My child has transitioned so well to the pre-school room at Monkey Puzzle. The staff have taken the time to get to know my child and have made her feel welcomed. They are kind and caring, and my daughter says she likes everyone there. The pre-school room is great preparation for school life, and my
daughter is enjoying learning through all the well-thought-out activities which are set up for the children. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Seer Green.

We have had such a lovely experience in the 14 months my son has been at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green. The environment is so friendly, and the staff are so caring and have built such a nice bond with my son. They really want the best for the children. He is constantly doing new activities which they have

Monkey Puzzle at Seer Green was recommended to me by a Mother in our baby group so we booked a tour. We knew within 5 minutes of being on the tour that this was the nursery for us. 


SETTLING IN  DAYS - So important and eased my anxiety over leaving our baby alone. This was actually the first nursery

i spoke to which offered this. I was also given the time to sit down and chat through our baby's likes/dislikes and pass on other important information. I felt heard!


STAFF - The staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. On pick-up they give an update on how your child was and what they did which is lovely to hear about. 


CLEANLINESS - The nursery is always spotless. This was one thing we noticed when we first looked around.


App - The fact they use this app is wonderful and seeing photos of our baby's activities at the end of the day is a highlight.


I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle at Seer Green enough!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how truly happy we are with the care and experience our child receives at your nursery.


I honestly couldn't ask for more. The environment is safe, welcoming, and full of warmth. The staff are absolutely incredible, always supportive, kind, and full of helpful

advice when we need it, which has been transformative for our child's behaviour. The facilities are excellent, always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for the children.



We're particularly impressed by the extra activities you organise, from trips to the park to the lovely celebrations for occasions like Mother's and Father's Day. These moments really add something special and show how much you go above and beyond.



The updates through the app are also brilliant, it's such a reassurance to know what our child has been up to each day, and it really helps us feel connected.



Thank you for everything you do. We feel so lucky to be part of the Monkey Puzzle family

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle earlier this year and we've been extremely happy. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and have a very warm and caring nature. They have been very receptive and actioned anything specific we have requested with regards to my daughter's care. Very accommodating

I'm so happy with Monkey Puzzle Seer Green, the facilities and staff are excellent. My son has settled here very well and loves attending the setting.
The staff are incredibly professional, fair and caring.
The activities provided are fun and engaging.
My son is one of the smallest in the room
but the staff go above and beyond to make sure he is included in everything and activities are at a level that he can engage in.

Finding the right nursery for our two young boys was a challenge, but we knew we had found the perfect fit at Monkey Puzzle Nursery. From the very first visit, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel confident in their care. The vibrant, stimulating environment, with colourful artwork and
well-equipped play areas, quickly became our boys' second home.
The personalised approach, tailored to each child's interests, has kept our older son engaged in imaginative play and reading, while our younger son enjoys hands-on activities and outdoor games. Regular updates and photos keep us connected to their daily adventures.
The nursery's emphasis on safety and hygiene has significantly reduced our boys' illnesses, a notable improvement from their previous nursery.

Our first experience with a nursery as our son started at 12 months - we have nothing but positive feedback. The staff are so lovely and caring and we couldn't be happier. The app gives lovely updates throughout the day including photos of all the activities that they do with the children. They also

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Nursery since we moved to Seer Green at the end of 2023. We had moved from London and I was a little nervous with how she would settled into a new environment but from her very first day she settled so well, with zero tears at drop off - a testament to how
warm and friendly the staff are. I am always so impressed with the variety of activities that are offered to the children at Monkey Puzzle. The instant updates via the app are also great and much better than her previous nursery. I feel very lucky that we have such a fantastic nursery within walking distance of our house and my daughter loves her time here. I would definitely recommend it to other parents!

We moved our daughter from a nearby nursery and were initially worried about how she would settle into a new environment. I didn’t need to worry. Our daughter is now so much happier at Monkey Puzzle. The teachers are so warm and welcoming and our daughter has really grown in confidence since joining.
The teachers have spent a lot of time getting to know her and this is evident by the relationship she has with everyone in her room. The building itself and its facilities are also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle to other parents.

We have had an amazing experience at Monkey Puzzle. I was initially very anxious about leaving our child at nursery as he started at only 6 months and was the youngest child at Monkey Puzzle at the time. The manager and the team were quick to engage him in activities and with other babies. Since then
I can only say he has been thriving, as I saw at the nursery Xmas party- nursery is his favourite place! It’s great to receive regular reports about what he’s doing and eating in the day, as well as lots of pictures. Monkey Puzzle has amazing facilities as it’s all brand new. I especially love the separate sleep room, which is essential for young babies. This was the only nursery I saw in the area with a separate sleeproom.
I would also say that the staff at Monkey Puzzle are outstanding. The owner is dedicated and goes the extra mile with extra events, curriculum and activities that the children are doing. The manager runs a team of very nurturing, loving and diligent staff!

I can't recommend Monkey Puzzle Nursery in Seer Green enough. Being a new nursery has only been a positive experience. The nursery is small and nurturing. The staff make time to get to know the children and this is evident by seeing the relationship they have with the children they look after.
In
such a short space of time, my 13-month-old daughter has settled at nursery and I have no worries knowing that she will be well looked after when I am at work.
The communication the nursery has with parents is amazing. There are regular updates on the app from what my daughter has eaten to exactly when she has had a nap. Photos are also sent on what they have got up to during the day.

Our daughter settled into Monkey Puzzle Seer Green very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and always greet us and our daughter with a warm smile. My son loves going to Monkey Puzzle Seer Green. The spaces for each year group feel warm and spacious. The staff has helped my son to settle into nursery and now he is so excited to go to nursery in the mornings. And when he comes home he always says nursery was so good. They also do so many different
activities at all times. The nursery has lovely, polite and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

My name is Nancy. I have just recently joined Ayse (Owner/Manager) of Monkey Puzzle Seer Green.
I have worked in childcare for 7+ years. I started off as a nursery apprentice and completed my Level 2 and Level 3.


I then went on to work my way from practitioner to room leader and then from room leader to deputy manager.


My role at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green is Deputy Manager and I will be supporting with the running of the nursery ensuring the education and care of children is at the highest level.


As a new Nursery, we look forward to welcoming new families and children into the nursery to support them and watch them grow.

Hello, My Name is Emma. I am the Toddlers Room Leader at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green. I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages ranging from 3 Months to 10 years. I hold a current Level 2 & Level 3 QCF Qualification in Childcare. I am looking forward to building good relationships with all of the children, parents and staff.


I have always had a passion for working with children. I love playing alongside them, supporting them and celebrating their successes. One of the things I enjoy the most about working with children is watching them grow, develop and learn through play and fun activities. It's a very rewarding and satisfying feeling knowing that I have contributed to giving every child the best possible start in their developmental journey and helping them to reach their goals.
