Kids Planet Witney

The best decision was putting my child into kids planet. The staff are amazing, so warm, kind and attentive. My child settled in so well and I continue to see how happy my child is there. I love the use of the app and get updates regularly of progress and I love being able to see how much my little ones eaten and slept during the day and that I can contact the staff during the day if needed. They also have been very accommodating for my child's allergies. I have been very pleased with the care and progress my child has made already here and that's thanks to the staff

We've had a great experience at Kids Planet Witney. Leaving our first child at nursery was of course going to be difficult, but the staff were very caring and patient with us and with our son, even when it took him a little time to settle in. Now he loves going there and says how much he can't wait to see his friends. Everyone who works at the nursery is lovely and accommodating, and very flexible with us, which gives us great peace of mind. The only things I would flag are that the nursery is not equipped for heat waves, which are only going to get worse as climate change continues; some areas of the building and outside seem a little tired and could use refurbishment, and we would love a little more frequent updates and pictures through the app. Overall, I highly recommend this setting and am so grateful we have a space here.

Staff is absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to help my children settle in. They were so caring and sensitive to my children's needs. On the learning side there were lots of activities which stimulated children's imagination.

I have my daughter and son at kids planet nursery/ preschool. They absolutely love it. They been always well entertained and looked after. They made a lots of friends. My daughter always had the full support from the teachers. I'm absolutely happy very friendly and helpful teachers

We are extremely happy with this nursery. Our daughter settled in brilliantly and absolutely loves attending. It's been wonderful to see how much she has developed and the key skills she's gained since starting. The communication from the team is fantastic, and we love the app for the regular updates, photos and observations on how she's getting on. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives and will be sending our son here in six months too. Thank you to all the staff!

My son Enzo has been going since April and honestly he loves it! I never have to worry about if he's having a good time because they always have activities planned. I love seeing how he's developing on the app and what he gets up to in his day. The staff are so friendly and bond with the children so quickly, as soon as we arrive he's already reaching for someone! Such a calm, clean and friendly environment too. I recommend to all my mum-to-be friends.

As a first time mum leaving my baby I felt really nervous, but the staff have reassured me so well and by the second day at nursery I was able to drop my baby off with outing worrying about him. Staff are super helpful, caring, attentive and kind. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the nursery!

We are so happy with the baby room at this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. From day one, they made my baby feel safe, settled, and loved, which gave us total peace of mind.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful to parents. Both my sons have attending the nursery (youngest is still there). My eldest was always so happy to go, and my youngest has settled in brilliantly. I would highly recommend any parent sending their child there.

I'd like to see more photos and more artwork.

My son has been attending this nursery for almost a year now and he is always so happy and cheerful to be there. The staff are amazing, they are very attentive and responsive towards the children. They have lots of activities including indoor and outdoor, which I believe is a fantastic way to teach, learn, engage and have fun with children.

I would certainly recommend Kids Planet to other parents. Our son has been at the nursery for 2.5 years and has been very happy there. The staff are really friendly and always happy to talk to us about what the children have been up to each day and to listen to our feedback. Similarly, the office team are exceptional, very responsive and helpful.

All good, nothing to report that is not positive. Still early days and can’t comment yet as we haven’t been allowed in the nursery for pick ups etc so this would be better coming out in a few months time.

We have used this nursery for a number of years with both our children and have been impressed. The recent change in ownership has caused some confusion and quite a bit of staff change, but my child is still happy. I feel like the range of activities offered is really good and the food varied. The staff are positive and helpful. The management is also quick to reply.

Soon my son will be starting and I know I can go back to work knowing they’ll be in safe hands.

My experience now as it was 5 years ago is still excellent. The staff take time to have a chat and care about the development of children by creating fun environments for them to explore. We have been happy with the communication and care from Kids Planet.

Our child has been in the baby unit for 8 months and we are really happy with the nursery and the provision they provide. The staff are all really lovely and she has built such great relationships with them, which we value so much. It’s nice they spend lots of time outdoors, they provide a range of activities, and her vegan diet is catered for brilliantly with an excellent variety of meals. It is never easy leaving your child in the hands of others, but we feel completely confident she is as happy and cared for as possible here, and we could not recommend the nursery highly enough.
