My son started with Monkey Puzzle in July 2026. He started with 3 days and is now doing 4. Everyone involved with the nursery has been wonderful with him. At points he wasn't sleeping well so he spent time with the nursery manager, G, so he would sleep. He is now comfortable in the space and routine and this isn't a problem. They report on the app and this covers his meals, sleep etc as well as a handover in person at the end of the day. The messy play is the highlight of his day and he always enjoys it. If I wanted proof he was happy then his reaction when we ring the room bell is proof. In the morning when he hears us being buzzed in his hands go and he smiles! The team care about each child and it shows. The nursery itself is well presented and they are investing and improving in the space too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Monkey Puzzle Horsham for a friends child.

All staff are amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. My daughter absolutely loves it here. Even this it took a while for her to settle in because she is very attached to me and her mum, the staff always did everything they could to make sure she was happy and comfortable here.
