Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and feedback that give real peace of mind. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. From the moment we first visited, it was clear that it is a really special place. The staff are absolutely fantastic-warm, welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can see how much they care about the children, and that makes a huge difference.
The nursery is run exceptionally well, with a great balance of structure, learning and fun. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into everything from the daily activities to the overall development and wellbeing of the children.
Most importantly, our child absolutely loves going, which says everything. It gives us real peace of mind knowing they are in such a safe, caring and positive environment each day.
We couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough
The nursery have been brilliant with our baby. Kirsty and the team in the Tots room have been incredibly supportive helping them to settle in and they are now thriving. The outside space is really wonderful at Torwood with so many toys for the children to play with.

We love Torwood Kids Planet for our two year old son. The building and outside space are very roomy and the staff are lovely and seem to have been in post for a long time. They go outside (in all weather!) every day and my son is always extremely happy to go to nursery. The food is great and we've never had any grumbles with the nursery in the 1.5 years our boy has been attending. Thank you to the fabulous Torwood staff!
