The manager and the team have made Monkey Puzzle East Sheen into a wonderful nursery. All of the staff are warm and welcoming - our daughter loves going each and day and the team put a lot of thought and effort into activities. The food is fabulous and our daughter now eats a wide range of fruit and
vegetables. They help children with learning, potty training and ensure that children feel supported through all new challenges. We couldn't speak highly enough of all of the caring staff and particularly the manager, deputy manager, senior nursery practitioner and one of the nursery apprentices, who have all been incredible. We would highly recommend this nursery.

My overall experience with the nursery has been excellent! The care and attention they give to children is first class, from babies to pre school. Everyday my little one skips in nursery with a smile his face. All the staff build relationships with children and parents to create an inclusive and consistent

Our son has been at Monkey Puzzle since it opened. He is SO well cared for and loved that when he is dropped off we know that he is going to have the most fantastic day, in fact he doesn't even say goodbye!
While the nursery did have a tricky period with high staff turnover of senior management, the
managers have more than steadied the ship and the nursery is now absolutely thriving. The time and effort that is put into the extra activities for the children and parents is over and beyond what I have seen in other nurseries: French and Italian lessons, Spa days, the Sports Day, Fathers Day breakfast, growing the butterflies, the graduation in a couple weeks and this week the hatchling of ducklings - all experiences enriching our children's learning experiences.
A special shout out to: 4 staff members in particular, my child is SO loved by you all, he is generally excited to see you always and talks about you all at home - a testament to how well you look after him, THANK YOU!

I remain a firm supporter of this nursery. Their management team is fantastic, as are the staff, and they've made even more improvements to the nursery with more play areas in the outside space, incredible activities that keep them engaged and even have duck eggs waiting to hatch into little ducklings
this week! My daughter is very happy there and I can highly recommend this nursery.

I have a 4 year old in pre school and 22 month old in Tweenies. We have been with the nursery since March 2024.
Both my children are so happy at monkey puzzle, the staff are so caring and friendly and the manager is so accommodating with our needs and always makes time to listen.
The food is great,
the chef is a great chef and also caring with the kids which is lovely.
The children are stimulated with lots of different relevant activities suited to their age as well as what is currently taking place in the world e.g world environment day!
They also get plenty of outdoor play which I love.
I Really recommend monkey puzzle!

I am so happy with this place because everytime when I been there I saw kids they are happy and clean I never see them dirty thats make me to love this place because the hygiene is the most important. Our daughter has been at monkey puzzle since the end of February 2024! She has felt very comfortable from day one. This is probably due to the friendly way the children are greeted by the staff in the morning. The management is also friendly, hard-working and very helpful. When you drop off or pick

Our little boy started here in January 2025 at the age of one. From the get go he has never looked back. Always happy and smiling on drop off and collection. The management and all the team, particularly his key workers are amazing, they show such care and kindness and are always so excited to see him.

Our daughter attends the nursery and we are absolutely happy about the progress she is making. We are amazed with the wonderful ideas the management team are working on. We believe it's one of the best nurseries which offer a great future base to the children. The nursery really focus on the major areas

I attended the festive open day on Saturday 7th December at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery with my daughter and my son who attends Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. It was an amazing day, we all enjoyed it, the staff were very helpful and polite, and there were so many activities and food to eat. It was also lovely

I've had 2 children in the nursery over the last 12 months and there has been a constant issue in resourcing and communication since they joined but it's becoming increasingly worse over the last few months. Sometimes the resourcing issues have been so serious that the nursery has opened late as a result.
Children don't have key workers identified and there are serious safeguarding concerns addressed to senior management in the head office by parents and staff. Senior management was notified but did not seem to grasp the severity of the issues and often blamed the hard-working staff who were working despite all the obstacles they faced. After becoming aware of issues senior management didn't actively speak with staff to ensure they were supported but they did roll out a new payment system. Their priority is money and not the safety of children or supporting their staff.

The team at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen are amazing. My daughter is in the preschool class there and she loved it from the first day she went. They start you off with 3 settling-in days so your child feels comfortable in the environment and with staff, this was great for me as it was the first time I had
sent my daughter to any kind of child care. The first day you get to stay with your child to see the activities they do and what the staff are like and how well the other children are settled. The key workers are incredible teachers especially, my daughter's favourites! Not only because they're so much fun and so friendly, but also because they genuinely care about the kids there and want to inspire learning. The manager is also a fantastic manager. Great with parents and children, I honestly can't fault the place, they have such a wonderful team which makes it the perfect daycare setting. I highly recommend and plan on sending my next child there when he's bigger.

My child started at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen a few months ago, and is so happy being dropped off, and we as parents feel so reassured leaving him. The staff have been so helpful in getting him settled in quickly, and he is so comfortable with all of them and everyone clearly is of such a loving, caring
nature. The manager is always super friendly, cheerful and positive and a great person to be leading the team. The facilities are so clean and new, and there are so many beautiful toys. The children get to play outside in the well-equipped garden come rain or shine, giving them lots of fresh air! Thank you Monkey Puzzle for taking such good care of him! We would recommend this nursery to everyone in the area.

Monkey Puzzle East Sheen has truly been a home away from home for our son. The nursery staff and rooms are extremely warm, engaging and welcoming and not to mention all the fun sing alongs and stories that make its way back home on afternoons. The in-house prepared meals from breakfast to afternoon
tea are balanced and is carefully planned taking into consideration all of the dietary needs and favorites of the children.
We truly love Monkey Puzzle East Sheen and will miss everyone when our little one moves on to primary school.
