We are continually impressed by the level of care and attention the staff at Tudor House have shown our child since October, it has been excellent.
The settling process had a few tricky moments as normal, but whenever we raised a concern, the management team were professional, personable, and genuinely
attentive to our needs. We were impressed with the level of knowledge and adaptability of the staff in this process, which has been a breath of fresh air. By the end of settling, our child was excited to attend Tudor House, and continues to be excited every day. Having come from another nursery in a different area, it has been incredibly reassuring to know that they are happy, engaged, making friends, and truly cared for. It really does feel like a home away from home, and we are so grateful to the staff for making our family feel so welcome.
We would highly recommend this nursery. The staff, the learning environment, and the overall feel are five stars!

We couldn't recommend Tudor House - Bright Horizons enough ! My daughter has been attending here for a year since she turned one, and she absolutely loves it! All the staff are fantastic, they work so hard and are always friendly and professional. My daughter has come on so well with her development
and made lots of friends. The daily activities they do are brilliant, such a great variety of stuff for the children to do, and we love seeing all the updates and photos on the app!
The menu and meals on offer are lovely, my daughter seems to eat everything at nursery, and it's great she is getting lots healthy fresh food each day. We are extremely happy knowing she is well looked after and thriving in such a lovely environment.

We are so excited for our daughter to start Tudor house. The manager & the team have been incredible. Everything has been communicated so well and my daughter already feels at ease.
We chose Tudor house for a number of reasons. Their facilities are excellent. The care for the children is absolutely
top notch. We went to visit a couple of other nurseries in the area and they don't even compare. The staff are incredible and we are so looking forward to starting our next chapter here.

My daughter has just started in the seedlings room at Bright Horizons Tudor House Nursery and we are a month into her care, it is outstanding. The baby room staff are amazing at looking after her and following her routine, updating us on the app of her day such as meals made by the onsite chef (which
seems delicious as she eats so well at nursery) bottles, nappy changes and sleep time as well as some lovely photos playing with her new friends she is making. The nursery on the whole has a lovely home-from-home feel, a gorgeous setting with a cosy baby room and a lovely big outside space for the children to play. The baby room also offers a separate garden for the babies which is lovely too. The resources and facilities offered are brilliant. The staff are all really lovely at handover and always have time to talk about my daughter's day and give me feedback which is reassuring. The app is brilliant for updates throughout the day too. My daughter is very happy here and so are we.

Our little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and has grown and learnt so much since being there. He loves all the staff and comes home telling us what he has done and learnt that day.
He looks forward to going and can't wait to see his friends in the morning, he loves the activities they get up

Bright Horizons Tudor House Nursery is absolutely wonderful. My son adores it there and comes home telling me about all the different activities they have got up to each day (at the moment is all about the wonderful new garden!) The staff go above and beyond to support the children but have also been
incredibly kind and supportive of myself too. My son has a dairy allergy and the allergy practices at the nursery are brilliant and I’m frequently told that nursery pasta is better than my pasta!

Both our children have been/go to this nursery and we've got to know the staff well. The kids absolutely love them and going to nursery. We never have trouble sending them in, they don't even say bye to us! The staff are really friendly and kind and they've been excellent with our son with SEN.

The staff are all incredibly friendly and our daughter has loved going to the nursery from day one. The staff build a strong rapport with the children and take the time to give them the individual care and attention they need. I would recommend the nursery to parents looking for a caring environment

We're really happy with both locations at Tudor House and Lavender Lodge, especially since new management came in and split out the preschool in Lavender Lodge which has upgraded the facilities and overall comfort. All staff at both locations are fantastic. We're always informed and they give a real
sense of caring about both our 1-year-old and 3-year-old.

Tudor House is such a lovely nursery, they helped both of our little ones settle really well, they do a great range of activities inside and out with the kids, they keep us updated on everything and send us regular updates on the app and in-person so we know how our kids are doing at nursery, their
sleep, food, activities they’ve done, etc. The staff are great and know both our kids really well. They’re always finding ways to celebrate all the children and have created a really inclusive nursery environment.

Always very friendly and helpful staff. Very understanding manager who will help you negotiate the payment system and benefits so you don’t miss out. Each member of Poppies room (and prior to that, Lavender room) were attentive to my daughter’s needs and helped us with sleep and potty training. They
have a good mix of messy play and sensory activities. There is always a personal touch in the feedback. I am very pleased indeed with the service provided at Tudor House and would recommend this dedicated team.

The team at Tudor House are amazing, they have all been wonderful, right from the beginning when my son started in September from the initial communication to the settling-in sessions. And then his first day.
He has settled in so well, he loves going and spending his day with his new friends, and there
is always a smile on his face. I haven’t had a single tear, which is so reassuring knowing that your child is happy! He loves the ladies in the seedlings room and the communication each day makes my day easier, always lots of photos via the app showing what he has been up to with his friends.
Not forgetting the lovely meals he receives each day, prepared by the in-house chef. My son clears his plate at every meal.
