My daughter has really thrived in her pre-school class. The range of activities offered is fantastic, giving her opportunities to learn, explore, be creative & develop new skills in lots of different ways. It's been lovely to see how much her confidence, independence & social skills have grown. I have also been incredibly impressed by how welcoming & supportive the nursery has been since my son started. My son is deaf & the nursery team have gone above & beyond to make sure he is fully included & has everything he needs to thrive. They have been so keen to learn & embrace the training provided by his Teacher of the Deaf, taking on board advice & making the necessary adjustments to support his communication & learning. His deafness has never been treated as a barrier, instead they have approached it with such a positive & inclusive attitude, taking the time to understand his individual needs& making sure he can participate alongside the other children.

My son is now in pre school but has been at Monkey Puzzle since he was 7 months old. On a Saturday morning he is genuinely disappointed that nursery is closed and he can't go. This really is the proof of the pudding.

The staff are all fantastic and continuously maintain a positive attitude which is so important to keep the little ones engaged. The management must also do a fantastic job, as the turnover of staff seems very low to me; people want to work here.

There couldn't have been a better start for our baby boy and we are so very grateful to everyone at Monkey Puzzle. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

One of the biggest compliments I can give Monkey Puzzle is that when I drop my children off in the morning, I leave knowing that they are cared for, happy and well looked after.

Best nursery! From facilities through development to the loveliest teachers, my child is having a fantastic time. She's always happy and excited to get to the nursery in the morning and loves her room. As a mum this gives me a real peace of mind that my baby is well looked after.

This nursery has been absolutely incredible for my little boy! The team in baby room were so reassuring when he first joined, helping to comfort him and get him ready for nursery life. The children get to do so many different things from yoga to music sessions and I have noticed such a change in his confidence since starting! I honestly couldn't be happier with my decision to send my child here, I receive regular updates and photos each week and everyone is so warm and welcoming, you can tell how much the team care for the children from the way they deliver their informative handovers at the end of each day.

We're so happy we found this nursery! As working parents, the longer hours really work for our long working day, and we can't say enough about how professional and caring the staff are. Our daughter absolutely loves it here, and we feel so relieved knowing she's in such a warm and nurturing environment. The staff are amazing-super friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. Lovely, caring, responsive and proactive staff of three-year-old and one-year-old son are being looked after so nicely. I feel very lucky to have such a high quality nursery near where we live.

I'm so happy I chose Monkey Puzzle. The nursery is really spacious and clean with great outdoor space. The staff are so friendly and the communication is excellent. My son has a great variety of food and drink across the week and the nursery organises great activities such as singing sessions and yoga. I feel so comfortable with my son being at Monkey Puzzle. Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery have always been very supportive and patient with my little boy. He loves his key worker and it is so lovely to see their bond. My sons has lots of fun and has made a great group of friends. I have seen a huge amount of growth and progression with my son and love seeing updates of his day via the app. Monkey Puzzle also have in house chef's who make the most amazing food for the children and even let the children help and learn about food and cooking.

Our daughter joined Monkey Puzzle when she's just turned a year old and we couldn't be happier with our choice. She's now a happy, thriving, sociable, nearly three-year-old who is always excited to go to nursery. There are so many activities for her to take part in every day. She has a great bond with her key worker. We receive regular updates on her progress through a nursery app, along with ideas for how we can support her development at home too.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle for 3 years and has experienced all of the age groups from the baby room to preschool. She enjoys attending Monkey Puzzle and has felt at ease with the staff who are always kind, capable and welcoming. Monkey Puzzle has been an important constant in her life where she has received support at each key stage of her development from weaning, learning to walk, talking, potty training and now reading and writing. The facilities are great both indoors and outdoors. Monkey Puzzle is extremely well managed and it is clear to see that the staff enjoy working there. The app is updated regularly not only with basic information about food, nap times and potty training but with child-specific updates describing a particular activity with photos. I have also appreciated how easy it is to communicate with the management staff who have been very supportive and professional at every stage. My daughter and I will both miss Monkey Puzzle. My son has been attending for 2 years and has received such high-quality care at this nursery. They have been great with supporting toilet training, the extra curricular activities are fun and the staff are really friendly. I cannot recommend this nursery enough and cannot wait for my youngest to start.

Me and my partner are very proud of how the staff in the nursery handles our daughter. We were worried at the beginning our daughter would not integrate with the system as she was speaking only our foreign language. But after a few days of her being there, the staff knew how to manage her and she now speaks both languages. The staff are amazing and are doing an amazing job at keeping our daughter happy and healthy. We are pleased that our daughter is going to preschool and we are happy for choosing this nursery. I really love Monkey Puzzle Nursery. The staff are so warm and nurturing and it really feels like being part of a special community. I can see every day how much the adults working with my boys care for and support them and I feel very confident they are being looked after in a caring and compassionate way. Management have always been very supportive and value transparency and partnership with parents. The nursery offers a great variety of activities and supports each child's individual development needs.
