My little one has recently started at Monkey Puzzle and so far the experience has been great. It was great to meet our key person and sit with them so they can get to know my little one. Since then, we have regular updates and conversations on how she is doing and I love receiving the daily updates and pictures of what they've been up to that day! I also love the themed activities they have, it's so fun!

Lily-Rose absolutely loves attending nursery! She is always so happy and excited to come in, and it's lovely to see how much she enjoys her time there. The staff are all so friendly, caring and welcoming, and you can really see how much they care about the children.

Lily-Rose has settled in so well and loves seeing all the staff and taking part in the activities. As parents, it gives us such peace of mind knowing she is happy, cared for and enjoying herself. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and would highly recommend it to other parents.

You are greeted at the door of the room your child is in, and they will ask how your child has been/any concerns or worries you may have.

Our daughter has absolutely flourished during her time at Monkey Puzzle Horsham. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to talk through any changes or updates. They keep us regularly informed about her progression, which gives us real confidence in how well she's developing.

Her allergies are always handled with great care - every meal, snack, and activity is checked to make sure it's suitable for her, and we've never had to worry about her safety or comfort.

The team clearly put a lot of thought into supporting her development, and it shows in how much she's grown socially, emotionally, and academically since joining.

The recent refurbishment has made the environment even nicer, creating a bright, modern, and engaging space for the children to learn and play.

My son started with Monkey Puzzle in July 2026. He started with 3 days and is now doing 4. Everyone involved with the nursery has been wonderful with him. At points he wasn't sleeping well so he spent time with the nursery manager, G, so he would sleep. He is now comfortable in the space and routine and this isn't a problem. They report on the app and this covers his meals, sleep etc as well as a handover in person at the end of the day. The messy play is the highlight of his day and he always enjoys it. If I wanted proof he was happy then his reaction when we ring the room bell is proof. In the morning when he hears us being buzzed in his hands go and he smiles! The team care about each child and it shows. The nursery itself is well presented and they are investing and improving in the space too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Monkey Puzzle Horsham for a friends child.

My two boys have just started and they are loving nursery. The boys have been for walks and my eldest has learnt about new things. The staff are lovely and welcoming to both the boys and us. Management have amazing response and are very understanding.

Monkey puzzle have been so welcoming and accommodating to our child. They are personable, kind and always have time for you. We get updates throughout the day and can contact them instantly to check in. Our child settled in really well and we love seeing them enjoying it at the end of the day.

All staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter absolutely loves it here. Even this it took a while for her to settle in because she is very attached to me and her mum, the staff always did everything they could to make sure she was happy and comfortable here.

We absolutely love Monkey Puzzle Horsham. The staff are so caring and friendly, and the outdoor play areas are fantastic! Our child has learned so much through their fun and educational activities. It's a wonderful, supportive place - we couldn't be happier!

Our child started at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in October 2024, she has learnt so much in a relatively short amount of time which is testament to the staff and management. The premises is absolutely brilliant, they have a huge selection of educational activities and a really lovely outside space where our little one loves to play and run around. I've used other nurseries in the past but monkey puzzle really out shines them all.
