all because of the staff.
I can't recommend this nursery enough.

The babies' room is absolutely fantastic, the staff we could not ask for anything else! They are brilliant! And we have seen a massive difference in our little one since being there.

Overall the staff do really care for the children, this is evident in their hard work and the relationships they build with the children.
Some services are lacking since the takeover of the nursery by Kids Planet, such as the parent app is still unavailable for parents.
Staffing changes at nursery
are not often communicated in a timely manner to parents which can be frustrating.
This being said, on the whole, our kids are very happy attending the nursery, they appear to be learning and progressing well, and they are well cared for and safe.
Any concerns are addressed timely and compassionately with reassurance from the management team.
There are some exceptional staff at Kids Plane, Lawley who have been there since our kids both started nursery at 8 months old, they have watched and supported their development and we are privileged to have them as part of our kid's journeys.

My child attends in the baby room. All the staff are lovely, caring and attend to my child's needs. They have helped to improve his development and he has come on leaps and bounds since attending the nursery.
My child loves to do messy play and play in the sand pit.

Lovely friendly staff. My little boy Ronnie has been coming to the nursery since a very young age. He has developed with his speech his motor skills and has generally been a happy little boy since coming here.

Since Kids Planet has taken over the overall experience has been awful. My daughter started in February 2023 and the staff within the Babies and Tots room are fantastic. However, the management and running of the nursery is not up to standard. The lack of communication from management is poor. In November,
the boiler broke and this was not communicated to parents. I arrived for drop off on the 27th November and found children wearing their outdoor coats, eating breakfast. The staff within the room said they had asked the manager to communicate the boiler issue to parents. She did not contact parents until the following morning. The boiler was broken for a full week with no further updates other than a 13.47% fee increase. Blow heaters that seemed unsafe were used. The car park was slippery and not gritted. The manager said it was not her responsibility to ensure the car park and outside space were safe to walk on! I reported to Ofsted who found they were not meeting requirements.

My children have both attended Lawley Village since they were seven months old. They are cared for, taught life skills and most importantly they are loved. The staff are friendly and instantly put you at ease every time you leave your child there and they are very easy to talk to about issues or worries.

My son has been attending Lawley Village Day Nursery for 14 months now, we relocated from quite far away so we weren’t familiar with the nursery.
My mum viewed Lawley Village because she lives close by and has previously managed private nursery’s, She was very impressed so I trusted her choice to
go ahead and enrol my son.
On his first day the staff were so welcoming and friendly I even had a conversation with the cleaner who always has a smile on her face. The staff filled out a diary for my son so I could see what he had been doing every day and also updated me every evening.
14 months in and he has come on leaps and bounds! The team helped me potty train him and gave any advice I needed, the nursery facilities are very modern and the nursery also has a beautiful outdoor setting.
The nursery is spotless and constantly being cleaned.
My son has attended forest school and also diddi dance onsite. I know my son will integrate fine to school after the start he’s had here. Thank you.

I reviewed 12 nurseries before deciding Lawley was the best for my son. He’s been going 18 months now and has come on in leaps and bounds. The feeling as soon as you arrive is happy and cheery. Can’t complain at all. Services provided are excellent as well as feedback and support. The staff are excellent
and would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

My son attended Lawley Village Day Nursery from the age of 16 months. He came on leaps and bounds there and made his transition into school in September 2017.
I cannot thank the staff enough for what they did for him whilst he was in their care, it really became an extension of our family.
He has
made friends for life not only with other children but also the staff he continues to talk about his preschool teachers.
The facilities are amazing and they have everything a child needs, in a very safe and clean environment. The outdoor space is fantastic and there are lots of opportunities for children to take part in additional activities such as forest school and Diddi Dance.
My son now attends the holiday club and he really enjoys his time in there and he is very happy to see familiar friends and staff.

Fantastic nursery! We love all of the staff who make us feel welcome and important. Lawley Village Day Nursery is a fantastic nursery. My son had been here since he was 1 and this year started school and we miss it so much. He now comes to holiday club which is fantastic for us both. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble.

Our son has attended this nursery since he was six months old and has loved every single day there. He is now three years old and still has that same happy look on his face when walking him in.


Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in the rooms or even the staff in the office. To see his development

come on leaps and bounds from attending is heartwarming and so gratifying, it is lovely to have complete faith and trust in the people caring for our only son! He loves all the interaction in his room with his friends, the staff and more than anything else he loves his freshly prepared meals.


We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for somewhere to place their child. Just go for a look around, you won't be disappointed!!
