Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Aylesbury

We are so pleased with our choice of nursery. My son absolutely loves coming here, and he is learning so much. He has always been playful but he is having so much fun. Highly recommended! The food is great too.

Lovely nursery, the staff are very friendly and approachable. I feel safe with my daughter in their care. She always has a great day and has learned so much while being there from the staff and other children. The staff are easy to speak to and always give updates on my daughter's day. I feel that the parents are able to be involved with events, polls and feedback, which is great

We are so grateful for the amazing support our son has received at this nursery. He has SEN, and the staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and supportive in helping him develop and grow in confidence.

They truly understand his individual needs and always make him feel safe, included, and cared for. We've seen such lovely progress since he started, and we couldn't be happier.

My daughter started at Monkey Puzzle a few months ago after starting at another nursery she didn't settle at after a few weeks. At the initial visit my daughter strolled around the nursery like she had always been coming, and everything has been amazing since this day! My daughter now attends 3 days a week and runs off as soon as we get to the door which is amazing.

My daughter is flourishing and her speech has improved so much!

The communication is great, the key worker system is fabulous and I have not got a bad word to say! The staff are really approachable and I haven't had a day where I haven't recognised the staff - no lunch cover/bank system and it's fabulous.

The Manager Leah is also lovely and very responsive.

I'm also so happy to see the bond he has with Leah, the manager. Even though she has a different role, it's clear she takes the time to get to know the children, and my little boy is always so pleased to see her. It's such a relief knowing he's in such good hands. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

It is very hard to find a a good nursery when you first start looking,but when I started looking for my daughter I tried to look for a safe place and a place where she can develop and grow beautifully,the staff is amazing,they take care of her and the other kids well,they have different activities every day and encourage them to speak and do activities.

My child is thriving and learning so much. No issues and developing well. His older brother went to the nursery at 12 months old and I only wish I out him in sooner. They do lots of activities and the chef is great

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for almost 2 years now and she absolutely loves it. Each day she comes home happy and says how shes had a good day. All the staff are incredibly polite, friendly and caring. We are so impressed with how confident our daughter has become and how much she is learning when not at home. We get weekly updates with all the activities they have done and it's lovely to see what different foods they get to eat as well! Our son is due to start in October and we can't wait to see how he thrives as well! Completely recommend this nursery to anyone!

Monkey Puzzle is a great nursery! The staff are super friendly and really seem to care about the kids. When we joined the nursery, our little one settled in quickly and now always comes home happy and full of stories. They do loads of fun activities, and it feels like a really warm, safe place.

We are so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery in Aylesbury. From the very beginning, the nursery has provided a warm, welcoming and safe environment for our little one. She has truly enjoyed her time there.

The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love working with children. They always keep us updated and make sure our daughter feels happy, supported, and nurtured.

The management team is also fantastic, very helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. They always take time to listen and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Fabulous nursery with brilliant staff. Helped my daughter's confidence bloom and the first nursery she's raved about (that's saying a lot for her, she's very critical) the staff are informative, they're caring and in my daughter said they're so much fun!!! What more could you want!? Thank you for looking after my darling so well

Our daughter has recently joined Monkey Puzzle Aylesbury, and so far it's been faultless. The manager is very much present both in person and over the nursery app. She has taken the time to get to know our daughter and personalise her care and routine accordingly. Her key worker is just so lovely, she is warm, friendly, and seems to generally care. She takes time to feedback to us at the end of the day and provides us with weekly reports. We also have had the pleasure of meeting a staff member in particular who often meets us by the door. She too is very friendly and I feel reassured when I drop my daughter off in the morning. All the staff we have come across have been very nice. We also really like their facilities including the garden, as it was really important for us that our daughter spent time outdoors during the day.

I've been meaning to leave a review for ages. My son. Some kind, lovely ladies there who show an interest beyond expectation. Equally, the attention to detail and professionalism shown to me by management was always reassuring and helped in many ways. In contrast to care at other locations, Monkey Puzzle, even though it meant up to 2 hours of travel each day with both pick-ups and drop-offs for me personally, was by far the safest and most reliable for my child. Not sure if the person still chefs there, but he was also the most considerate and thoughtful when it came to my son's dietary requirements. Varied menu and even included special cakes for him so that he didn't miss out. Again and overall, from experience - above and beyond other settings in many ways. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle and if I had more children I'd place them here without question.

My daughter started Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery at 8 months old and has loved being at nursery. Staff are great, all very friendly and they all seemed to get to know my daughter very quickly. Being at nursery has massively helped her with her social skills and also helped us with weaning and eating. She is always happy when I drop her off and when she is picked up in the evenings. Communication is good and the app works really well. The updates and photos are lovely to see and despite being the youngest when she started, she was involved in lots of different activities. We know she is safe and happy and she enjoys her days at nursery.

He eats so well and has such a varied diet and I could not be more thankful for having such great people looking after my son!

My son has come on in leaps and bounds since starting at Monkey Puzzle when he was 1.5 years old. He has been there for two years, and his communication skills and overall development have been nurtured very well. There have been a couple of staff in particular that he has really become attached to and feels very comfortable with, which is of great comfort to me! My son has had some skin issues, and the staff have been really on board with administering creams as and when needed. Communication with us has always been excellent, and we really appreciate that! Our son has always been very happy going into nursery every morning and is always very happy when collected. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing staff! My child has special needs and they've done so much to support her. She's really happy there and we're going to be so sad when she leaves. The manager is incredible and has invested a great deal of time helping to secure the support my child needs now and when she moves on to school. My child has a special bond with one member of staff, who is just brilliant. I'm so grateful for everything they've done for my child.

I would recommend it over and over again!
