Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Seer Green

The staff have been amazing at Monkey Puzzle! We have a daughter with lots of allergies and they have handled this seamlessly, making sure she's still included at dinner times whilst maintaining high standards in looking after her. Our daughter absolutely loves it there and is thriving. She's been there for 6 months now (12-18months in age) and she can't wait to run in when we arrive.

My son has been coming to Monkey Puzzle for the past 18 months and he loves it! We have seen him grow and develop so much. All the staff are amazing who really care about children and ensure they are developing as well as having such fun. The nursery is beautifully layed out including the rooms and the very large garden area with lots of activities. We are so pleased with Monkey Puzzle

My child has transitioned so well to the pre-school room at Monkey Puzzle. The staff have taken the time to get to know my child and have made her feel welcomed. They are kind and caring, and my daughter says she likes everyone there. The pre-school room is great preparation for school life, and my daughter is enjoying learning through all the well-thought-out activities which are set up for the children. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Seer Green.

We have had such a lovely experience in the 14 months my son has been at Monkey Puzzle Seer Green. The environment is so friendly, and the staff are so caring and have built such a nice bond with my son. They really want the best for the children. He is constantly doing new activities which they have clearly put a lot of thought into to keep the children engaged and happy. We are so glad that we found such a wonderful nursery for him! Monkey Puzzle at Seer Green was recommended to me by a Mother in our baby group so we booked a tour. We knew within 5 minutes of being on the tour that this was the nursery for us.

SETTLING IN DAYS - So important and eased my anxiety over leaving our baby alone. This was actually the first nursery i spoke to which offered this. I was also given the time to sit down and chat through our baby's likes/dislikes and pass on other important information. I felt heard!

STAFF - The staff are welcoming, warm and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. On pick-up they give an update on how your child was and what they did which is lovely to hear about.

CLEANLINESS - The nursery is always spotless. This was one thing we noticed when we first looked around.

App - The fact they use this app is wonderful and seeing photos of our baby's activities at the end of the day is a highlight.

I just wanted to take a moment to say how truly happy we are with the care and experience our child receives at your nursery.

I honestly couldn't ask for more. The environment is safe, welcoming, and full of warmth. The staff are absolutely incredible, always supportive, kind, and full of helpful advice when we need it, which has been transformative for our child's behaviour. The facilities are excellent, always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for the children.

We're particularly impressed by the extra activities you organise, from trips to the park to the lovely celebrations for occasions like Mother's and Father's Day. These moments really add something special and show how much you go above and beyond.

The updates through the app are also brilliant, it's such a reassurance to know what our child has been up to each day, and it really helps us feel connected.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle earlier this year and we've been extremely happy. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and have a very warm and caring nature. They have been very receptive and actioned anything specific we have requested with regards to my daughter's care. Very accommodating and catered for my daughter's needs so well. Very lucky to have found this nursery.

My son is one of the smallest in the room but the staff go above and beyond to make sure he is included in everything and activities are at a level that he can engage in.

Our first experience with a nursery as our son started at 12 months - we have nothing but positive feedback. The staff are so lovely and caring and we couldn't be happier. The app gives lovely updates throughout the day including photos of all the activities that they do with the children. They also accept tax-free childcare and the 15/30 free hours for under 2's from September.

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle Nursery since we moved to Seer Green at the end of 2023. We had moved from London and I was a little nervous with how she would settled into a new environment but from her very first day she settled so well, with zero tears at drop off - a testament to how warm and friendly the staff are. I am always so impressed with the variety of activities that are offered to the children at Monkey Puzzle. The instant updates via the app are also great and much better than her previous nursery. I feel very lucky that we have such a fantastic nursery within walking distance of our house and my daughter loves her time here. I would definitely recommend it to other parents!

We moved our daughter from a nearby nursery and were initially worried about how she would settle into a new environment. I didn’t need to worry. Our daughter is now so much happier at Monkey Puzzle. The teachers are so warm and welcoming and our daughter has really grown in confidence since joining. The teachers have spent a lot of time getting to know her and this is evident by the relationship she has with everyone in her room. The building itself and its facilities are also great. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monkey Puzzle to other parents.

Our daughter settled into Monkey Puzzle Seer Green very quickly. All of the staff are very friendly and always greet us and our daughter with a warm smile. The nursery is a very well-equipped and well-kept setting with all of the facilities newly refurbished. Our daughter always has nice things to say about her day at nursery here and looks forward to going back the next day.

The communication the nursery has with parents is amazing. There are regular updates on the app from what my daughter has eaten to exactly when she has had a nap. Photos are also sent on what they have got up to during the day.

I would also say that the staff at Monkey Puzzle are outstanding. The owner is dedicated and goes the extra mile with extra events, curriculum and activities that the children are doing. The manager runs a team of very nurturing, loving and diligent staff!

Monkey Puzzle in Seer Green is a wonderful nursery. From the first visit, I felt at ease with all the staff and such a warm welcome for my children and me. My children always speak highly of their teachers and really love going there.
