We really appreciate all the hard work, love, and attention the team puts into making sure every child feels safe, happy, and included. Since my daughter started at Kids Planet in May 2026, I have felt very at ease and confident in the care that the staff are providing. My daughter is doing really well and enjoying the wonderful activities and food provided. All the staff are very friendly and caring and genuinely seem to care about my daughters well being and development. I can't thank them enough in helping me and my daughter with the transition to nursery from maternity leave.

We were reluctant to send our daughter to nursery but had no choice. She was cared for perfectly as a baby and is now two and is progressing leaps and bounds with the help of all staff caring for her. The handover on collection is detailed on how she has been and there are regular daily up dates on her through the app. The management have catered for us short notice recently on a family matter which has been a massive help and relief. I highly recommend Kids Planet Shrewsbury to anyone considering sending their child to nursery.

My son has been at Kids Planet for 3 years now and he has absolutely loved it from his first year. The staff have really taken the time to get to know him and he gets on really well with them all. He is so happy there he is often disappointed when it's the weekend and he can't go! He has learnt so much, and has grown in confidence especially this last year. We will be sad to leave next year when it's time for school!

Our girls have experienced all of the rooms, have learnt so much and genuinely enjoy their time at nursery. Yes, we have had our issues over the years, but no place is perfect. What matters is that the team listens and tries their best and continues to improve - and that is all we could ask for.

My son had a difficult time with his first nursery. When he transitioned to Kids Planet, he was made very welcome, and he came home always talking about his time there. We cannot thank the staff enough for their hard work and dedication since my son started, and now he's about to leave to start school. He will miss the staff and his friends, and again, we cannot praise this setting enough. Thank you, everyone!

I would 100% recommend Kids Planet Shrewsbury to anyone looking for a nursery. The team are outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support my little boy has received. Absolutely brilliant!

The end-of-term graduation was particularly special, with certificates, caps and gowns, followed by a festival-style party and BBQ with lots of goodies for the children. It really felt like the staff had gone the extra mile to create a memorable experience.

Helpful friendly and kind supporting our family, they treat the children with the same kindest and care a parent would.

Overall, I'm happy. I don't like it when they use spare clothes, and she still has her own clean clothes in the bag. Especially when someone else's underwear is put on, sometimes accidents happen, but that's normal when there are a lot of children around. They constantly change the hangers, and sometimes we are with another child on the same one. It's nice for each child to have their own space for their bags. My child is still small and can't tell me everything, but for now, she seems happy there, which is the most important thing. It will be good to return the cameras because that was the main reason I chose you.

My son started at 11 months old and is now 4 years old. He enjoys his time at Kids Planet and they have helped him develop and grow. The staff are always helpful and approachable and will go above and beyond. The nursery is always clean and safe for everybody. I would highly recommend Kids Planet Shrewbury.

My son started in baby room and is now in toddler room and will soon to be moving to pre school room. I have never had any issues at drop off and more often than not at pick ip he'd happily continue to stay even after a full day. He likes all staff and I have had a great experience with them too. I always recommend Kids Planet to friends.

I was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and experienced. The communication with parents is very good. I receive daily updates through their app, photos, and descriptions of what my child did throughout the day! The meals provided are nutritious and well balanced!

The nursery have helped my son settle in. This has helped me have a lot of reassurance. The staff have been very supportive and nothing but very well mannered. I am very impressed with how well the nursey have supported him.

Very good nersery, my son absolutely loves going. The staff are always so helpful and lovely, nothing is ever an issue, the food is amazing and always a great choice daily. The manager is always there when needed. Always kept updated throughout the day, and even monthly with events. Would 100% recommend this nursery.

My son really enjoys nursery and has come on so much he has learnt so many things and has come out of his shell, he loves being outside which is very catered to at this nursery . Staff are so welcome and caring even though they are always busy.

My son has recently moved up a room and his development since then has been amazing. He is socialising with slightly older children and his speech is improving. He gets to do lots of amazing activities and they spend lots of time outdoors. The staff are really caring and he loves his time at nursery.
