Monkey puzzle is the most caring, supportive and fun place for little ones. Our son was there from May 2023 to September 2025 and we had the best experience. The staff are experienced and knowledgeable, always happy to speak about development and the activities for the children are engaging and educational.
They have a great mix between free play and adult led play. The facilities are very good, especially given the recent refurb. Staff communication is generally good and they really do know the children.

Amazing nursery! My daughter has been going here for 7 months now and is so happy.
The staff are all absolutely lovely and fantastic with the most brilliant manager.
The facilities are great and clean.
In addition, they cater for specific food requirements such as halal, vegan etc
I highly recommend

From visiting different nurseries in the area, I instantly knew this was the right one for our baby the moment I walked in. The Nursery Manager is always so energetic and greets you every morning with a big smile . The baby room staff are all so lovely too .I feel completely comfortable and confident

Our child has attended this nursery since they were 1 year old. We are extremely happy with everything, but especially the activities, the space and the staff. The manager is very approachable and communication is very good. Our child is very happy to attend her. Meals/nutrition is also good.

The team has managed the transition from the "baby room" to the "over 2s" brilliantly. My child has been going to Monkey Puzzle for two years now and loves to go there, she enjoys her time and loves the activities that they offer with the specific classes, such as yoga, and dancing.
The staff are really friendly and my child feels comfortable with them and can express herself around
them.

Monkey Puzzle Nursery has been an incredible experience for my son over the last 1.5+ years. The level of care is truly superior, and the staff are warm, attentive, and responsive to each child's needs.
My son has formed a wonderful bond with his key person in both the baby and toddler rooms, and it's
clear that all the staff have developed a close relationship with him. They even make sure he gets extra food if he asks, and the meals are always varied and balanced. He's always thrilled to go in each day and comes home happy, which reassures us he's had a great day.
The manager is exceptional; she knows every child, communicates openly, and is always ready to discuss progress or answer questions. Her leadership is one of the many reasons this nursery is outstanding.
The list of positives here is endless-I couldn't recommend Monkey Puzzle more!

Our daughter has a wonderful time at nursery. The practitioners are all warm, friendly and attentive to our daughter's wellbeing. There is always a range of activities, which our daughter loves. The separate nap room is amazing as they can sleep for however long and whenever needed. There is good outdoor
space for fresh air and the indoor babies room is really clean, spacious and well organised. The food served is varied and my daughter always eats everything so it must be good!

My child has developed a great deal since joining the nursery. The staff, facilities and activities are what make us feel comfortable with sending him here. The staff go out of their way to ensure my child is comfortable and happy! As well as supporting with potty training, stopping the pacifier and

All of the staff are so passionate and nurturing. Our 2-year-old recently moved from the baby room to the preschool room and we couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. He's so happy at nursery, positively enjoys going, and talks about the staff and other children with such affection. We're so
impressed with how quickly his speech is progressing and the wealth of activities he has access to. It would be great if the outside space was slightly bigger, but for a nursery in London, it's to be expected.

Our son started at Monkey Puzzle Ealing three months ago and we could not recommend it more highly. Wonderful caring teachers, there are lots of amazing daily fun activities, the baby room space is playful and inviting to children. I especially like how engaged they are when it comes to communicating
with parents and making us feel involved - so far I have attended one stay-and-play and loved every single minute of it. It would be great if the outdoor space was more up-to-date/bigger but I know there are some plans already in place. We are delighted with our experience so far and our son is very happy to go every day which is the most important thing.

We couldn’t be happier with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. The whole team are a delight, they are accommodating and understanding with us as parents on the administrative side but, most importantly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our son to have as his first environment away from his
parents. He is so happy there (even if he does get upset on drop-off from time to time - totally normal) and we are so pleased that he ended up with this team. The manager is amazing, so lovely and wonderful to deal with, while all the team who look after our son are so lovely and beyond anything we could hope to leave our son with. We feel like they know him as an individual and take great care over all aspects of his happiness and development.

I am so happy with Monkey Puzzle. The staff are so caring, our son has been very happy there for almost a year now. They make a huge effort with a range of activities every day. There are a number of staff who have been there consistently for some time.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is
the outside space is quite small and I would love it if they could take them to one of the nearby parks more often to make up for this.

I did not hesitate to send my youngest son to this excellent nursery. His eldest brother thrived and grew here, and was well equipped for starting reception class. My youngest son, now two years old is receiving the most wonderful education. I highly recommend this nursery.

Both my children have attended Monkey Puzzle and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The nursery is led by an excellent manager. She is so experienced, responsive to parents and knows the children extremely well. The kids love her too. The key worker staff are lovely, caring and warm. The team have
fostered an environment where the children feel secure and happy. In addition, they offer up some lovely opportunities including ballet/petting farm at Christmas.

Very good daycare with attentive staff and learning.
We joined when my little one was 1 year and since then he does enjoy going and playing. There were ups and downs during changing rooms, but the teachers were very supportive and understanding.
There are only two downsets I see is that there is
no toilet training and no photos taken during child activities which parents can then see/check. Some nurseries are providing guidance and drive for potty training and taking past year limitations also giving more visibility to parents on what is happening.
