My son started with Monkey Puzzle in July 2026. He started with 3 days and is now doing 4. Everyone involved with the nursery has been wonderful with him. At points he wasn't sleeping well so he spent time with the nursery manager, G, so he would sleep. He is now comfortable in the space and routine and this isn't a problem. They report on the app and this covers his meals, sleep etc as well as a handover in person at the end of the day. The messy play is the highlight of his day and he always enjoys it. If I wanted proof he was happy then his reaction when we ring the room bell is proof. In the morning when he hears us being buzzed in his hands go and he smiles! The team care about each child and it shows. The nursery itself is well presented and they are investing and improving in the space too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Monkey Puzzle Horsham for a friends child.

Staff really friendly and my son always has a great day! Very flexible around our needs. Good app which has regular updates about what they get up to and what food he's having. Highly recommend the nursery

My two boys have just started and they are loving nursery. The boys have been for walks and my eldest has learnt about new things. The staff are lovely and welcoming to both the boys and us. Management have amazing response and are very understanding.

Monkey puzzle have been so welcoming and accommodating to our child. They are personable, kind and always have time for you. We get updates throughout the day and can contact them instantly to check in. Our child settled in really well and we love seeing them enjoying it at the end of the day.

All staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter absolutely loves it here. Even this it took a while for her to settle in because she is very attached to me and her mum, the staff always did everything they could to make sure she was happy and comfortable here.

We absolutely love Monkey Puzzle Horsham. The staff are so caring and friendly, and the outdoor play areas are fantastic! Our child has learned so much through their fun and educational activities. It's a wonderful, supportive place - we couldn't be happier!

Our child started at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in October 2024, she has learnt so much in a relatively short amount of time which is testament to the staff and management. The premises is absolutely brilliant, they have a huge selection of educational activities and a really lovely outside space where our little one loves to play and run around. I've used other nurseries in the past but monkey puzzle really out shines them all.
