We also get regular updates and photos through the app which helps us see what our child has been up to during the day.

The settling in period was well processed. Staff keep parents updated with any concerns and report appropriately to us.

We are incredibly grateful for everything the nursery does and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

They update the app regularly. I am so pleased!

Im happy with my son's care at this nursery. He seems to enjoy it and we get regular updates on the app which is appreciated. The staff are all kind and friendly. They have access to a lovely outdoor area for the children to play on which is great!

The care that my child receives at Kids planet Brampton park is outstanding. I am kept up to date on a daily basis on what my child has been up to throughout the day and any assessments made during an activity they are doing. The staff are so lovely and bubbly and I feel so confident leaving my child in there care. My child absolutely loves going.

And to top it all off they are HOT on safety and confidentiality! 10000/10 overall

We are really pleased with Kids Planet Brampton Park and can see how much the staff care about all the children they look after. Our daughter has learnt so much from her time there, has engaged in lots of activities, and has formed great bonds with staff and children. We also really like how much time is spent outdoors whenever possible.

My 4 year old son has been with the nursery since he was 2 and I can't fault them. Every member of staff makes a great effort with the kids and he really enjoys himself there. We'll miss everyone when he goes to school in September. Great location, lovely rooms and a huge variety of activities.

With my child moving from babies to the next room up, I was apprehensive that she wouldn't move on well, however, she has done brilliantly and the staff have made her feel so welcome. She has excelled in every way imaginable at the nursery, but most noticeable is her confidence and curiosity. Yes, there may be niggles, but they are present every where, and the benefits far outweigh any negatives I may have.

There is also no suitable space provided for breastfeeding, which left me sitting on steps or small children's furniture. Staff told me they "didn't have chance" trying her with formula and her nap schedule was not followed, leaving her distressed. We ultimately left because of neglect to her medical needs. Her prescribed eczema cream needed to be applied multiple times a day (stated on a form I had to fill in and also stated on the label of the bottle) but this was not followed. My baby was sent home with multiple cuts and scratches on her arms, suggesting she had been left uncovered and able to scratch for a prolonged period. Staff admitted to the manager that they 'didn't have chance' to apply any cream at all through out the day and they had not noticed the severity of her skin - extremely concerning

My child is currently in the baby room at kids planet Brampton park and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing with him. He has settled well and learns new things everyday. We love seeing photos on the app of him enjoying his day.

All the staff are amazing and so friendly! Welcomed my little boy into their open arms and have looked after him like their own! He loves going to nursery and seeing everyone and it puts me at ease to know he's safe and cared for by all who look after him! Cannot fault any of the staff. Thank you so much for all your hard work guys I know it's a tough job!x

Brampton Park Kids Planet is simply amazing. The staff are fantastic, providing updates throughout the day, and sending our son home happy, well fed, and eager for more every single day.

The facilities are brilliant, not only the toys and activities inside the nursery etc. but the facilities of the park area too. Having a museum, sculpted gardens, an aviary, a park and landscaped grounds, as well as staff keen to take them out most days, sets the place apart from smaller and more restricted nurseries.

We're so lucky to have Brampton Park on our doorstep.

My son has been attending Kids Planet Brampton Park since he was 16 months old and I cannot rate the nursery highly enough. All the staff genuinely care about my son and have brought him on leaps and bounds developmentally. He is now a super confident, kind, caring and very chatty boy who is so ready to start school in September. This nursery has been almost 4 years of my sons life and I couldn't have wished for a better beginning to his education and a safer more caring place for him to have been while I am at work. Thank you to all staff at the nursery for everything you do day in and day out. I know my boy will miss you all when he leaves in just 2 weeks time.

We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our child receives at this nursery. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. They are kind, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children's well-being and development. We have sent all 3 of our children here now and also made recommendations to friends and family.

Our child has grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, and is always excited to go in the morning. The activities are varied and well thought out-plenty of outdoor play, creative arts, sensory learning, and story time. It's clear the team puts a lot of thought into creating a safe, stimulating, and happy environment.

Communication with parents is also excellent. We're kept up to date with daily reports, photos, and regular updates on progress, which really helps us feel connected to what's going on during the day.

It's such a comfort to know our child is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

My child started nursery in April 2025. The nursery has been absolutely wonderful and helped him settle in.

They have accommodated perfectly and provided him with all the support he requires. Regular updates are provided and images and if we have any questions they always respond back as quickly as possible.

Great communication throughout the day on meals/naps and activities- this always reassures me and brings a smile to my face on my days of work.

Brilliant nursery girls are lovely and always taking the children out. One staff member in particular especially is absolutely amazing goes above and beyond for our son we were so worried about him starting nursery but because of her I have no worries now!

My daughter has been at Kids Planet for a few months now and seems to be really enjoying her time there. She ignores us when we go to collect her in favour of spending more time there with the nursery team in Tots1.

She's a picky eater but they manage her very well and persist in trying to introduce her to new foods even if she's unwilling to partake but perhaps one day she'll find something she enjoys!

The activities captivate her and she just has the best time while there, enjoying the varied activities and games (fun and educational) that they introduce her to.

Overall we're very happy and hope to increase her time there later this year when our second child is born.
