sending our son to Monkey puzzle Nursery Stanway was hands-down the best decision we made. From his very first day, the staff made him feel so safe, loved, and supported. It's incredible to look back and see how much his confidence, social skills, and curiosity have grown during his time here. The team genuinely cares about every single child, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful foundation they've given him for school. We'll all miss Monkey Puzzle Nursery Stanway dearly!

The staff at Monkey Puzzle Loughton take such good care of my little one. She's made lots of friends, loves her key worker and has come on leaps and bounds since she started. Lovely nursery, friendly staff, happy children! It's a wonderful little community.

Both my son and daughter currently attend Monkey Puzzle and I would recommend the nursery to anyone. The rooms are all well setup for learning, development and care. But most importantly are the staff, who are compassionate, caring and supportive. I always feels confident leaving both my kids with the staff, knowing they will be receiving the best care possible. My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Loughton for 6 months now, and I am extremely happy with the care he has received and the management of the nursery on a whole. He started in the baby room and has recently moved up to Tweenies. During this room transition, the communication was great as I was kept informed at all stages. The staff members are caring and attentive and I always feel comfortable at drop off and pick up times. But most importantly, my son is happy and settled here. I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Loughton.

The staff at MP are exceptional - management are proactive, communication is fantastic and the care our son has had since he joined reaches the near impossible bar I had set for childcare if it couldn't be me looking after him every day. I trust them completely and know he's the better for being there.

He joined MP in Loughton just before his 1st birthday and has been there for over a year now. He's been in Babies, Tweenies and now the Toddler class.

In each room, they've catered so well for every need - fun, food, learning, cuddles, safeguarding etc and have considered his routines and preferences.

There seems to be the right balance of activities in a day (lots!) and our son is clearly learning so much, not only from the activities but from socialising with other toddlers. His favourite thing is to be outdoors which is a common occurrence at MP so we have a very happy boy. We get lots of photos and updates throughout the day which means v happy parents.

The level of care is exceptional. The nursery strikes a wonderful balance between nurturing emotional development and encouraging independence. The facilities are excellent - both indoor and outdoor. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, professional, and enriching environment for their child.

My little boy has been going here for about 5 months and he absolutely loves it. His always talking about his friends at nursery and the girls looking after him!

I was really anxious about him starting somewhere and honestly wanted to just keep him home with me forever! I looked at quite a few nurseries and initially wanted him to have something with lots of outdoor space (maybe a farm type environment). But after viewing a bunch, I just felt the most at ease here compared to all the others I see. The vibe of the staff and the environment just spoke volumes to me and I think my senses were right as I have had nothing but a good experience!

I have had an excellent experience with Monkey Puzzle Loughton. All of my three children have attended since its opening and I have been delighted with their care towards them. I thoroughly recommend this nursery. The staff are simply wonderful.

We are over the moon on finding a nusery that our daughter loves. It puts alot of comfort in our minds that we are lucky enough to find a place that she's happy, we are happy and that has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere is very special.

They have lots of outdoor time in the garden which is great as well.

The learning environment is safe, stimulating, and full of opportunities for creativity and exploration.

It was a big decision for us on where to send our son to nursery, but we couldn't have made a better choice. The staff at Monkey Puzzle have helped him enormously and have created a safe, supportive, caring and enriching environment that really has set him up for school and beyond. The work they do and have done is fantastic and hugely appreciated.

I couldn't be happier with the love, care and support he's received. I know he will really miss his wonderful teachers and all the friends he's made here.

Safe to say, everything about this Nursery, with absolutely nothing excluded has been a complete joy and pleasure.

From management, to key workers, to the chef, our expectations have been vastly exceeded in every department.

Daily updates on the app are fairly frequent and meaningful which adds a layer of reassurance.

How the complete team at Monkey Puzzle have helped to develop our little baby into being more than reception ready is mind-blowing. The care they clearly gave our son, and all the other children is obvious to see and we really cant thank all of you enough.

Our final goodbye will honestly be a sad day.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Monkey Puzzle to anyone who is considering nursery for their child. The staff are, simply put, wonderful. They really know our son, who attended from age 1 until school age. He had a great time in babies, toddlers and in pre-school. We were particularly impressed by the amount of effort made to make sure that he didn't get bored towards the end, as he was old in the school year- he's come out of it all a really confident child with lots of skills to show for his time with MP. A huge thanks to all of the staff for making his (and our) experience of nursery so easy. We'll miss you all!
