Overall Experience

I have had an excellent experience with Monkey Puzzle Loughton. All of my three children have attended since its opening and I have been delighted with their care towards them. I thoroughly recommend this nursery. The staff are simply wonderful.

Overall Experience

Not sure I could have found a more caring and child centred nursery. With a SEND trained deputy manager and a very well run team. My anxiety subsided almost immediately.
I cannot recommend highly enough. So many good things about them, the progress made and the fun times.

My son has attended Monkey Puzzle for almost 2 years now and we are really pleased with it. He has made some lovely friends and he learns so much there.
He is also a picky eater at home but at nursery he eats all his food which is a relief for me!
They have lots of outdoor time in the garden which

is great as well.

Overall Experience

My daughter has attended the nursery for 1.5 years and has had a great experience. The team are fantastic with her and she has made some really lovely bonds with the team members.
The nursery provides so many fun activities inside and outside each day which has really helped her growth and development.

I'm
also kept constantly updated on the daily activities via pictures and stories on the app.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for their child.

Overall Experience

I have been sending my son to Monkey Puzzle in Loughton since he was 1.
He absolutely loves nursery and all the staff. He has learnt so much and continues to do so until he goes to school.
Staff have been quick to deal with any issues that have arose over the years and will always relay messages

etc. The manager is also always very helpful with forms that need completing or anything else i have needed help with etc.
I am very happy with the nursery as a whole!

It was a big decision for us on where to send our son to nursery, but we couldn't have made a better choice. Overall Experience

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle Loughton since toddlers and is now about to start school this September. The staff have been amazing - so caring, patient and consistent throughout his journey here.
The nursery app has been such a comfort, letting me know how he's getting on each day, and the observations

have been so lovely to read, showing me how he's growing in his learning, confidence and independence.
Over his time here, I've watched him blossom into a happy, curious little boy who is heading off to school with real excitement and a love of learning. He's always asking questions, trying new things and so proud of himself when he achieves something.
I couldn't be happier with the love, care and support he's received. I know he will really miss his wonderful teachers and all the friends he's made here.

Overall Experience

Our son has attended from around 11 months old and is shortly due to depart for reception.
Safe to say, everything about this Nursery, with absolutely nothing excluded has been a complete joy and pleasure.

From management, to key workers, to the chef, our expectations have been vastly exceeded in

every department.

Daily updates on the app are fairly frequent and meaningful which adds a layer of reassurance.

How the complete team at Monkey Puzzle have helped to develop our little baby into being more than reception ready is mind-blowing. The care they clearly gave our son, and all the other children is obvious to see and we really cant thank all of you enough.

Our final goodbye will honestly be a sad day.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Monkey Puzzle to anyone who is considering nursery for their child. The staff are, simply put, wonderful. They really know our son, who attended from age 1 until school age. He had a great time in babies, toddlers and in pre-school. We were particularly

impressed by the amount of effort made to make sure that he didn't get bored towards the end, as he was old in the school year- he's come out of it all a really confident child with lots of skills to show for his time with MP. A huge thanks to all of the staff for making his (and our) experience of nursery so easy. We'll miss you all!

Earlier this year we made the tough decision to take our little girl out of her current nursery and find a new one. When I tell you that moving her was the best decision I think we've ever made, I honestly mean it. Our daughter absolutely loves it at Monkey Puzzle and we're so grateful for everything

that all of the girls do, they really do go above and beyond to get to know the children and make sure that they're all reaching their full potential. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being there and it's all down to the efforts the girls make. She is able to tell me all of her friends names when we go through the pictures of her day together and she is forever mentioning the manager and her key worker at home, too. I really cannot thank you all enough x

The manager, one staff member in particular and all of the ladies at Monkey Puzzle nursery are honestly incredible. Leaving your child that first day is so difficult but very quickly we felt like we were dropping our little boy off to family and now my other half and me joke that they are all essentially

the third parent to our son haha! We don't have much family local so they have become part of our 'village' and are always as flexible as they can be.
My son has a dairy allergy and all of the ladies including chef do such a great job at managing it at nursery. They always make sure he doesn't feel excluded and his allergies are catered for.
He goes to school in September and both him and us will miss Monkey Puzzle so much!

My daughter had been attending since she was 1 (and is now 2.5 yrs old), she absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle and all the staff. She has adored all of her key workers and will talk about them and her new friends non stop at home!
