Welcome to Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries the UK’s largest childcare franchise.

For over thirty years Monkey Puzzle Day Nurseries have been working closely with parents, staff and Ofsted to deliver childcare of the highest quality, providing children with unlimited opportunities to learn, develop and grow within a safe, secure and caring environment.

Their day nurseries and settings are specifically designed to meet the needs of babies and young children. With large, bright open plan rooms, creative outdoor play areas and a variety of modern equipment providing children with a stimulating environment in which to thrive.

Their aim is for every child to be happy and healthy, enjoying their early years at the Nursery and for parents to have peace of mind that their children are in excellent hands.

We came for a show around and we were impressed with the quality of the nursery. The staff were also sweet and caring so our son started straight away. He is very happy every morning and his settling was so smooth. The nursery manager is very caring as well, always happy and welcomes the children with
a big smile every morning. The staff looks very calm and happy as well, which I think is very important as their energy reflects on children. Activities cover EYFS, they also provide healthy food freshly made by their chef. Our son is very happy and that's a proof of the nursery's quality. We are very happy that we chose Monkey Puzzle.

My son started this Nursery in January - he's having the best time!
My son is currently in the baby room, his key worker is lovely, supports him with his everyday tasks, has helped him settle in and we have had no issues with him not wanting to go!
The nursery as a whole has great staff, a range
of toys, nice big garden, good menu and CCTV which was important to me.
I would highly recommend, and will be sending all my children here with no doubts.

We have been with Monkey Puzzle Twickenham since our son was 11 months, we couldn't be happier of the choice. He had the best years with all the loving teacher and management that worked at Monkey Puzzle.
We could see him growing and improving his skills day by day. The loving and care that the stuff
put in their work is amazing.
I cried a lot when we had his graduation and on his last day at nursery, we had such a great experience and time there, I couldn't recommend a better place for your son/daughter

We are extremely grateful for this nursery and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of care provided. Shivani, the nursery manager is extremely kind, helpful and understanding. She truly did her best to accommodate our schedule and support our family. Gaelle, the manager of the baby room is
wonderful, very caring and highly professional. Her team is also lovely and dedicated. We completely trusted them, and we could see our daughter was genuinely happy there. The staff quickly understood what our daughter enjoys and immediately offered her activities she loves, such as playing with bubbles. It was clear they pay close attention to her. The nursery feels fresh and welcoming. We highly recommend this nursery!

The staff are very professional, kind energetic and my son gets on with them very well. We moved our child from another nursery to this one and we are so pleased with our decision. Our son loves coming here and gets annoyed with us when he cannot go in on the days he doesn't attend. Our son settled
very quickly into the environment and is very happy here and loves spending time in the garden. I feel happy knowing when I am at work my child is in a fun, safe, nurturing environment and having lots of fun! ,There is a wide variety of play opportunities based on many themes and the team are energetic and passionate about what they do on a daily basis. Parent's are well informed about their child's day. There is a lovely garden, opportunities to go off site to the local park / Country park and an added bonus of forest school. Scott, Becca and Sean go out of their way to support with anything possible. We highly recommend this nursery.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery, as both of my children have attended, and my experience over several years has been consistently outstanding. The staff are the true heart of the nursery. The manager Katherine is very dedicated to her job. My children built strong, trusting relationships
with their key workers, who took the time to understand their individual personalities, interests, and needs. Communication has always been excellent.
The level of care is exceptional. The nursery strikes a wonderful balance between nurturing emotional development and encouraging independence. The facilities are excellent - both indoor and outdoor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, professional, and enriching environment for their child.

My daughter started at this nursery in late January and we are delighted with her progress and the care she is receiving. We are highly impressed with the manager Claire and the whole team, who are very engaging with both the children and parents! The facilities are also second to none - we have not
seen anything like it in all our nursery tours. Our daughter loves to be active and really enjoys the space and all the activities the team put on. Most of all, we know our daughter is in safe hands and every day she leaves and comes back home with a big smile on her face.

My son joined Tweenies last year, and in just a short time, I've seen such a positive change in his confidence. He has made many friends, thanks to the support of the wonderful team. He quickly picked up phonics and was able to write his initials all on his own. I'm so excited to see even more progress
as he continues in preschool.
It's truly incredible how children are naturally drawn to the staff's warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend Monkey Puzzle Twickenham do not hesitate to send your children there. We are so grateful for the care and encouragement they've given our little one.

We have been with Monkey Puzzle West Acton for almost 18 Months now, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the team has made us feel welcome and supported. They truly feel like a second family to us.
The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always willing to
help. It's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. My daughter is always happy to go in, which says everything. She talks positively about her time there and clearly enjoys the activities and friendships she has made.
We have also seen positive progress in her development during our time here. Her confidence, communication, and social skills have all grown so much. It's reassuring to know she is in a safe & nurturing environment where she is encouraged to learn and thrive.

Sending our son to nursery was something I was incredibly anxious about. Like many parents I found the idea of leaving him really emotional. But the team made the transition so much easier for both him and for us. He settled in so well and now looks genuinely excited when we arrive in the morning, which
is the most reassuring feeling as a parent.


The staff are wonderful and clearly care deeply about the children. They greet them so warmly each day and really seem to know each child as an individual - their personalities, likes and dislikes. We're also kept well updated, and the photos they share always show our son happy, engaged and having a great time.


I was so worried about sending him to nursery, but the team have made it such a positive experience for our whole family. Knowing he is safe, happy and so well cared for makes all the difference, and we're incredibly grateful for the care and kindness they show every day.

Amber the SENCO has been absolutely fantastic and so accommodating with our son's speech and language requirements. The team at MonkeyPuzzle do their upmost to help encourage him to try to speak, and the excitement they have when he says a word shows me that they share the passion and enthusiasm with
the children!


If there is ever a hiccup, they are very responsive, respectful and accommodating. To get this resolved as quickly and as best as they can! I can't fault them! Thank you

We have had nothing but the most incredible experience with our daughter attending Monkey Puzzle! All staff are warm, caring and friendly and invested in each child as an individual. We moved our 3 year old son from a childminder to Monkey Puzzle nursery last year, and we're so glad we did. He absolutely loves it here. Amazing setting! Great new facilities which also include a nice parent area, a soft play room for children and a spacious outdoor area. The nursery is very well equipped, including lots of good quality toys. The nursery staff is very welcoming, attentive and caring. And what I also like is that the
staff is very approachable and any questions/concerns can be communicated via a nursery App and get promptly answered/resolved.
My little one enjoys his time at the nursery. I cannot recommend it enough other than saying I would not want anything else for my child.
