Sending our son to nursery was something I was incredibly anxious about. Like many parents I found the idea of leaving him really emotional. But the team made the transition so much easier for both him and for us. He settled in so well and now looks genuinely excited when we arrive in the morning, which
is the most reassuring feeling as a parent.


The staff are wonderful and clearly care deeply about the children. They greet them so warmly each day and really seem to know each child as an individual - their personalities, likes and dislikes. We're also kept well updated, and the photos they share always show our son happy, engaged and having a great time.


I was so worried about sending him to nursery, but the team have made it such a positive experience for our whole family. Knowing he is safe, happy and so well cared for makes all the difference, and we're incredibly grateful for the care and kindness they show every day.

Since our son has started he has come on leaps and bounds at Monkey Puzzle Surbiton. The staff are so caring, know the children so well and really do try their absolute best in every way.


There are always lots of activities going on for the children and the owner is really invested in every child

and their experience / time at the nursery.

I have both my girls attending MP nursery in Surbiton. I am very happy with the place. Both of them settled in quite quickly and love going there. The staff is very nice and caring. You can tell they know each child very well. Children feel really happy and cared at MP nursery.
The manager is amazing.
She is so involved in everything and at the nursery every day. Everything is so organised. The owner/manager knows each family/parent by name. She managed to create a place where we fill like family. My first child graduated last year but every day she wants to visit the nursery and the staff after school.
They organise quite a few events during the year for parents and staff where we can meet, socialise and communicate with the staff and other parents.
Very nice place where kids are happy and we feel like family.

Both of our children go to Monkey Puzzle and they love it. They love the staff and you can see they are very caring. They give us lots of updates and photos are uploaded everyday, giving us an insight into their fun everyday + lots of events (meet the team, stay and play, etc) for both parents and kids.
We are happy we made the move to this nursery!

Our little one has attended Monkey Puzzle Surbiton from 1 year old for 4 years. She looks forward to going in every day . The staff are very attentive . They know each child and the parents by name. They are flexible and accommodating with requests.
The facilities from the baby room , through toddlers
, to pre schoolers are excellent. The children are safe and well looked after .
They follow the national curriculum and regular feedback is provided.
They also go out to local sites to do nature walks and social activities. Our little one highly recommends MPS.

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle 2 years and we couldn't be happier. All the staff know the kids so well, he is always happy to go in and even sometimes asks to see some staff at the weekend he loves them so much! As he grows older (he's 3 now), we're often seeing him come home having learnt a new skill
- colours, counting, taking his own shoes & clothes off. It's a loving, playful space for them to grow and learn. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a family vibe nursery

We have two children at Monkey Puzzle and are very happy. The staff take the time to know all the kids really well and are caring and engaged in their learning. They always go the extra mile in providing opportunities for the children to learn about the world, even getting eggs so they can see chicks

Our son has been at Monkey Puzzle for over 6 months, having moved into the area. It's hard to know what to look for when looking at nurseries having no context, and whilst we had no issues with our previous nursery, MP has set the bar high!
He settled quickly with support of the staff who are exceptionally
caring & kind.
He's since moved rooms & again this transition was well supported.
We've been really impressed by the quality & breadth of activities, & the plenty of time outside whatever the weather! Assessments take place regularly to report on his progress, and we're given daily updates by staff at pick up & lots of photos daily on the app to keep us in the loop.
Meals are of high quality & well varied.
The management team are great, learning names of parents/carers which goes a long way!
Regular opportunities to meet the team at both weekends and be involved with Stay & Play sessions are great too.
Our son is very happy here.

We could not be happier that our daughter attends Monkey Puzzle Surbiton. The support, care and genuine love that the staff show towards her is nothing but amazing and makes us realise we have definitely made the right choice. As a Mum of a child with an allergy, I feel that my daughter is safe and
it is treated with the same level of seriousness as we do at home. I felt listened to when I was explaining the seriousness to the owner and the team, even having a time to privately meet with them all. This was so important to me. The meet the team days, stay and plays and all events put on for us as a family is just the cherry on top - something my friends who have children at other local nurseries are envious of! I would recommend the team and the nursery again and again. Thank you!!

I cannot recommend Monkey puzzle in Surbiton and their team highly enough. My child has a wonderful experience, flourishing in a supportive and enriching environment. The educators' care, dedication, and expertise have made a remarkable difference, nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning.
It has truly been a magical journey so far , and I'm incredibly grateful for the positive impact they've had!Though it has only been few months, the changes we get to see in him are profound. The way his sense of expression and self confidence has developed in this relatively short period of time is incredible. He has started to tell stories, make new friends and get comfortable with new people around.Everytime we pick and drop him the space feels so alive!A lot of work and effort goes into being around and manage so many kids in the indoors & outdoors, but the teachers do it so effortlessly. Probably London's best nursery! Thank you to the manager and everyone for looking after our son!

I'm very happy with Monkey Puzzle,when my child entered there she didn't speak English,she has emproved a lot,she has learned to write letters and numbers and speak English as well,she is happy with her friends and teachers,i am also happy she enjoys the food and now that is time for her graduation

Both my daughters attend the monkey puzzle nursery one in preschool and the other in the baby room.
The girls love attending and are always disappointed on the weekend when they have to stay at home with family.
The nursery have an exciting program with trips around the local area as well as outside
company's (recently a petting farm ) visit.
The nursery really Excel themselves with putting up decorations and celebrating festivals that are relevant the the children.
My child's development has been incredible with a big focus on fun. My cousin who works in a primary school said my daughter is doing much better than some of the children in year one and I can only put this down to the hard work of the wonderful monkey puzzle staff. I am so happy I chose monkey puzzle..
the only downside is the fees are a little expensive but I think this is a case of getting what you pay for.

Our daughter started at Monkey Puzzle before her first birthday, and as her graduation approaches, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for everything this nursery has done for her.
The caring and professional staff have been incredible, always communicative and supportive. They created a nurturing environment
that helped our shy little girl come out of her shell and guided her through big milestones like potty training with so much patience and care.
We've been amazed by her growth, from building confidence to learning so much academically and socially. Monkey Puzzle has truly been a second home where she has felt safe, loved, and inspired.
