As a parent, I couldn't be happier with the care and support my child receives at this nursery. The recent Ofsted inspection result was fantastic and well deserved, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the whole team. Since the new leadership team came in, the nursery has continued to go from strength to strength. They are attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in providing the best experience for children and families.

My child loves the outdoor space and comes home happy and excited to share what they have been learning. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and well-led environment for their child.

My child, when she leaves the nursery, is happy that she had an exciting day, met friends, the staff were kind, and did exciting activities. She also mentioned that she likes the food there. For me, the staff are professional, kind and responsive to any queries and concerns, and are very helpful.

Both my daughters have attended Monkey Puzzle in Ware from the age of 1 and they are two years apart. I honestly cant fault the service and care we have received for our children. The amount of different activities that they provide is incredible. External dance teachers coming in, woodwork where my daughter has learnt to use tools, she has held a snake! and witnessed chicken eggs hatching. On top of this they regularly take the children on trips into the community. Both my daughters absolutely love going into nursery, they enjoy spending time with the team who look after them and have made some great friendships where they see other children outside of nursery regularly. The food menu is great and my children eat healthy food each day as well as plenty of time to play and be active outside they also ensure that your child's development around numbers, letters, colours, science, art etc is all covered. I can honestly say both my daughters have thrived in the environment created here.

We are so pleased with our choice of nursery. My son absolutely loves coming here, and he is learning so much. He has always been playful but he is having so much fun. Highly recommended! The food is great too.

Wonderful settling in experience. Really organized, and lovely staff. Dash has been great at supporting and guiding us through the process. The outdoor areas are great and there are many activities to keep the children learning. And we are so grateful to Ellie for her support of our daughter and making her feel so welcome and at ease. Our son started at Monkey Puzzle a few months ago and I've been so impressed with it so far. The staff are very professional but also so kind and lovely. It's always such a delight to collect him and hear about his day, and he absolutely loves his key worker. The building is also really spacious and both the climbing frame inside and outside look like great fun.

Monkey Puzzle provides a fantastic environment for young minds to bloom. The staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the children's wellbeing. My son loves his time there and has learnt a lot, and is being prepared for reception in a very structured way. We love Monkey Puzzle and will be sending our younger son there too.

Lovely nursery, the staff are very friendly and approachable. I feel safe with my daughter in their care. She always has a great day and has learned so much while being there from the staff and other children. The staff are easy to speak to and always give updates on my daughter's day. I feel that the parents are able to be involved with events, polls and feedback, which is great

I'm also so happy to see the bond he has with Leah, the manager. Even though she has a different role, it's clear she takes the time to get to know the children, and my little boy is always so pleased to see her. It's such a relief knowing he's in such good hands. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

It is very hard to find a a good nursery when you first start looking,but when I started looking for my daughter I tried to look for a safe place and a place where she can develop and grow beautifully,the staff is amazing,they take care of her and the other kids well,they have different activities every day and encourage them to speak and do activities.

She has built special relationships with the team and even though reluctant to sometimes get out the house once there has the most amazing time we can see.

Since our son joined in April he has had a wonderful experience at this nursery. The staff are caring and attentive, creating a warm environment where he feels happy and secure. There are a wide range of engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity and confidence. The sensory play is so imaginative and links to a weekly theme. We also love the outdoor experiences he gets at the allotment, park, garden and playground.

My son has thrived since joining the nursery. He has developed a lovely personality and made lots of friends. The staff are always brilliant and Karen and Lou are always so reliable and understanding of the pressures parents face. They are friendly, empathetic and always smiling which makes a difference to the start of each day.

My child started in the Baby room just a few weeks shy of 1 years old. She's settled in well and the team have been really good at answering my questions and tailoring the care for my child. Perhaps it's a coincidence with the age she started perhaps not but my little one has learnt a lot since starting Nursery.

A huge thank you to the amazing team in the baby room for making our daughter's first few months at nursery such a positive experience. Our daughter started in February at 13 months old, and as first-time parents returning to work, leaving her all day was a really big step for us. From day one, Magda gave us genuine peace of mind. Over the last few months, we also got to know Layla and Zaynab, who alongside Magda were fantastic. The whole team was incredibly caring, attentive, and especially diligent with managing our daughter's allergies. Thanks to their support, our daughter has grown in confidence, formed lovely new bonds, and genuinely loves going to nursery! Thank you again for making this transition so positive and reassuring for both our daughter and us as parents. We're incredibly grateful for all the love and care shown to her during her time in the baby room.

We love monkey puzzle! The staff are friendly, caring and energetic. There is something fun going on every day! My child walks in with a smile on his face and walks out with a smile on his face. It feels like a giant family!
