Overall Experience

As a parent, I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child receives at this nursery. The recent Ofsted inspection result was fantastic and well deserved, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the whole team. Since the new leadership team came in, the nursery has continued to go from strength to strength. They are attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in providing the best experience for children and families.

My child loves the outdoor space and comes home happy and excited to share what they have been learning. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and well-led environment for their child.

Overall Experience

Our son started at Monkey Puzzle a few months ago and I've been so impressed with it so far. The staff are very professional but also so kind and lovely. It's always such a delight to collect him and hear about his day, and he absolutely loves his key worker. The building is also really spacious and both the climbing frame inside and outside look like great fun.

Monkey Puzzle provides a fantastic environment for young minds to bloom. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the children's wellbeing. Overall Experience

My child started in the Baby room just a few weeks shy of 1 years old. She's settled in well and the team have been really good at answering my questions and tailoring the care for my child. Perhaps it's a coincidence with the age she started perhaps not but my little one has learnt a lot since starting Nursery.

Overall Experience

A huge thank you to the amazing team in the baby room for making our daughter's first few months at nursery such a positive experience. Our daughter started in February at 13 months old, and as first-time parents returning to work, leaving her all day was a really big step for us. From day one, Magda gave us genuine peace of mind. Over the last few months, we also got to know Layla and Zaynab, who alongside Magda were fantastic. The whole team was incredibly caring, attentive, and especially diligent with managing our daughter's allergies. Thanks to their support, our daughter has grown in confidence, formed lovely new bonds, and genuinely loves going to nursery! Thank you again for making this transition so positive and reassuring for both our daughter and us as parents. We're incredibly grateful for all the love and care shown to her during her time in the baby room.

Overall Experience

Fantastic family run nursery! The facilities are incredible and so spacious, perfect for my very active and inquisitive daughter who likes to run around and explore. The staff are also amazing, very attentive and keep you well updated on everything.

My daughter also benefits from having new adventures on the many day trips the nursery takes the kids on. I used to feel bad about leaving my daughter at the previous nursery (which had limited space and high staff turnover), but here I feel positive about the new experiences she will have each day with her nursery family. I really could not imagine leaving her anywhere else!

My daughter joined Money Puzzle Nursery in May 2025 and has loved it ever since. She runs excitedly into nursery every morning. Her development has also come on leaps and bounds since joining, walking and running more confidently and saying more and more words every day. When my daughter is not in nursery she's talks about her friends from her toddler room, which brings me so much joy. Overall I would highly recommend this nursery.

Overall Experience

We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Monkey Puzzle! From day one, the staff have been very welcoming to both us and our daughter and she has settled in so well over the past few months. I feel like they have gotten to know her personality and are very attentive, and she always has big smiles for them when we drop her off and pick her up. We also really appreciate the regular contact via the app - we get regular reports on her development as well as day to day updates with pictures which we look forward to. Overall there's a really warm and positive vibe and our daughter seems to be thriving!

Overall Experience

What I love about Monkey Puzzle is how they go over and above on the little touches that make parents and children feel welcomed and supported. The parent coffee bar is the perfect example of this, it's so thoughtful and on several busy days I have been able to grab a free coffee on route to work which has been such a treat and made my day easier! They even let my child's older sibling grab a snack or a piece of fruit.

Monkey Puzzle is a nurturing and safe space that both my children attend. I am often in awe of how wonderfully the care for my children and the patience and grace they when dealing with the children. Our daughter has settled in wonderfully at the nursery, thanks to the care staff who are attentive, considerate and kind in working with the children and parents. I especially value the encouragement of storytelling from a young age, involving a weekly book rotation and diary from the nursery's collection, selected based on the child's age and is new each week. This story time with my daughter has become one of the highlights of my week and I am very grateful to the nursery for introducing this initiative.

The Nursery involved myself Parent of a preschooler to come in and do activities with all the children. I was proud to do activities from my home county Greece. My son was really happy, I could see it in his face. The management team really supported me in arranging additional resources and the lovely Laura showed me around the rooms and helped deliver activities. I had so much fun and I know I made the best choice when choosing Monkey Puzzle East Sheen. Can't wait for the nursery share pictures on instagram from today.

Our two children have attended this nursery for the past five years, and we've been consistently happy throughout that time. It's been so reassuring to see them both settle in, grow in confidence, and genuinely enjoy their time there. The activities always sound fantastic-there's a great mix of learning and play, and it's lovely to see how much thought goes into supporting the children's development while still letting them have fun and be creative. Communication has always been great and I feel well-informed about my child's day and progress, which is so reassuring as a parent. We have the ability to check live updates on the nursery app with various info. Peter, who owns the nursery, is incredibly attentive and very involved in the day-to-day running. He's always accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes a big difference as a parent.

Overall, I'm happy with our experience here. It's such a comforting knowing your child is happy, and excited to go back every day.

Overall Experience
We have been delighted with monkey puzzle nursery, choosing it for both our son and daughter. The nursery staff create a really fun, engaging and caring environment for the children. Our children come home with a smile on their face every day after taking part in such a wide range of fun activities and it really creates a love of learning.
The staff really understand the children individually; their habits, likes and dislikes. I was amazed after only a few weeks the things they noticed, and it really shows how much they care about the children.

Finally, the staff go out of their way to get parents involved. Christmas & graduation shows along with the mothers and Father's Day invites are unique to monkey puzzle. They build such great trust with the parents, and it's a delight to see our children thriving in their nursery environment. I really couldn't recommend the nursery enough! Each and every member of staff goes out of their way to make it the most fun it can be for the children.

The new parents breakfast bar is such a thoughtful addition to the nursery. Having coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit available during drop-off makes mornings feel much more welcoming and supportive for busy parents. Overall Experience
I have 2 children in this nursery in different rooms. Both of them love their individual classes and but also they get to mix when they go for outdoor play. The care and attention both of my children receive at this nursery is outstanding. When I pick them up they are both very happy, leaving me safe in the knowledge that they are being well looked after.

My children's development has come on leaps and bounds since starting this nursery, with the nursery staff taking care to focus on what they need help with and ensuring they spend time developing them in that area. I cannot express enough how happy I can that my children go to Monkey Puzzle Woodford.
