Overall Experience

As a parent, I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child receives at this nursery. The recent Ofsted inspection result was fantastic and well deserved, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the whole team. Since the new leadership team came in, the nursery has continued to go from strength to strength. They are attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in providing the best experience for children and families.

My child loves the outdoor space and comes home happy and excited to share what they have been learning. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and well-led environment for their child.

Their kindness, patience, and genuine passion for childcare shine through every day. They have taken the time to really get to know our child, supporting their development, celebrating achievements, and always making us feel valued as parents.The reassurance of knowing our child is in such caring and capable hands means more than words can express. Overall Experience

My child, when she leaves the nursery, is happy that she had an exciting day, met friends, the staff were kind, and did exciting activities. She also mentioned that she likes the food there. For me, the staff are professional, kind and responsive to any queries and concerns, and are very helpful.

Both my daughters have attended Monkey Puzzle in Ware from the age of 1 and they are two years apart. I honestly cant fault the service and care we have received for our children. The amount of different activities that they provide is incredible. External dance teachers coming in, woodwork where my daughter has learnt to use tools, she has held a snake! and witnessed chicken eggs hatching. On top of this they regularly take the children on trips into the community. Both my daughters absolutely love going into nursery, they enjoy spending time with the team who look after them and have made some great friendships where they see other children outside of nursery regularly. The food menu is great and my children eat healthy food each day as well as plenty of time to play and be active outside they also ensure that your child's development around numbers, letters, colours, science, art etc is all covered. I can honestly say both my daughters have thrived in the environment created here.

We are so pleased with our choice of nursery. My son absolutely loves coming here, and he is learning so much. He has always been playful but he is having so much fun. Highly recommended! The food is great too.

Our son started at Monkey Puzzle a few months ago and I've been so impressed with it so far. The staff are very professional but also so kind and lovely. It's always such a delight to collect him and hear about his day, and he absolutely loves his key worker. The building is also really spacious and both the climbing frame inside and outside look like great fun.

Overall Experience

Monkey Puzzle provides a fantastic environment for young minds to bloom. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the children's wellbeing. My son loves his time there and has learnt a lot, and is being prepared for reception in a very structured way. We love Monkey Puzzle and will be sending our younger son there too.

We are so grateful for the amazing support our son has received at this nursery. He has SEN, and the staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive in helping him develop and grow in confidence.
They truly understand his individual needs and always make him feel safe, included, and cared for. We've seen such lovely progress since he started, and we couldn't be happier.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle a few months ago after starting at another nursery she didn't settle at after a few weeks. At the initial visit my daughter strolled around the nursery like she had always been coming, and everything has been amazing since this day! My daughter now attends 3 days a week and runs off as soon as we get to the door which is amazing.
My daughter is flourishing and her speech has improved so much!
The communication is great, the key worker system is fabulous and I have not got a bad word to say! The staff are really approachable and I haven't had a day where I haven't recognised the staff - no lunch cover/bank system and it's fabulous.
The Manager Leah is also lovely and very responsive.

My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery and is always excited to go in each morning. The staff are amazing and make him feel so happy, comfortable, and cared for. He definitely has a few favourite members of staff, which is lovely to see.

I'm also so happy to see the bond he has with Leah, the manager. Even though she has a different role, it's clear she takes the time to get to know the children, and my little boy is always so pleased to see her. It's such a relief knowing he's in such good hands. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

It is very hard to find a a good nursery when you first start looking,but when I started looking for my daughter I tried to look for a safe place and a place where she can develop and grow beautifully,the staff is amazing,they take care of her and the other kids well,they have different activities every day and encourage them to speak and do activities.

Monkey puzzle has been very accommodating and patient with our daughters SEN needs and regularly work with us to ensure she is getting the most out of her day and at home.

Since our son joined in April he has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The staff are caring and attentive, creating a warm environment where he feels happy and secure. There are a wide range of engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity and confidence. The sensory play is so imaginative and links to a weekly theme. We also love the outdoor experiences he gets at the allotment, park, garden and playground.

A huge thank you to the amazing team in the baby room for making our daughter's first few months at nursery such a positive experience. Our daughter started in February at 13 months old, and as first-time parents returning to work, leaving her all day was a really big step for us. From day one, Magda gave us genuine peace of mind. Over the last few months, we also got to know Layla and Zaynab, who alongside Magda were fantastic. The whole team was incredibly caring, attentive, and especially diligent with managing our daughter's allergies. Thanks to their support, our daughter has grown in confidence, formed lovely new bonds, and genuinely loves going to nursery! Thank you again for making this transition so positive and reassuring for both our daughter and us as parents. We're incredibly grateful for all the love and care shown to her during her time in the baby room.

Our daughter joined MPTW in January this year just shy of 1 yr. We actually changed to Monkey Puzzle after staffing issues and confusing communication at another nursery.
The management at monkey puzzle were quick to find us a place and communicate. They were organised with onboarding and we felt looked after from Day 0, being first time parents and uncertain on what to expect. Naturally our daughter was upset at first but the staff were calming, kept us updated and now she actively reaches out to the key workers at drop off. I love how the staff all know her name, how they organise celebrations and tie in her heritage where possible. We are always given a friendly greeting and a detailed verbal update. The online updates are lovely too - always setting us homework to continue her development, and showing the range of activities the children are provided with.

We are so happy to have picked monkey puzzle.
