Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate

Our son has been attending this brilliant nursery full time for almost a year, and we are so pleased with the care he receives. The teachers are very warm, patient and truly care about the children. My son's key person has been absolutely wonderful, she takes the time to really understand him and always shares updates with us, which gives us great peace of mind. The whole team creates a safe, nurturing environment, and we are very grateful. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Southgate to other parents.

My daughter loved Monkey Puzzle. Every day she would ask me if we were going to nursery, and this shows that she clearly enjoyed the time there. The staff are attentive and provide a variety of activities related to different topics so that the children can learn by doing or observing results. The communication from the nursery is excellent. They provide observations so we as parents know what our child has been doing during the day. Food wise they have a balanced diet with fruit, healthy snacks and homemade dishes cooked onsite. I recommend this nursery to whoever asks for my opinion.

We just want to thank the management and all the staff for creating such an amazing, friendly, safe environment. Our child was always ready and happy to come to the nursery, that was because of the amazing staff there.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for about 1.5 years, since she was 14 months old. We are really happy with the nursery. The management and staff really get to know your child and we totally trust that she is with people who will care for her and adapt to her developmental needs. I feel completely comfortable to make decisions about what's best for her at nursery in collaboration with her key workers. They are friendly, warm and informative. The setting itself is really spacious and well designed. The app is very helpful for communication and updates if you're like me and want lots of information on what they are eating / napping etc. The only area where I wish it were better is the outdoor space, which is perfectly adequate but not very big or natural. But they are limited with what they can do with the space they have. Finally, it is without question the most convenient location for people like us who use the tube to get to work. The time it saves us is invaluable.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery is our second nursery. We switched to this setting because our first experience, despite it being in the same price range, was bad and disappointing. The management at Monkey Puzzle Southgate took such incredible care of us from day 1. I don't even really have the words to describe how much we love and value everyone at this nursery. Our daughter has, in only 7 months being there so far, learned, developed and loved every day she's there. The staff are unbelievably attentive, caring, loving, professional and hard working. The food has always been amazing and the wonderful nursery chef does an incredible job making sure all toddlers and babies actually eat, which is not an easy task. The management are so lovely and helpful, we couldn't have wished for a better nursery. Thank you!

I am so happy that we chose Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Southgate for our daughter. She has been coming since she was 8 months old. She is now 2 years old and I've never felt anything but happy and confident when dropping her off. She loves coming. The staff are always so attentive and helpful, providing really helpful updates through the app. The manager has always helped and answered any questions we've had, and everyone is just lovely. Our daughter is so well looked after and I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter had a tough time in the beginning settling in and the staff were really helpful and caring with her. They gave me advice on ways to make drop off easier and were kind when it was difficult for me too. I can't thank them enough for that. Now my daughter is thriving and her teachers are helping her potty train. She loves it there and always excitedly tells me what she has done during the day on her drive home. Throughout the year and especially this month Monkey Puzzle has been great! Primrose has enjoyed her days at the nursery full of fun-filled activities. She has enjoyed learning many new things and I have enjoyed hearing about all that she's done. I always look forward to picking her up at the end of the day! The staff are amazing, helpful and very experienced at what they do. My child talks very much about all her key workers and friends she has made at Monkey Puzzle. Couldn't have placed her at any other nursery!
