Overall Experience
Our daughter started nursery on 2nd June, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the experience she has had so far. From day one, she has absolutely loved attending and comes home every day full of smiles and exciting artwork and daily pictures.
The entire team has been incredible and has made such a positive difference in helping her settle in and feel comfortable. A special thank you to Jess, Asye, Michelle, Naz, Ruby, Tula and Ellie, who have all been so caring, supportive and attentive. It is clear that every member of staff genuinely cares about the children and creates a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment.
We have been amazed by how quickly our daughter has grown in confidence and how much she enjoys all of the activities and opportunities the nursery provides. Knowing that she is happy, safe and thriving gives us complete peace of mind as parents.

Thank you to everyone for making her second nursery experience such a wonderful one. We are so grateful!

Overall Experience

This nursery has been a true pillar of support for both my daughter and me. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their inclusivity is exceptional you never feel judged or "less than" other parents if you're struggling. They meet every child and every family exactly where they are, with warmth, patience and genuine care. These people have held my hand through every milestone and every challenge my daughter has faced; their guidance has been constant and heartfelt. It feels like a family rather than a nursery, a place where my daughter is celebrated, understood and encouraged every single day. I am deeply grateful for everything they do.

Overall Experience

I am so grateful to Monkey Puzzle Sevenoaks. My daughter, who has ASD, was really struggling at her previous nursery. We moved her to Monkey Puzzle and within weeks we could already see a positive change in her development and general happiness. She has now been there over a year and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff, facilities, activities and general atmosphere are all wonderful.

My two boys have just started and they are loving nursery. The boys have been for walks and my eldest has learnt about new things. The staff are lovely and welcoming to both the boys and us. Management have amazing response and are very understanding.

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Lightwater since January, and the difference in him compared to his previous nursery has been incredible. The team has supported his development so well, especially with his recognition skills and eating, and the progress he has made in such a short time has been significant.

He is always happy to go in, has built a fantastic rapport with the whole team, and I feel confident in their care because of their clear communication, willingness to listen, and commitment to working alongside me to support him.

I recently attended the first graduation at the nursery, and it was such a joyful event. Seeing the children have fun together and celebrating their achievements was incredibly special. The team had thought of every detail so each child felt valued and celebrated, reflecting the caring, nurturing environment the team has created. I couldn't be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Lightwater to any family.

sending our son to Monkey puzzle Nursery Stanway was hands-down the best decision we made. From his very first day, the staff made him feel so safe, loved, and supported. It's incredible to look back and see how much his confidence, social skills, and curiosity have grown during his time here. The team genuinely cares about every single child, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful foundation they've given him for school. We'll all miss Monkey Puzzle Nursery Stanway dearly!

Amazing care setting for my little girl. We have especially enjoyed the extra activities for the parents to come and see the nursery and get involved in play with our little one. Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter and then the summer fair. It is so nice to see our baby progressing through the different rooms! We love the app where we can see photos of what they've been upto, I work away for upto 5 nights at a time so it makes me feel closer to her knowing what she's getting up to. The staff are fabulous as always :-)

My son absolutely loves attending Monkey Puzzle Lightwater! He smiles at me as we approach the door knowing where he is going for the day! The team in the baby room are so lovely, very friendly and i know take great care of him. They always give a detailled handover every day, and can tell they really care. This nursery is amazing, the staff are so helpful, so friendly and so welcoming. Our son joined last year when the nursery opened, and he has thrived ever since his speech has come on such a long way. He has a great relationship with his key workers, on Saturday 18th july 2026 the staff held a fab summer fair which was circus themed they pulled out all the stops and made the nursery look great they had stools, fun fair games, magician , music, face paint, food, bouncy castle, they really thought of it all. They all work so hard daily to provide the best environment and best education for our children. It is always so clean and tidy. I would really recommend this nursery to anyone who is wanting somewhere for the child to go

Overall Experience
This nursery is nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly caring, dedicated, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure every child is safe, happy, and supported in their learning and development.
Communication with parents is excellent. As with any childcare setting, the occasional bump or scratch can happen, but every incident is reported promptly through the app, and if there is ever any concern, the team will always call straight away. That level of transparency and reassurance means a great deal as a parent.
The nursery itself is always beautifully maintained, creating a warm, welcoming environment. The range of activities on offer is fantastic, providing children with engaging opportunities to learn, explore, and develop new skills every day.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more

Monkey Puzzle Lightwater is an amazing nursery, it has a caring nurturing ethos. The children have a fun filled structured day allowing their personalities to shine. All activities are meticulously planned to ensure learning, play, independence, confidence and milestones are achieved. Staff are professional, approachable and knowledgeable, providing a safe and emotionally stable environment so the children thrive. Any issues are dealt with promptly and parents/carers are kept informed at all times. The meals and snacks provided are excellent, nutritious and varied thanks to the great chef. My grandchild is very happy and content at Monkey Puzzle.

My son started here in April part time and then full time in May. Honestly, the transition from starting nursery to full time has been superb. This is my first child so I was really anxious, nervous and full of apprehension BUT the baby room team were great in every way! Supporting us through it all and providing updates.

I can't recommend the team enough for it all, everyone has been really supportive, helpful and hands on. Thank you

We couldn't be happier with our experience so far. As first-time parents, leaving our daughter for nursery was quite daunting, but the staff have made the transition so much easier. They have been incredibly attentive to her needs and have kept us updated throughout the day with photos and observations, which has given us so much reassurance.

It's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children, and we feel so confident knowing our daughter is in such kind and capable hands. We would highly recommend this nursery to any family.

We have our youngest at Monkey Puzzle, and it's been absolutely perfect. The staff are all fantastic and incredibly friendly. They recently completed a major refurbishment, and the space looks incredible.
During the recent heatwaves, we've felt so lucky to have a nursery that can provide air-conditioned rooms to keep the kids cool. All of the outdoor play areas have plenty of shade too.

I highly recommend it. I must say, Shivani and the team run a very tight ship, and it really shows!

We are so glad that we chose Monkey Puzzle for our boy. He's been there for over 1.5 years & he absolutely loves it. Being there has helped with his development so much & it's so reassuring as a parent to see how happy he is to be dropped off on the days he is in. All the staff are so lovely & accommodating & you can see they have a genuine love for all the children. The nursery has recently been renovated & the children have such beautiful spaces to learn, play, rest, eat & have fun in. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It's hard to put into words how grateful we are to everyone at Monkey Puzzle Walton. As our son leaves, we've realised just how much this nursery has meant to our family.
From his first day, the staff made him feel safe, happy and valued. Every morning he walked in with a smile, and every afternoon he came home full of stories. Watching him grow into such a confident, kind and curious little boy has been amazing.
The facilities are fantastic too, bright, clean, well-equipped rooms, a brilliant outdoor area and so many fun activities that keep the children engaged and learning every day.
What really makes Monkey Puzzle special is the people. The team genuinely care about every child and create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Both my son and daughter currently attend Monkey Puzzle and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. The rooms are all well setup for learning, development and care. But most importantly are the staff, who are compassionate, caring and supportive. I always feels confident leaving both my kids with the staff, knowing they will be receiving the best care possible.
