Our daughter has just finished the most fantastic 3 years at Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield. She has thrived in this fantastic setting and she has enjoyed every minute of being there. Monkey Puzzle Tatsfield is in a lovely setting with opportunities to access the community on small trips as well as having
excellent facilities on site. They have just started to offer Forest School which was a massive hit and are now rolling it out as a holiday club which we look forward to taking up. The staff are kind, caring and dedicated to their work and nothing is ever too much trouble. Activities are well thought out and they have supported so many aspects of our daughter's development. We have recently attended our daughter's graduation which was a fantastic event, and really showed us how well they knew and understood her. We look forward to our son starting in October!

My daughter started in the babies room in August, she had just turned 10 months old and I was understandably anxious about her being away from me for the first time - however Monkey Puzzle Lightwater made the transition so easy and stress free. They offered my daughter a gradual settling in process
to build up her confidence. She's been there a while now and absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, warm and attentive to the little ones needs. They're also absolutely brilliant at setting up activities and crafts to keep the babies stimulated.
The forest school is also fantastic and the original reason we chose this nursery - they prioritise time outside which is fantastic.
The Management team Scott and Becca reply to any queries very quickly and are always very happy to help. The babies room staff - Courtney and her team are just wonderful with the babies. Honestly, love this nursery and feel very happy with our decision.

Could not be happier with Monkey Puzzle Lightwater! Despite delays in opening, the team worked tirelessly to get an amazing nursery in place. My two boys have been attending for about 3 months now and absolutely love it! They are so happy and settled there, all the staff give 110% and always ensure
my boys are looked after so well. Lovely updates are always provided on the app too with great pictures so I can see all the fun they are getting up to. As well as the amazing activities they arrange in house, they often go out on field trips which they love. The forest school has recently started too which is a great concept! Couldn't be happier with this nursery, would thoroughly recommend!

I cannot commend the staff and management highly enough, from the activities , trips out and family events, the nursery has a wonderful
family feel and when deciding on a location for your child that's what you look for , "a home from home". There has been a lot of support for my child and guidance to promote independence and learning and he looks forward to going , running in on his own ready to start the day.

Our little one absolutely LOVES Monkey Puzzle Lightwater!! And we as parents are super impressed as well. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, proactive and kind - and most importantly they are brilliant with our child. From Forest School to animal handling workshops, there are plenty of activities
and events. The nursery & all staff have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The lovely updates we receive on the app are extensive and with such cute photos. I feel that the nursery is part of the wider community, and that the nursery is a community in itself. We are really pleased to have found a nursery where we are more than happy to send our new little baby as well.
The nursery itself has excellent facilities too, in particular the garden, mud kitchen and maze. It's a great space, designed well.
I genuinely feel so happy and such a sense of relief to know our children are being well looked after. Thank you so much to the MP Lightwater team, you're fantastic!

My son has been here since he was 6 months old and moved from babies to toddlers just after he turned 18 months. He is so happy and his progress in speech, socialising etc is just phenomenal! The team are lovely and handovers are always very detailed, the staff are so attentive and I feel listened to
in terms of what my son is working on/progressing with at home, so I know this is carried on at nursery! He loves the staff and is so so happy to be at nursery, he's made some wonderful friends and I feel relaxed in the knowledge that whilst I'm working he's so well looked after and is having such a great time at nursery!

When you enter the nursery all you can hear is happy kids laughing and playing along with the very friendly staff who would inform you about your kid's day in detail.

Their app is also amazing proving to you an update about meals, nap , activities, pictures etc. during the day . You can also ping the team through the app and get a response almost instantly.
On a daily basis they have planned for the kids a new adventure, a different activity , an interesting play , something new to learn that will enhance their imagination ,confidence, skills, knowledge, speech , interests , socialism and make them have good fun!

My child has been at Monkey Puzzle since 2024. When she first joined she was a shy little girl. Since she joined the nursery she has improved in her social skills massively. The staff have been amazing, caring, kind and very supportive all throughout her journey in MP. Now that she is leaving to school
(2025 Sep) she is all ready for school, developed well in her language etc. as the teachers were dedicated towards getting them ready for scgool. MP has got amazing resources, creative activities, healthy food patterns, and overall amazing experiences for the little ones.

We are very much happy that we placed our son in Monkey Puzzle since February 2024. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and are supportive of us and our son. MP Lightwater took a while to open but definitely was it worth the wait!
My daughter is in the Tweenies class and it took her about 5 or 6 weeks to properly settle in. Her teachers worked tirelessly to ensure that she had fun, encouraging her to come out of her shell and coax her to eat (which I
know takes patience!)
Now, she could not be happier there. She is always happy to go give her teacher a cuddle when I drop her off and now when I pick her up, she no longer runs over to me shouting 'mama' and just wants to keep playing - it takes a bit of persuading to get her to come home (bit of a kick in the gut if I'm honest but it's a good thing!)
MP staff are friendly, engaging and would do anything to ensure your child is happy and learning . A nursery has just opened down the road from us but we are leaving our child at monkey puzzle because we like them so much.

The staff really care about the children.

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are absolutely lovely - so welcoming and supportive, making the transition into nursery life smooth for both our child and us as parents.
Each day is filled with fun and engaging activities that our little one really enjoys, and it's been
amazing to see their development and growing confidence.

Our four-year-old has just finished at Monkey Puzzle and we already miss it! It's a caring, well-run nursery with dedicated staff who genuinely care about the children. The owner is passionate, hands-on, and sets a warm, positive tone throughout. The setting is clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully
laid out to support different age groups and activities. Although the outdoor space is on the smaller side, the team makes up for it with regular outings - to local parks, the riverside, allotments, and even the pet shop, which our son loved. The daily updates via the parent app are excellent, with detailed observations and lovely photos that help you feel involved in your child's day. We saw real, lasting progress in our son's speech, confidence, and independence during his time there. The preschool room does a brilliant job preparing children for school, and we're so grateful to the whole team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm, enriching environment.
