Overall Experience
We have our youngest at Monkey Puzzle, and it's been absolutely perfect. The staff are all fantastic and incredibly friendly. They recently completed a major refurbishment, and the space looks incredible.
During the recent heatwaves, we've felt so lucky to have a nursery that can provide air-conditioned rooms to keep the kids cool. All of the outdoor play areas have plenty of shade too.

I highly recommend it. I must say, Shivani and the team run a very tight ship, and it really shows!

Monkey Puzzle in Ealing is such a lovely nursery. The staff are so genuinely caring and provide a wonderfully nurturing environment. Our child is happy there and is looked after so well. The staff are very approachable and keep us updated on our child's progress and wellbeing..

Overall Experience

We are so glad that we chose Monkey Puzzle for our boy. He's been there for over 1.5 years & he absolutely loves it. Being there has helped with his development so much & it's so reassuring as a parent to see how happy he is to be dropped off on the days he is in. All the staff are so lovely & accommodating & you can see they have a genuine love for all the children. The nursery has recently been renovated & the children have such beautiful spaces to learn, play, rest, eat & have fun in. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am happy with the nursery. My son is emotionally well supported, and I feel he is happy, safe, and cared for. I appreciate the nurturing environment and the support the staff provide. Management specially communicatiob very transparent and helpful!

We have had such a wonderful experience with this nursery over the past year. My daughter has attended for a year now and has settled in so well. She has built lovely relationships with the staff, who are always caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in her happiness and development.

The team are incredibly flexible and approachable, making us feel valued and supported as a family. The learning environment is engaging, with plenty of opportunities for children to explore, play, and develop new skills. We especially love the spacious, calm, and relaxing areas, which create a welcoming atmosphere for the children.

It's been so reassuring to see how much our daughter has grown in confidence during her time here. We are very grateful to all the staff for the care, encouragement, and dedication they show every day. We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

My daughter loves it at Monkey Puzzle - it has a lovely community and a good selection of activities such as Spanish, PE, show and tell etc. Great outdoor space now with a lot of space to work off some energy. Staff are all great - very supportive esp. during potty training. Niamh has become very close to her friends and the staff here.

We honestly couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Olympia. From day one, we've always felt that our son is in safe hands, and it's clear how much the team genuinely care about all the children.
One of my favourite things is the app. I love getting the little updates throughout the day and seeing photos of what the kids have been up to. It always puts a smile on my face and makes me feel like I'm still a part of his day, even when I'm at work.
The menu has so much variety, and you can tell they've really thought about giving the kids balanced, healthy meals. My son absolutely loves the food, which says a lot!
The monthly progress updates are brilliant too. I always look forward to reading them because they're so detailed and give a great insight into what he's been learning, what he's enjoying, and how he's developing. It's lovely to see all the little milestones and the effort the team put into helping him grow.

Our son started in January 2026 and has been loving going to Monkey Puzzle Ealing. We had visited a couple nurseries and knew instantly this was the one we wanted to sign him up to.
The staff are all so friendly and involved, all kids look happy to go in.
The nursery is clean, recently refurbished and has two lovely garden spaces. They to regular trips to the local park which our son loves too.

We are very happy with our choice!

We have loved this nursery since our little girl start when she was 9months old. The team are patient and caring and support us with our challenges. The manager is exceptional, Aarti is the main reason we chose this nursery. Standards are amazing and our child has such a great bond with all of the care givers. Extra curricular activities such as Spanish class and dancing class are just some of the examples of how this nursery go above and beyond for our children

Our son has felt welcome at Monkey Puzzle Ealing from his very first day in the toddler room. The staff are so friendly, caring, and patient, and they've done an amazing job looking after our little energetic monkey.
The nursery is spacious, with two lovely gardens where the children can play and explore. We've also been really impressed with how the team has handled the recent heatwave, making sure the children stay safe and comfortable while keeping parents updated every day.
A special thank you to Aarti for her regular communication and for always keeping us informed about any changes. It gives us real peace of mind knowing Ryan is in such good hands.

We would happily recommend Monkey Puzzle Ealing to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and friendly nursery.

Enjoyed the monkey puzzle Father's Day football afternoon. The staff had prepared snacks, drinks and lots of fun games. It was a pleasure to meet and play football with the other dads and builds a real sense of community.
