The staff are very professional, kind energetic and my son gets on with them very well. We moved our child from another nursery to this one and we are so pleased with our decision. Our son loves coming here and gets annoyed with us when he cannot go in on the days he doesn't attend. Our son settled
very quickly into the environment and is very happy here and loves spending time in the garden. I feel happy knowing when I am at work my child is in a fun, safe, nurturing environment and having lots of fun! ,There is a wide variety of play opportunities based on many themes and the team are energetic and passionate about what they do on a daily basis. Parent's are well informed about their child's day. There is a lovely garden, opportunities to go off site to the local park / Country park and an added bonus of forest school. Scott, Becca and Sean go out of their way to support with anything possible. We highly recommend this nursery.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Monkey Puzzle. The staff are just wonderful - they really care about the babies in their room and my son happily goes to all of them every morning. He quite often gets upset when he leaves for the day! The setting is lovely - lots for them to do, is clean
and comfortable and they put on a variety of activities for the little ones to aid their learning and development. The management are approachable, warm and helpful. Overall it's an incredibly nurturing, friendly and supportive environment and I'm so glad we chose it over other nurseries in the area.

Jessica was very shy before starting nursery. Since starting in September, she has really come out of her shell and flourished. Everyone at Monkey Puzzle Epsom is amazing, with outstanding communication, daily updates, and photos. Jessica is always so excited to go to nursery. So many fun activities
and so much thoughtful learning and care go into her day at nursery and into thoughtful events.

Monkey Puzzle is a warm, nurturing and happy place that our twins have loved since the first day they toddled through the front door. The manager, Nichola, has assembled a wonderful team who are kind, friendly, and helpful. Farrah and Uma are our key workers who the kids love, but all of the staff seem
lovely whenever we meet or speak to them. Our children are always giddy with excitement to tell us about their days when we come to collect them, and the Nursery Family app keeps us posted on all the key things they're doing, including meals, nap times, accidents, and activities. The nursery itself is also a beautiful environment, set in a recently refurbished cottage, with purpose built facilities and modern security protocols to ensure the children can enjoy themselves in a safe and secure environment. Highly recommend.

Going back to work after mat leave and choosing a nursery is very hard emotionally, however myself and my partner were instantly put at ease when we visited the team here. We knew straight away that this was the nursery for our precious boy.
The team are great and super friendly. They have helped my
little one settle in well by providing a safe and caring environment, especially when he was suffering a little separation anxiety.


The weekly updates around my little ones time there and his progress are very welcomed and great to see.


I would absolutely recommend the nursery and team!

From the moment our little son joined Monkey Puzzle, we have been impressed and reassured by their care & protection for each of the children.
The nursery is managed professionally, the wonderful staff and teachers are patient while carefully supportinging each individual and the parents are continuously
updated with daily progress reports and the exciting activity agendas.

Monkey Puzzle is a fantastic nursery that I can confidently recommend. My baby attends this nursery, and we are very happy with our choice. The staff are wonderful - caring, dedicated, and great with the children. The building is well adapted to the children's needs, with thoughtfully arranged rooms
and a wide range of age-appropriate toys and resources. The children take part in a variety of activities that support their development, and parents are kept informed about everything that happens throughout the day.

Hands down the best decision we made was moving our boys to monkey puzzle! They both love the staff, have great friends and do such fun activities every day. They get given filling wholesome meals and I love the amount of outdoor play they get, along with field trips to the park and doing forest school.
The staff go above and beyond and are always willing to help regardless of how busy they are. Both my boys are thriving there and it's clear to see from the parents evening feedback that the staff know them inside out! Thank you!

My daughter started when she was 9 months old and I accredit some much of her development to the nursery. They are caring, know who she is and her personality, check in with you as the parent and it feels like you as a whole family are genuinely cared about. I can't fault this nursery at all.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle now for 2 years and even though she can be shy when away from me the team have been absolutely amazing - any period of transition, such as the when we went through a bereavement, stopped bringing her comfort blanket in, or when she was going through potty training,
they have always been so supportive. She chats about her key worker all the time and she loves looking at the photos of her Toddler Room on the nursery app on my phone and telling me who everyone is and what they did that day. She'll try food there she would never try at home and I love the monthly updates on her learning / social progress from her keyworker too. They also put real effort into special days such as Halloween / Christmas and she has grown so much in confidence. I just asked her what her favourite things about nursery are and she said: "playing with the water tray, playing with my friends and playing with Vicki!" So that's a direct review from someone in toddler room!

My daughter has been at this nursery for a year now and has recently moved into the toddler room. Her experience has been wonderful, warm, and truly amazing. The staff are all so kind and caring, and she often asks for specific teachers on our way in. When she sees the monkey sign, she gets excited
and asks for them by name.
The manager's door is always open, and they never miss a chance to say hello and goodbye each day. The online app is incredibly reassuring, keeping me informed about her meals, sleep, and daily activities. Seeing her happy and settled, especially after the occasional sad morning drop-off, gives me great peace of mind.
She loves the weekly visits from Molly Moo Cow and the yoga sessions, which she even shows us at home. Thank you to Monkey Puzzle and the amazing staff upstairs. I'm confident her next room will be just as wonderful.

Our son joined Monkey Puzzle in October 2025 after his previous nursery closed down. Since joining, all the staff have been welcoming, lovely and caring. The activities always sound great and they provide an amazing variety of food. They have been great since our first show around and have made the
transition to a new nursery go as smoothly as possible.

My son joined pre school room in September 2025 and I have been nothing short of amazed at the quality of the care he has received. The staff are very passionate and eager to help. The activities he takes part in are far beyond our previous nursery in terms of thought and the level of engagement with
his development. This nursery goes above and beyond, they even took the kids out to see the Christmas lights. The forest school is also great! Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with Monkey Puzzle Lightwater. Our little girl is in the Tweenies room, and the care, love and attention she receives is truly amazing. From the moment she started, the staff have made her feel safe, settled and excited to go in. The Tweenies team are incredibly nurturing, patient
and attentive, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about each child. The activities are engaging, fun and really supportive of her development. We've seen such a boost in her confidence, independence and social skills. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured about her day. The nursery itself is warm, welcoming and well organised, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. Leaving your child is never easy, but Monkey Puzzle Lightwater makes it so much easier knowing she is happy, cared for and thriving. We're so grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent.

The staff are so approachable and lovely, it is so easy to drop our little one off at nursery as she loves the staff, caring was our number 1 priority. The staff were so helpful about booking extra days for my return to work. They have a really clear sickness policy, they check in with us as parents
when babies are off sick which means a lot to us. They remembered our little ones birthday which was so cute and lovely. The staff are honestly so nice! The fees are quite expensive but it reflects the care your little one is getting for us which we are happy to pay. The forest school is a really good idea as I don't think kids should be kept indoors all day. You can communicate via an app, you can see everything your child is up to including photos/videos, sleep times, meal times even nappy changes at their time in nursery. Child protection and safe guarding on point as you can exclude them from being shown on social media. 10/10 we are so happy :-) best nursery no issues! excellent!

Our little boy has recently started at Monkey Puzzle Lightwater and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely focused on each child's needs and development. He is settling in beautifully and comes home happy, he especially loves the sensory play and opportunities

Monkey puzzle Lightwater has been the best fit for our daughter. From the moment we entered during our first visit we instantly got a positive feeling and knew this would be the perfect place for us!
We joined the nursery in December 2025 and in just a few short months we've noticed the confidence
grow in our little girl, she's always so excited to go in the mornings, something I'd never thought she'd do!
The staff are always so happy and friendly, the rooms are amazingly well kept and clean. Most importantly the communication is great, we get daily updates and even at the end of day they still take the time to tell us how her day went. You can really tell that within everything they do, the children's wellbeing and happiness are their main priority.
