Our daughter joined when they first opened, and we've been so well looked after and cared for, for almost 3 years. It's a special place and we're putting out son through too. The staff care a lot, and the kids love it.

Both our boys attend Monkey Puzzle Guildford and have thrived under their care. From the baby room up to Pre-school, the teaching staff is thoughtful, attentive and engaged in the children's learning. We always felt comfortable that our children were well looked after, well fed and came home with tales
of fun and friendship. Every time we have had a tough week, an illness or a request for an adjustment to our child's care, the staff have worked with us to make it right. Highly recommend this nursery for all ages.

The Staff at the Nursery are always so polite and genuinely care for our little Grandson.
He requires some additional support and the Nursery are working with Mummy and Daddy to sort out future help!

The experience with this nursery has been 100% positive. It's by far the best nursery in Guildford. The management team are amazing and easy to talk to and all the staff are so friendly. The activities and care they provide each day to the children, brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend this

We really lucked out with Monkey Puzzle! The quality of care is first class and the activities are facilities are great! My daughter has been going here for two and a half years so we've had the benefit of all three rooms and I can honestly say they're all brilliant. She literally runs into nursery
every morning and has the biggest smile on her face at pick up. Thank you Monkey Puzzle!

Our son absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle, and has formed brilliant friendships with lots of children in his class. The staff are brilliant, always so friendly and create a variety of fun activities each day - our son has flourished and grown in confidence since attending as a baby. We love the picture
updates each day too and meals are nutritionally balanced and healthy. Would highly recommend to any parent.

Our son has been at monkey puzzle nursery since April 2024, when he was 10 months old. He's absolutely loved being at this nursery. It's such a lovely environment and the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. It's great that there isn't much of a turnover of staff as it allows the children to
build really lovely bonds. Next week our son moves up to the toddler room, and I have no doubt that we will be just as happy with the toddler room as we have been with the baby room.

We are very happy with Monkey Puzzle and my daughter has been attending this nursery for a couple of years. The staff are great and keep me informed of what my daughter has been up to (food, sleep, activities etc) and they regularly do educational or fun activities for the children. Although the outside
space isn't very big, it's shaded and has a small wooden gazebo which means that they can get some fresh air whatever the weather.

My daughter has been with Monkey Puzzle Guildford since she turned one back in September 2024. She has developed so well in their environment and really enjoys attending nursery. They are always doing amazing activities throughout the day and spend a good amount of time outside in the garden. Communication
is great via the app they use and it's lovely to see how much my daughter does during the day! The baby room girls are a great team and always welcoming..Very happy we choose Monkey puzzle, Guildford!

Lovely nursery. Our little one has been so happy here! The staff are caring and responsive and the facilities are great. They are always doing creative activities and spending time outside. Our little one loves reading so has loved having reading nooks with tons of books.

I cannot fault the nursery at all. My child adores the nursery and all the staff she sees there. As a parent, I feel informed, and I feel like I'm handing my child over to people who genuinely care about my baby and her progress/well-being.
I never cease to sing their praises, and can't thank them
enough for making leaving my baby and returning to work the smoothest transition possible.

My son started Monkey Puzzle Guildford in January this year, after leaving a local nursery due to several issues with them. What can we say, Monkey Puzzle is an outstanding nursery. From the staff to the rooms, the food and everything in between. Monkey Puzzle is bursting with fun and love for the children.
My son comes home every day with a big smile on his face with so much to tell me. Not only that, his development is coming on leaps and bounds due to teachers who really do care, their fantastic resources and learning activities. The staff keep you updated and involved every step of the way, from regular app updates and photos to daily handovers, development plans and so forth. I have no worries or concerns anytime I drop my child off, the sense of security and care is a peace of mind that all parents deserve to have and Monkey Puzzle ensure this happens for you.

The team at Monkey Puzzle Guildford goes above and beyond to help my 14-month-old daughter settle in. Initially she had a hard time eating and sleeping at nursery, but we worked together to help her and she's very happy now. They have amazing facilities, a lovely garden where they take them to play
outdoors, great balanced meals, so many nice activities that I can't easily do at home like sand pit, water play, painting etc. The managers are always proactive in safeguarding children and responsive on the phone or email. They have cameras in all rooms for safety, and everything is kept clean frequently. The highlight really are the staff, I have visited many nurseries and they are by far people who care the most and enjoy the work they do, beyond just being qualified and experienced. This is a lovely caring nursery. Our daughter does so much artwork here which she absolutely adores and the team always have engaging activities planned for the day. The managing team are great as well. The inside spaces are really good, the outdoors isn’t enormous but they are good at doing a lot with
what they have. We visited a few nurseries in the area which we weren’t bowled over with, so we were very pleased when we found Monkey Puzzle!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this nursery so far in the preschool room. The staff are caring and attentive, and we receive regular updates via the app on how the day is going. My son is very happy there. It’s also very clean and the equipment is of a very high standard.

Our daughter has been attending the Baby Room for a few months now, and she absolutely loves it!
The staff have been amazing with her and with us, and the facilities and resources are great. We love receiving updates throughout the day of activities that she participates in, and the team member communication
is phenomenal.
Mummy guilt is made much easier to deal with knowing that our child is in great hands.

The nursery is such a safe and educational space for my son. He’s flourished since being there, and we fully trust the staff.
