My son started this Nursery in January - he's having the best time!
My son is currently in the baby room, his key worker is lovely, supports him with his everyday tasks, has helped him settle in and we have had no issues with him not wanting to go!
The nursery as a whole has great staff, a range
of toys, nice big garden, good menu and CCTV which was important to me.
I would highly recommend, and will be sending all my children here with no doubts.

Amber the SENCO has been absolutely fantastic and so accommodating with our son's speech and language requirements. The team at MonkeyPuzzle do their upmost to help encourage him to try to speak, and the excitement they have when he says a word shows me that they share the passion and enthusiasm with
the children!


If there is ever a hiccup, they are very responsive, respectful and accommodating. To get this resolved as quickly and as best as they can! I can't fault them! Thank you

We have had nothing but the most incredible experience with our daughter attending Monkey Puzzle! All staff are warm, caring and friendly and invested in each child as an individual. Management are kind, accommodating and available. The activities are engaging daily and contributing to our daughters
development, the key workers are going above and beyond to support our daughters development and keeping us updated every step of the way!

When my daughter started nursery last year, I was initially quite sceptical, as I had always been her main carer and found it difficult to place my trust in others. She began nursery at the age of three, which felt quite late to me. However, during our settling-in session, I was immediately reassured
by the kindness and care shown by the staff, as well as their clear passion for their work.


Once my daughter started attending part-time, I could see how much she was enjoying her experience. She would happily tell me about her day, the activities she had taken part in, and how kind and supportive the staff were. It was lovely to hear how much fun she was having and how much she enjoyed playing with the other children.


I cannot fault the staff in any way. The food provided is healthy and well prepared, and I am extremely glad that I took the leap of faith and enrolled my daughter at Monkey Puzzle Stevenage. Thank you to everyone for making this such a positive experience for us both.

I'm so impressed with Monkey Puzzle. My child has attended for a year and we plan to stay until they start school at 4. After visiting several nurseries, Monkey Puzzle stood out for its reasonable costs, spacious environment and high-quality care.


The team are attentive, caring and energetic, and every

key worker has had my child's best interests at heart. Development reviews are thorough and well documented on the app, with great knowledge sharing and regular updates for parents. Communication is excellent - queries are answered quickly, and the team have been incredibly supportive with changes to our working hours and managing allergies.


The settling-in period was tough, but staff went above and beyond to help us both feel at ease. Longer opening hours support our full-time work, security is taken seriously, and the app makes everything simple. A truly 5-star nursery.

"My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzle Watford since she was one, and seeing her grow there over the last two years has been wonderful. It truly feels like a warm, cosy family atmosphere rather than just a nursery. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a lovely sense of community among the
parents, too.
I'm constantly amazed by the variety of activities-just this week they've celebrated Valentine's, Chinese New Year, and Pancake Day! The food variety is great, and a special shout-out to Beth in management, who is always so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to any local parents!"

This is a brilliant nursery and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are warm, caring and supportive of the children which I can see in all the interactions. My son is in the toddler room and always has lots of fun. They also sometimes have day trips out, including to the soft play next door to the
nursery and he absolutely loves that! The food and snacks are generous and overall the package is great value for money. The garden area is lovely and when the weather is good the kids all mix there to play together. They are super flexible as well, offering different start and finish times to suit various parent needs. Parking is also very easy and there isn't much traffic in the area so pick ups and drop offs are also convenient.
Overall, we have had a great experience!

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle since June 2025. Since going to nursery I feel his speech is starting to come along a lot more as he's a non verbal 2 year old. He loves attending and always comes home happy and looks forward to going back. The staff are amazing with him and very patient and caring.
I could not recommend this nursery enough.

I previously had my eldest daughter start at this nursery from the Age of 7 months and she graduated here before her next steps to Primary school. My daughter was recognised by her new teachers of the level of education my daughter showed and how she thrives with confidence and knowledge. I have always
been overwhelmed with this nursery and their ability to support each child independently and be open with concerns and understanding both parents and children on a personal level. I have enrolled my second daughter into this nursery and my second daughter is already counting to 5 at a extremely early age and speaking confidently at home. Expressing her needs with hand gestures as well as vocal. I am truly grateful my children were accepted when I applied for their positions.

An amazing nursery! Our son, currently 14-months, has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months old. We are so happy with how it's going. All of the nursery practitioners are fantastic (specific shout out to Sheena and Enida) and he absolutely loves all of them. His development has been outstanding,
and we put that down to the activities they do with the children and the environment. We feel safe and happy leaving our son there.


We cannot recommend this nursery enough. Keep up the great work!

They go above and beyond to help from keeping track of everything eaten/medicine given in our case and give a nice summary of how each day has been on pickup, and all staff seem to genuinely care about the children and their welfare.

Monkey Puzzles is an incredible nursery. Our child's development has come of leaps and bounds since starting and she is beginning to find her personality. It's amazing to see how the staff (all first aid trained) genuinely care about our child's well-being and encourage her to explore and find her independence
whilst also safeguarding her simultaneously. The app they use to update parents of their child's day to day activities (including feeds and nappy changes) is so beneficial in relieving any stress or anxiety that may occur in the parents. The food/nutrition offered for the children is full of variety and is led by what the parents have weaned the baby on prior to attendance. The management are knowledgeable, kind and supportive; easy to approach with any concerns and they too also demonstrate how much care/safeguarding goes into looking after the children. They are also hands on and involved. I personally have already recommended this nursery once and will continue to.
